1. At 07:00 on February 4th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Eiswaiya village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Biddu town and detained 2 residents then withdrew at 12:10.
1. On February 4th 2017, Israeli forces detained Shawkat Qur'an {A resident of Al-Eizariya town}.
2. Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint near the entrance of Biddu town detained 2 resiednts: Mu'taz Saher Dabour and Majd Saher Dabour {Both are residents of Al-Jalazoun camp in Ramallah & Al-Bireh District}
1. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Sharqiya town and summoned Eyad Abdel-Rahman Ajjaq to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. At 16:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city.
3. At 17:40, Israeli forces raided Shuqba village.
4. At 19:40, Israeli forces raided Deir Nathim and Budrus villages.
At 08:45, Israeli forces closed the main road connecting Silwad town and Ein Yabroud village with a steel Gate and impeded the free flow of traffic.
1. At 12:30, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town.
2. At 18:40, Israeli forces raided Rumana village, clashed with several residents and as a result left residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation and withdrew at 21:00
3. At 18:40, Israeli forces raided Zubaba village.
4. At 23:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Yamoun town, Al-Hashimah , Al-Arqa , Khirbiet Al-Turm and Nazlat Zied villages until 02:30.
At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Al-Bayda village junction located in the North Jordan valley then searched residents and vehicles until 17:55.
1. At 13:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 14:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 20:15.
4. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Azzun and Kafr Thulth then searched residents and vehicles.
At 15:45, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city, stormed a vehicle spare parts shop owned by Kamal Bayan Al-Habash an confiscated his vehicle.
At 15:45, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Kamal Bayan Al-Habash after they stormed and searched a vehicle spare parts shop during their raid into Qalqilya city.
At 15:30, a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site and as a result left several demonstrators suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
At 15:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents participating in demonstrations against the closure of the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village.
At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, Balata and Askar camps , stormed and searched several homes , detained 2 residents in Balata and Askar camps then withdrew at 05:40.
Israeli forces detained Ahmad Khalil Jabarah {A resident of Balata camp} and Jamal Mohammad Marshoud {A resident of Askar camp} during their raids into Balata and Askar camp in Nablus city.
At 08:55, Israeli forces escorting a group of Israeli settlers from "Alon" settlement located near Salim village chased several shepherds herding their sheep near the village.
At 19:00, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Yitshar"settlement located near Huwara town stoned residents and vehicles travelling along the main road near the settlement and also assaulted Salamah Saleem Odeh {A resident of Huwara town} then withdrew at 19:25.
At 20:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Kafr Al-Dik town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.
At 20:40, Israeli forces raided Harris village until 21:30.
At 04:30, Israeli forces raided Jericho city.
1. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints near Aqbat Hasna area {along the main road leading to the west villages on Bethlehem District} and at the entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.
1. At 19:50, Israeli forces raided Harmalah village until 20:30.
2. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, stormed and searched a home , detained a resident then withdrew at 02:20.
3. At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, stormed and searched several home, detained 3 residents then withdrew at 06:30.
1. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Ibrahim Suliman Al-Amour in Teqou' town.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Qusay Ahmad Issa, Mohammad Rasahad Issa and Ahmad Rshad Issa in Al-Khader town.
1. At 18:55,Israeli forces closed the main entrance of Nihalin village and impeded the free flow of traffic.
2. At 18:55, Israeli forces closed the east and west entrances of Husan village and prevented residents from entering or exiting the village.
At 14:50, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Beit Ummar town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
At 14:50, 2 Israeli settler riding a vehicle stormed the south entrance of Hebron city during which its was stopped by Palestinian Intelligence officers and turned over to the Israeli Military.
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.
• Israeli Military forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards Gaza and Central Gaza Districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Rafah District.

2. At 08:00 on February 4th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in West Beit Lahiya town.
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 08:00 on February 4th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood located in east Gaza city.
At 12:40 on February 4th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Maghazi camp.

At 07:00 on February 4th 2017,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores off the shore of Rafah city.
