JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bir Nabala town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 15:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis towns then clashed with several residents.

Detention

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces detained Iz Al-Din Abu Sbieh as he was exiting Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem.
2.On January 6th 2017, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Shadi Mohammad Hussien Al-Fuqiya {A resident of Qutna village} and Anan Daoud Hameed {A resident of Beit Anan town}.

Attack

1. At 15:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis towns.
At 19:10, Israeli forces positioned by the North junction of Al-Ram town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

At 19:50, Israeli forces raided Silwad town, clashed with several residents and as a result injured Ahmad Abed Al-Salam.

Demonstrations

1. At 12:45, a demonstration took place in Bil’in village protesting against the construction of the wall during which they clashed with Israeli forces and as a result suffocated several residents from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 12:45, a demonstration took place in Nil’in village protesting against the construction of the wall during which they clashed with Israeli forces and as a result suffocated several residents from tear gas inhalation.

1. At 12:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several demonstrators participating in a demonstration against the construction of the wall in Nil'in village.
2. At 12:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several demonstrators participating in a demonstration against the construction of the wall in Bil'in village.
3. At 13:20, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured Ahmad Abdel-Salam during their raid into Silwad town.

Injuries

At 19:50, Ahmad Abdel-Salam {18 years old} was injured during confrontations with Israeli forces during their raid into Silwad town.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Mughier village then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 09:35, Israeli forces raided Jalqamous village.
2. At 11:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Zababda town.
3. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Dan village until 01:10.
4. At dawn on January 7th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Silah Al-Harthiya and Al-Yamoun.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 12:55, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Taysir checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Rotim" settlement located in the North Jordan Valley then searched residents and vehicles until 13:35.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 12:55, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

QALQILIYA

Demonstrations

At 13:00, a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site and as a result left several demonstrators suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At 13:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators during demonstrations in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance as a result left several demonstrators suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Beit Farouq town and Beit Dajan village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 22:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qabalan town then searched residents and vehicles until 23:55.

Raid

At 00:15, Israeli forces raided the east neighborhoods of Nablus city and confiscated a shipping containers then withdrew at 00:55.

At 00:15, Israeli forces confiscated a shipping container during their raid into the east neighborhoods of Nablus city.

Raid

At 17:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Zawiya town until 17:35.

JERICHO

Raid

1. At 08:15, Israeli forces raided Jericho city as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed "Shuhan" synagogue then withdrew at 10:45.
2. At 23:10, Israeli forces raided Fasayil village, opened fire towards a vehicle then withdrew at 05:00.

Attack

At 23:10, Israeli forces opened fire towards a vehicle during their raid into Fasayil village.

BETHLEHEM

Detention

1. At 15:00, Israeli forces positioned at Container checkpoint detained Firas Khader Ghareeb Musa {A resident of Al-Khader town}.
2. At 01:45, Israeli forces detained Daniel Rashid Abu Sarour {A resident of Ayda camp in Bethlehem city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

Attack

At 14:50, Israeli forces positioned near the west entrance of Teqou' town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 3 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 3 unidentified residents during confrontations near the west entrance of Teqou' town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Karamah village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 10:00.

Raid

At 18:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Shiyoukh town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.
•Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza District.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) is partially open for humanitarian cases, international journalists, employees working for humanitarian agencies, businessmen and passengers traveling through Al-Karama Crossing

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 14:00 on January 6th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several residents located in the vicinity Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing located in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood in east Gaza city as they were participating in demonstrations protesting the Israeli Military and settler attack on Al-Aqsa mosque compound.
