Daily Report January 25, 2017

At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Anata town junction and detained a child.

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city and clashed with several residents.
2. At 15:40, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and served military orders for the demolition of 2 agricultural structures owned by Malik Al-Khatiba and Mohammad Afif Sukar.
3. At 02:25, Israeli forces detained Biddu town and detained 2 residents.
4. At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town.
5. At dawn on January 25th 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Anan town and detained 3 residents.

1. At 21:00 on January 23rd 2017, Israeli forces detained Islam Ali Musa Rabi' in Abu Dis town.
2.On January 23rd 2017, Israeli forces detained Rawhi Al-Kalghasi as he was exiting Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem.
3. Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint near Anata town junction detained Mustafa Ahmad Hamad {17 years old}{A resident of Silwad town in Ramallah & Al-Bireh District}
4. Israeli forces detained Fadi Abdel-Kareem Mahbouha and Shafiq Khaled in Biddu town.
5. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Malik Mohammad Hamid, Ahmad Baker Rabi' amd Muneeb Mohammad Ibrahim Jamhour in Beit Annan town.

At 01:00, Israeli forces temporarily detained Fatima Kamal Sadiqi Taha {A resident of Surda village in Ramallah & Al-Bireh District} in Jerusalem city for allegedly entering with out a permit.

At 10:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshipers.

On January 24th 2017, The Israeli Prime Minister's Office and The Israeli Military approved plans for the constructions of 2500 new Settlement units on several existing settlement across the West Bank which include: {Ariel: 900 housing units, Ma'ale Adumim: 90 units, Efrat: 21 housing units, Immanuel: 166 units, Migron: 86 units, Beit El: 100 units, Oranit: 150 units, Givat Ze'ev: 100 units} all on land occupied in 1967.

1. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces raided Bil'in village and clashed with several residents.
2. At 15:15, Israeli forces raided Awarta town, Jijliliya, Ajoul ,Mazari' Al-Nubani villages
3. At 04:10, Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet town.
4.At 03:50, Israeli forces raided Deir Ghassaneh and Beit Rimma towns , detained 3 residents then withdrew at 06:00.
5. At dawn on January 25th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Labban Al-Gharbiya village and detained 3 residents [including a child}.

1. At 12:45, Israeli forces positioned near "Ofra" settlement detained 2 residents {including a child}: Abdel Fattah Bassam {17 years old} and Salah Husam Hamad as they chased their vehicle near the settlement.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Bassam Sa'id Al-Barghouthi {A resident of Deir Ghassanah town}, Hakeem Mahmoud Al-Rimawi {A resident of Beit Rima town} and Nidal Al-Rimawi {A resident of Beit Rima town} during their raid into Beit Rima and Deir Ghassan town.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Samer Radi {15 years old}, Marwan Mahmoud Abu Salem and Tarik Hisham Radi in Al-Labban Al-Gharbi village.

At 16:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Zubaba village then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 10:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalmat and Arana village.
2. At 10:25, Israeli forces raided Zubaba and Rumana villages.
3. At 22:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Taram village .
4. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town and Al-Araqa village then detained a resident in Ya'bad town.
5. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Silah Al-Harithya town.
6. At dawn on January 25 2017, Israeli forces raided Anin village and detained a resident.

At 16:05, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

1. At 08:05, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, detained a resident then withdrew at 11:15.
2. At 22:35, Israeli forces raided Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city until 04:45.
3. At 02:05, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Nur Al-Shams camp and Far'un village , detained 6 residents then withdrew at 04:45.

1. At 09:50 and again at 16:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 16:40
2. At 17:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the Dead Sea junction then searched residents and vehicles.

At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasnah area located near the entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 12:30.

1.At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city, stormed a home then withdrew at 04:10.
2. At 03:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:00.

Israeli forces detained a residents: Ibrahim Suliman Salah in Al-Khader town.

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhoul bridge, detained a resident then withdrew at 11:30.
2. At 16:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp, prevented vehicles from entering or exiting the camp until 16:55.
3. At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fah's area located in South Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At dawn on January 24th 2017, and again at 21:50 Israeli forces raided Yatta town, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:00.
2. At 18:05, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir town and detained a resident after storming and searching his home.
3. At 23:40, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
4. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town then stormed and searched a home.
5. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Fuwar camp.
6.At 03:10, Israeli forces raided Dura town, detained a resident and summoned Fayhiya Shalash {A journalist} to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.

1. Israeli forces positioned at Halhoul town bridge detained Ahmad Abdallah Abu Ayash {A resident of Beit Ummar town}.
2. Israeli forces detained Rashed Rashad Attiya in Yatta town.
3.Israeli forces detained Suhayeb Hussien Soliman Jaradat in Sa'ir town.
4. Israeli forces detained Iz Al-Din Nayef Lutfi Al-Teeti in Dura town.

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 22:00, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched tank artillery shells towards Palestinian Gunmen in east Al-Maghazi camp.

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
