Vice President Hussein Al Sheikh Receives the Turkish Ambassador to the State of Palestine

Today, Wednesday, H.E. the Vice President of the State of Palestine, Mr. Hussein Al Sheikh, received H.E. the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to the State of Palestine, Mr. İsmail Çobanoğlu, to discuss the latest political and international developments.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the evolving situation in the Palestinian territories in light of the continued blockade and the worsening humanitarian conditions. They stressed the urgent need to lift the blockade, ensure the immediate entry of humanitarian assistance to our besieged people in Gaza, and put an end to the systematic violations committed by settlers against civilians in the West Bank.
H.E. the Vice President commended Türkiye's supportive role toward the Palestinian people and its efforts to alleviate their suffering. H.E. Ambassador Çobanoğlu, in turn, reaffirmed his country’s steadfast and continued support for the Palestinian cause.
