Vice President Hussein Al Sheikh welcomes Mladenov’s announcement of the establishment of a liaison office with the Palestinian Authority

Ramallah, February 20, 2026 – His Excellency Mr. Hussein Al Sheikh, Vice President of the State of Palestine, welcomed Mr. Nikolay Mladenov's announcement of the establishment of the Palestinian Authority’s liaison office, which will provide an official channel for coordination and communication between the Board of Peace’s Representative’s office and the Palestinian Authority to implement President Trump’s plan and Security Council Resolution 2803.
