At 18:10, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Jaba' checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Biddu town. detained 2 residents {including a National Security Force Officer}.

1. At 02:30 on December 8th 2016, Israeli forces detained Ameer Jafal after storming his home during their raid into Abu Dis town as mentioned in the previous report.
2. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at the entrance of Biddu town detained 2 residents: Ismail Omar Ali Shamasna {A National Security Force Officer } and Hamza Ibrahim Shamasna {Both are residents of Qatana village}.

On December 8th 2016, Israeli forces closed The Palestinian Cultural Hall {Haqawaty} in Jerusalem city from 18:00 until 24:00 thus preventing a Musical Play "Ghanno Ma'na" {Sing With Us}.

At 00:45 on December 8th 2016, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Taybeh town junction {Along Al-Mu'arajat road which connects Ramallah and Jericho} then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 17:40, Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet town, detained a University Student, stormed a home and assaulted Adham Omar Abu Arqoub then withdrew at 19:40.
2. At 17:50, Israeli forces raided Ramallah and Al-Bireh city.

Israeli forces detained Abdel-Rahman Hamdan {A resident of Al-Bireh city} {A University student} during their raid into Bir Ziet town.

At 18:15, Israeli assaulted Adham Omar Abu Arqoub during their raid into Bir Ziet town.

At 09:30, Israeli forces closed the main road connecting Silwad town and Ein Yabroud village with cement blocks then local residents reopened it at 14:35.

At 09:30, Israeli forces closed Za'tara checkpoint {after Israeli forces opened fire towards Mohammad Jihad Hussien Harb Maskawi {18 years old} {A resident of Qalqiliya city} and as s result killed him for allegedly attempting to stab a Israeli soldier then reopened the checkpoint at a later time.

2. At 13:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hasan town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 09:30, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara checkpoint opened fire towards and killed Mohammad Jihad Hussien Harb Maskawi {18 years old} {A resident of Qalqilya city} for allegedly attempting to stab a Israeli soldier.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
