JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Bir Nabala bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 13:40.

Raid

1. At 14:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained 2 residents.
2. At 19:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town, detained a resident then withdrew at 20:50.
3. At 23:00, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town, stormed Al-Quds University campus, confiscated surveillance camera and summoned the head of Campus Security to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 02:50.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Musa Hamdan and Ahmad Hassan Budrus in Al-Eisawiya village.
2. Israeli forces detained Jamil Mahmoud Jamil Al-Shawish in Al-Town.

Attack

1. At 15:10, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning near the north junction if Al-Ram town.
2. At 19:55, Israeli forces positioned near Anbar neighborhood in Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Assault on Educational sector

At 23:00, Israeli forces stormed Al-Quds University Campus during their raid into Abu Dis town and confiscated surveillance camera and summoned the head of Campus Security to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 02:50.

Confiscation of Property

At 23:00, Israeli forces confiscated surveillance camera footage as they stormed Al-Quds University campus during their raid into Abu Dis.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the road connecting Surda and Al-Jalazoun camp then searched residents and vehicles until 12:15.
2. At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Rawabi city then searched residents and vehicles until 17:30.
3. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints along Ein Sinya village roundabout and beneath Ein Yabroud village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on December 11th 2016, Israeli forces raided Abu Shikhidum village and summoned musa Mohammad Musa to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. At dawn on December 12th 2016, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Omar Hussien Hamad and Shadi Azam Abdel-Kareem Hamad in Silwad town.

JENIN

1. At 13:10, Israeli forces raided Jenin city , fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

At 17:40, a Israeli settler vehicle travelling along the main road in Al-Nabi Eliyas village ran over the child Hamdan Hanoun (6 years old) and as a result left him hospitalized with serious contusions.

1. At dawn on December 11th 2016, Israeli forces raided Al-Obidiya town and detained 2 residents.
2. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and Al-Dahishiya camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured 3 residents {including a child}: Qusay Riyad Salah, Oday Adnan Shihadeh and Majd Khaled Ja'afri and also summoned 3 residents: Moath Jadallah Zaghari, Ramzi Adnan Daoud Yabas and Billal Mohammad Ibrahim Al-Wahadna then withdrew at 04:40.
3. At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town and detained 2 children.
4. At 03:50, Israeli forces raided Ayda camp in Bethlehem town then stormed a home.

Detention

1. At 02:20 on December 11th 2016, Israeli forces detained the child: Mahmoud Ali Abde Al-Khalil Sabah (16 years old) during their raid into Teqou' town.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Issa Mahmoud Ali Dar Awai and Mahmoud Issa Mahmoud Ali Dar Awai in Al-Obidiya town.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 children: Musa Jawdat Al-Amour (14 years old) and Mahmoud Sameer Al-Amour (14 years old) in Teqou' town .

At 24:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Duhisheh camp and as a result injured 3 residents: and as a result injured 3 residents {including a child}: Qusay Riyad Salah, Oday Adnan Shihadeh and Majd Khaled Ja'afri.

Israeli forces injured 3 residents {including a child}: Qusay Riyad Salah, Oday Adnan Shihadeh and Majd Khaled Ja'afri during confrontations in Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem.

1. At dawn on December 11th 2016, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and summoned 2 residents: Mohammad Ikhmis and Murad Ikhmis to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed a home.
3. At 04:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Aroub camp, stormed and searched several homes and detained 5 residents.
4. At dawn on December 12th 2016, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town then stormed 2 homes.

Detention

1. At 12:20, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron detained Omar Abdel-Ra'ouf Abu Sinineh.
2. Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Ithna town detained Fareed Yusef Al-Salamiyat.
3. Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Khader Yusef Madi, Baha Majed Ra'i, Ayham Nasser Salamah Jindi, Mohammad Abdel-Baset Abu Raya and Mohammad Khaled Abu Sal in Al-Aroub camp.

Settlers Attacks

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Khirbeit Basim area located in south Dura town and uprooted several Olive trees.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.
•Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah Districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

1. At 09:30 on December 11th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 06:45 on December 12th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 00:30 on December 12th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit of 703 ill patients, students and those with entry permits and the entry of 636 residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.

At 19:50 on December 11th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah city.
