WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 14:35,Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town until 17:15.
2. At 16:40 and again at 04:00 on December 1st 2016, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town, clashed with several residents near Al-Quds University Campus and as a result injured 10 residents and left 39 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation and then detained a residents after storming and searching his home.
3. At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Biddu town until 05:45.
4. At dawn on December 1st 2016, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town and detained a resident after storming his home.

Detention

1. At dawn on December 1st 2016, Israeli forces detained 2 residents {including a child}: Mohammad Ahmad Atwan (16 years old) and Mohammad Mahmoud Musa Atwan after storming their homes in Sur Baher village.
2. Israeli forces detained Hamza Imad Ayad in Abu Dis town.
3. Israeli forces detained Fadil Al-Rajabi in Al-Ram town.

Attack

At 16:40, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning near Al-Quds University Campus during their raid into Abu Dis town and as a result injured 10 residents and left 39 residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 10 unidentified residents during clashes near Al-Quds University Campus during their raid into Abu Dis town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:30, Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ein Qinya village then searched residents and vehicles until 14:55.
2. At 13:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 15:45 and again at 19:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicle until 20:45.
4. At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles.

Closure of main Roads

At 15:50, Israeli forces closed the main road connecting Ein Yabroud village and Silwad town with cement blocks.

JENIN

Detention

At 11:50, Israeli forces positioned near the wall gate in Annin village detained Mohammad Musa Abdallah Yassin.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 10:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 11:15.

Detention

On November 28th 2016, Israeli forces detained Allam Mahmoud Abdel-Raheem Abu Shanab {A resident of Irtah neighborhood in Tulkarem city}.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Laqif village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Izbat Jalloud village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Azzun Atma village, stormed a home and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mahdi Salah Fawzi Salah Al-Shiekh in Azzun Atmah village.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 10:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwwara checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 07:15 on November 30th 2016, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Yitshar" settlement located in North Huwara town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:50, Israeli force set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qablan town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Burin village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 23:35, Israeli forces raided Kafir Qallil village until 24:00.

Detention

At 10:10, Israeli forces positioned in "Muthalath Wadi Nasser" area located near Majdal Bani Fadel village detained 2 residents: Sari Marwan Saleem Iz'ar {A resident of Qabalan town} and Immad Kayed Mohammad Khudier {A resident of Majdal Bani Fadel village}.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 10:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Kafr Al-Dik town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Bruqin town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 14:40, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 16:00,
2. At 19:25, Israeli forces raided Harris village as they chased a vehicle then withdrew at 20:35.

Temporary Detention

At 20:00, Israeli forces temporarily detained Sayel Abdel-Raheem Maqawdeh {A resident of Al-Zawiya town} as he was farming his agricultural land then released him at 20:40.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Oja village {located along Al-Mu'arajat road which connects Jericho and Ramallah districts} then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Nahalin and Al-Jab'a villages then searched residents and vehicles until 19:15.
2. At 18:00,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town hen searched residents and vehicles until 19:50.
3. At 19:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Sader area located near Beit Jallah city hen searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.

Raid

At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Husan village and stormed a home.

Attack

At 06:40 on December 1st 2016, Israeli forces positioned near Mazouriya checkpoint located between Al-Nu'man and Al-Khas villages located in North east Bethlehem opened fire towards Musa Mohammad Dababsah {A resident of Yatta town in Hebron district} as he attempted to enter Jerusalem city while searching for employment and as result left him hospitalized with contusions.

5. At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Thahriya town then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 22:35, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2. At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town then stormed and searched a home.
3. At dawn on December 1st 2016, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

1. At dawn on November 30th 2016, Israeli forces detained the child: Malik Khalid Muqabil {14 years old} during their raid into Al-Aroub camp as mentioned in the previous report.
2. At 13:00, Israeli forces detained Munthir Raed Al-Fakhouri in Jabal Juhar area in the old city of Hebron.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

•* Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month
• Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza District.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

** Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

1. At 07:30 on November 30th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
