Daily Report March 8, 2017

1. At 07:00 on March 7th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Shiekh Jarah neighborhood in Jerusalem city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 07:15 on March 7th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Ein Al-Louz area in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 07:30 on March 7th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Eisawiya village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Malee Adumim" settlement {at the entrance of Al-Eizariya town} then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Khan Al-Ahmar area {located along the main road connecting Jerusalem and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles.
6. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Anata town then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 14:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram, Biddu and Abu Dis towns, detained a resident in Abu Dis town then withdrew at 05:00.

Israeli forces detained Nour Eriqat in Abu Dis town.

At 16:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 17:25.

At 14:30, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of "Ofra" military base fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents protesting the killing of Basel Al-Araj and detained 6 residents.

2. At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Hadad Tourist village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 21:30, Israeli forces positioned Military checkpoint located along the main road connecting Jenin and Tulkarem districts detained Ahmad Iz-AlDin Amarnah {A resident of Ya'bad town}.
2. At 24:00, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located near Ya'bad town detained Zakaraiya Mohammad Ahmad Al-Ka'abnah {A Customs Police Officer}{A resident of Jenin camp}.

At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Tubas city and detained a University student.

At 12:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 14:40.

At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 23:20, Israeli forces raided Falamiya village and stormed a home.
2. At 03:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar village then stormed and searched a home.

On March 7th 2017, Israeli forces detained Ashraf Sufiyan Odah {A resident of Azzun town} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon.

At 10:20, a Israeli settler driving a bus ran over Mutwali Ahmad Shubaki {62 years old} {A resident of Jinsafut village}near Jinsafut village junction and as a result left him hospitalised with life threatening injuries.

1. At dawn on March 7th 2017, Israeli forces raided Odala village then stormed and searched 2 homes.
2. At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and Ein Beit Al-Ma camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured a resident then detained 3 residents.

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ala Abdel-Rahman Abdel-Ghani, Thaer Ahmad Al-Eisawi and Yusef Ramzi Dwikat in Nablus city.

At 01:35, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several during their raid into Nablus city and Ein Beit Al-Ma camp and as a result injured a resident.

At 11:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Hamra military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 12:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Container Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 12:00, Israeli forces set up 6 checkpoint in Ush Al-Ghurab area located in east Beit Sahur, at the entrance of Beit Jalla city, at the west entrance of Teqou' town, at Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city}, near Al-Khader town and in Aqbat Hasna area located near the entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles {after the alleged stabbing of a Israeli settler}.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 21:15.
3.At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jurat Al-Sham'a village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:10.

1. At dawn on March 7th 2017, Israeli forces raided Husan village and detained 2 residents.
2. At 12:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Jalla city, stormed and searched several homes and merchant shops {for the alleged stabbing of a Israeli settler} until 14:20.
3. At 03:35, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and Al-Duhisheh camps, stormed and searched several home, detained a resident and summoned the child Mohammad Waleed Sabri Al-Saqa {16 years old}{A resident of Al-Duhisheh camp} to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 12:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Wadi Al-Huriya area located in south Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At dawn on March 8th 2017, Israeli forces raided Surif town and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on March 8th 2017, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, stormed and searched several homes,detained 2 residents and summoned Mus'ab Al-Junaydi to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

1. At 09:40 on March 7th 2017, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 60 m into the vicinity of east Beit Hanun town and opened fire as they levelled a plot of land then withdrew at 13:45.
2. At 16:15 on March 7th 2017, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 110 m into North West the vicinity of Beit Hanun town and opened fire as they levelled a plot of land then withdrew at 18:15.

1. At 09:00 on March 7th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in West Beit Lahiya town.

2. At 10:50 on March 7th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in North Beit Hanoun town and injured a resident.
