WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hizma town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp.

Detention

1. At 11:00, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Al-Athani and Mohammad Al-Hadrah in Al-Aqsa mosque compound.
2. At 16:30, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Al-Taweel after storming his home in Beit Hanina town.

House Demolition

At dawn on February 14th 2017, Israeli forces stormed Al-Eisawiya village and demolished a home {under construction} owned by Hassan Yassin Mustafa for allegedly being built without a licence

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshipers.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 13:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ein Al-Bayda village located in the North Jordan valley then searched residents and vehicles.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:30 on February 13th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 07:40 on February 14th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun Atma village then searched residents and vehicle.

Raid

At 09:10, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and detained 3 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Omar Ahmad Saleem , Osama Ahmad Saleem and Layth Rabi Ahmad Rabi in Azzun town.

NABLUS

Raid

At 13:05, Israeli forces raided Sarah village until 13:55.

Detention

On February 12th 2017, Israeli forces detained Fadi Raslan Hassan Dahiliya {A resident of Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city}.

JERICHO

Raid

At 11:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Jaftlik village, stormed a home, detained a resident then withdrew at 13:15.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ameen Mustafa Bani Odeh in Al-Jiftlik village.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 12:05.
2. At 11:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched resident and vehicles until 11:55.

Raid

1. At dawn on February 13th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Shuwarat village and detained a resident.
2. At 09:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Asakra village and detained a resident.
3. At 16:05, Israeli forces raided Beit Sahour city then stormed several merchant shops.
4. At 18:30, Israeli forces raided Husan village, stormed and searched 2 homes then withdrew at 19:30.
5. At 21:15, Israeli forces raided Harmalah village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 21:40.
6. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Ayda camp in Bethlehem city, stormed and searched several homes, detained 2 children then withdrew at 06:30.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ayman Issa Mohammad Hamdan in Al-Shwarat village.
2. Israeli forces detained Ghalib Ali Mohammad Dakhil-Allah Al-Asakrah in Al-Askar camp.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Salah Al-Masa'id {15 years old} and Anas Salah Al-Masa'id {14 years old} in Aydah camp in Bethlehem city.

Attack

At 21:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Harmalah village.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Surif town and detained a resident.

Raid

1. At 20:15, Israeli forces raided Deir Sammit village, closed down Al-Okhwa Association but local residents were able to reopen it then withdrew at 21:40.
2. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Shiyoukh town, stormed and searched several homes, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:35.
3. At dawn on February 14th 2017, Israeli forces raided Surif town and detained a resident after storming and searching his home.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near then entrance of Beit Surif town detained Khalid Mohammad Abdel-Fattah Ghanimat.
2. Israeli forces detained Zaher Abdel-Raheem Abdel-Jawwad Halaykah in Al-Shiyoukh town.
3. Israeli forces detained Arafat Ahmad Mustafa Ghanimat after storming and searching his home during their raid into Surif town.

Physical Assault

At 22:55, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Karnatina area located in the old city of Hebron assaulted Mohammad Mahmoud Ali Amro {70 years old} and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Assaults on Property

At 20:15, Israeli forces closed Al-Okhwa Association during their raid into Deir Samit village during which local residents were able to reopen it at a later time.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports in the coming month.

• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Gaza Districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 08:00 on February 13th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in West Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 12:00 on February 13th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in West Beit Lahiya town.
3. At 03:30 on February 14th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in West Beit Lahiya town.

Detention

On February 13th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing detained Mohammad Martiji {A resident of Gaza city}.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 22:10 on February 13th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is partially open for the exit of 601 residents {with humanitarian and emergency medical cases, students and International passport holder} and the entry of 471 residents into Gaza as well as the entry of 56 truckloads of Cement and steel for construction purposes.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
