Daily Report December 5, 2016

At 01:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bir Nabala town then searched residents and vehicles until 03:15.

1. At dawn on December 5th 2016, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city and detained 3 residents.
4. At dawn on December 5th 2016, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained a resident.

1. At 04:00 on December 4th 2016, Israeli forces detained Hassan Abdallah Taha during their raid into Qatana village as mentioned in the previous report.
2. At 23:15, Israeli forces positioned at Jaba' checkpoint detained Hamoudeh Ahmad Atta Sabah { A resident of Ramallah} {A University student}.
3. At dawn on December 5th 2016, Israeli forces detained Daoud Al-Ghoul in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
4. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Uday Abu Al-Sa'ed, Mohammad Salah and Qusay Al-Hussieni in Shu'fat camp.
5. Israeli forces detained Salah Muhisien in Al-Eisawiya village.

At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Hizma town opened fire towards several children for alleged stoning.

1. At 23:15, Israeli forces positioned at Jaba' checkpoint temporarily detained Mohammad Iqtafin Issa Awajna { A Civil Defence Officer and A resident of Jericho city} then released him at a later time.
2. On December 4th 2016, Israeli forces temporarily detained 6 residents: Qusay Darbas (12 years old), Anas Mahmoud (12 years old), Yacoub Dabagh (15 years old), Yazen Nuori (13 years old), Jihad Hadad (9 years old) and Suliman Kan'an (9 years old) as they apprehended them in Jerusalem city then released them at a later time.

At 20:30, Israeli forces closed the main road leading to Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem for alleged throwing a fire bomb towards Israeli military forces by residents in the area.

At 15:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles until 16:55.

1. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained 3 residents.

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Loia Ziyad Zakarna, Musa Abdel-Salam Kamil and Mohammad Abu Ein Abu Al-Rub in Qabatiya town.

At 07:15 on December 4th 2016, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 08:25, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrance of Azzun town and along the main road connecting Jayyous and Azzun towns then searched residents and vehicles.

1.At 17:00 and again at dawn on December 5th 2016, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, clashed with several residents then stormed and searched several homes.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Jit village and summoned Mohammad Ahmad Abu Baker to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

At 09:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Burin village then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.

At 09:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 11:30.

1. At 21:40, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge detained Yasseen Abdel-Hakeem Hamad {A resident of Ramallah city}.
2. On December 4th 2016, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge detained Rawhi Mus'ad Al-Shaf'i {A resident of Al-Bireh city} as he was travelling to Jordan.

At 09:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 16:00.

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town , detained a resident then withdrew at 02:20.

At 09:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Samou' and Al-Dahriya town junctions and at Deir Razah village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 22:20, Israeli forces raided Qawaziba village then clashed with several residents.
2. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained 2 residents.

Israeli forces detained Attiya Al-Zarou Al-Tamimi and Kifah Attiya Al-Zarou Al-Tamimi in Hebron city.

At 16:20, the child Ammar Mohammad Mahmoud Jawabra (12 years old} suffered a fractured arm after Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Aroub camp assaulted him.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

At 06:00 on December 4th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town, detained 2 fishermen and confiscated their fishing boats

Israeli forces detained 2 fishermen: Shafeeq Mustafa Al-Sultan and Sa'di Mustafa Al-Sultan off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
