WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Attack

1. At 08:00 on July 13th 2017, Israeli forces positioned in Wadi Al-Hums area located in south Jerusalem city opened fire towards a residents as attempted to enter Jerusalem city and as a result left hospitalized.
2. On the morning of July 14th 2017, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Aqsa mosque compound opened fire during a shooting incident with 3 armed gunmen {carrying Israeli Identification Cards} from Um Al-Fahim city in Israel and as a result left the gunmen and 2 Israeli Police officers killed including 1 injured.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Nasser Mohammad Ali Shuqirat {Al-Shiekh Sa'ed village} after opening fire towards him in Wadi Al-Hums area located in south Jerusalem city.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

1. At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
2. On the morning of July 14th 2017, Israeli Military forces closed the main gates leading to Al-Aqsa mosque compound and prevented residents from conducting prayers in the mosque {after a shoot out between 3 armed individuals carrying Israeli Identification cards {All are residents of Um Al-Fahim city located inside Israel}.

Settlement Activities

On July 12th 2017, the Israeli Government approved plans for the construction of new 798 settlement units {276 settlements in Pisgat Ze'ev settlement, 120 settlements in Neve Ya'akov settlement, 200 settlements in Ramot settlement and 202 settlements in Gilo settlement} located in east Jerusalem city on land occupied in 1967.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:30 and again at 22:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Illo village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 22:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 22:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles.

JENIN

Raid

At dawn on July 14th 2017, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ra'i town and detained a resident after storming and searching his home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Bilal Nabil Thiyab in Kafr Ra'i town.

Settlers Attacks

At 12:30, Israeli forces raided the area of Homish settlement {which was abandoned} then withdrew at 13:30.

Raid

At 11:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Aqaba village.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:00 and 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 22:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Haja village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Qussin village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba'a area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.
3. At 21:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sarah village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqilya} then searched residents and vehicles until 22:15.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 22:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Arial" settlement and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint neat "Arail" settlement junction detained Islam Jamil Mohammad Odeh {A resident of Tulkarem camp}.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:30 and again at 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles until 23:45.
2. At 21:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 23:25.
3. At 22:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located along the east entrance of Beit Sahur city} then searched residents and vehicles until 01:20.

Raid

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town until 10:25.
2. At 07:50 on July 14th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city, clashed with several residents, clashed with several residents and as a result killed Bara Ismail Hamamdeh {21 year old} and injured 2 residents then detained 2 others.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Khalid Obied and Moath Issam Nassar in Al-Duhisheh camp.

Attack

1. On the evening of July 13th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Teqou' fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 07:50 on the morning of July 14th 2017, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city and as a result killed a resident and injured 2 others.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Bara Ismail Hamadah {21 years old} during confrontations in during their raid into Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents during confrontations in during their raid into Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Huwar area {located at the North entrance of Halhul town} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 11:20 and again at 20:20, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.

Detention

At 12:10, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron detained Yazzid Imad Da'na.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip.

• Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green line towards Gaza District.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

*Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 18:30 on July 13th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several farmers and shepherds located on agricultural land in east Jahir Al-Dik area located in south east Gaza city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed {but partially open on July 13th 2017 for the entry of Fuel supplies for electrical generators.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
