WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jaba' village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 15:00, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and clashed with several residents near Al-Quds University campus.
2. At 17:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village.
3. At 21:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town until 00:30.
4. At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Qalandiya camp and detained 2 residents.
5. At dawn on November 28th 2016, Israeli forces raided Qatana village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 21:00, Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Mu'tasim Masauda, Muntasir Siyam, Yusef Al-Natsheh and Ibrahim Al-Natsheh in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 resident: Mohammad Fihmi Yacoub and Raed Anwar Al-Khatib in Qalandiya camp.
3. Israeli forces detained Yusef Shamasneh in Qatana village.

Attack

At 15:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning near Al-Quds University campus during their raid into Abu Dis town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Buddrus village and prevented residents under the age of 25 from leaving the village.
2. At 17:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ein Yabroud village and confiscated 700 USD from Majdi Abu Zied.
3. At 17:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Turmus'aya town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 19:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Abboud town and Deir Abu Mash'al village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.

Raid

At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp, stormed a home , detained a resident then withdrew at 03:20.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Nour Fayiq Sha'ban Ghazawi in Al-Jalazoun camp.

Confiscation of Property

At 17:10, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near the entrance of Ein Yabroud village confiscated 700 USD from Majdi Abu Zied.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 09:25, Israeli forces raided Marka, Al-Jabra and Masaliya villages until 11:45.
2. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Zubaba village until 06:15.

Detention

At 16:20, Israeli forces detained Tuqay Yacoub Nafa'yat {20 years old}{A resident of Ya'bad town} as he was arguing with a Israeli Police officer near "Salem" Military base were he was attending his detained brothers court hearing session.

TUBAS

Settlers Violence

At 14:25, a Israeli settler from "Migola" settlement located near Ein Al-Bayda village located in the North Jordan valley area began planting a plot of agricultural land {which was forcibly seized by Israeli settlers} then withdrew under the protection of Israeli military forces from the area after residents of the village began protesting his presence in the area.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 13:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 14:20.

Raid

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Thulth town until 14:00.
2. At 17:50, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and clashed with several residents.

Attack

At 17:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Deir Sharaf village junction{ located along the main road connecting Nablus and Tulkarem} then searched residents and vehicles until 09:35.
2. At 09:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road in Huwara town then searched residents and vehicles until 10:20.
3. At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sarah village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqilya} then searched residents and vehicles until 13:30.
4. At 23:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Bithan road {located at the east entrance of Nablus city} then searched residents and vehicles until 24:00.

Raid

At 09:00, Israeli forces raided Beita town until 12:30.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Al-Dik town then searched residents and vehicles until 09:45.
2. At 08:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles until 09:45.

JERICHO

Military Checkpoints

At 10:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Hamra checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 11:00.

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 10:15.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

1. At 16:15, Israeli forces raided Ayda camp and surveyed the camps cemetery.
2. At 06:35, Israeli forces raided Ayda camp in Bethlehem city , stormed 3 homes and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on November 28th 2016, Israeli forces raided Irtas village and detained a resident.
4. At dawn on November 28th 2016, Israeli forces raided Al-Walja village then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Hamza Ibrahim Malash in Ayda camp located in Bethlehem city.
2. Israeli forces detained Qassim Mahmoud Ayash in Irtas village.

House Occupation

At 11:55, Israeli forces stormed Khirbiet Al-Deir area located near Teqou' town and occupied Awad Mohammad Sulimans home and converted its rooftop into a military post then withdrew at 13:55.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Samou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 19:45.
2. At 20:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kawaziba village then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

Raid

1. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, detained 4 residents{including a Legislative council member} then withdrew at 05:00.
2. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town.
3. At dawn on November 28th 2016, Israeli forces raided Al-Aroub camp, stormed and searched a home, confiscated a cellular telephone owned by {A Palestinian detainee} Shamikh Al-Teetees home.

Detention

1. At 13:05, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron detained Mohammad Hazim Masauda {A resident of Hebron city}.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents:Azzam Nu'man Salhab{A PLC member}, Anas Hatem Qafshiya , Issam Maher Obied and Ayman Abdallah Al-Qawasmi in Hebron city.

Physical Assault

On the evening of November 27th 2016, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron assaulted the child Abdel-Rahman Al-Harbawi {13 years old} and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on November 28th 2016, Israeli forces confiscated a cellular telephone owned by {A Palestinian detainee} Shamikh Al-Teetees home during their raid into Al-Aroub camp.

Settlers Violence

At 20:50,a Israeli settler vehicle travelling near Karmat village ran over Nasser Khaled Azzazmah {A resident of Al-Karma village} and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• * Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza District.
•Israeli naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 08:00 on November 27th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

2. At 12:30 on November 27th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 13:00 on November 27th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Johr Al-Dik town located in south east Gaza city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
