WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Biddu town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 14:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Bir Nabala town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At dawn on November 9th 2017, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and detained 2 residents after storming their homes.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mervat Khatab Al-Khateeb and Suliman Khatab Al-Kahateeb in Hizma town.

Temporary Detention

On the morning of November 8th 2017, Israeli forces temporarily detained Amjad Abu Assab as he was reporting for Interrogation at "Al-Maskibiya" then released him after he paid a 5000 NIS fine.

Deportation

At 10:00 on November 8th 2017, Israeli Authorities in Jerusalem city issued a order for the deportation of Ehab Hassan Omar Abu Ghazalah from travelling to West Bank districts for a period of 6 months after placing him to Home detention and then released him after paying a fine.

Destruction of Property

1. At 11:00, Israeli forces demolished a storage room owned by Abu Nijma family in Silwan neighborhood for allegedly being built without a licence.
2. At 11:30, Israeli forces demolished a Car dealership owned by Harhash family in Al-Samar area located in Al-Shiekh Jarrah neighborhood in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built without a licence.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlement Activities

On November 8th 2017, Israeli authorities approved construction license for 240 settlement units {150 in "Ramat Shlomo" settlement and 90 settlement units in "Gilo" settlement} all on land located in Jerusalem city which was occupied in 1967.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Turmus'aya town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Silwad town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:00.
3. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 19:00.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town then stormed and searched several homes.
2. At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town and detained 5 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Mustafa Yusef Zakarnah, Mahmoud Ali Ahmad Zakarnah, Mustafa Omar Rashed Abu Al-Rub, Ahmad Sati Sadeq Abu Al-Rub and Jawad Ahmad Mahmoud Kamil in Qabatiya town.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 12:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At dawn on November 8th 2017, Israeli forces raided Quffin town and summoned Nidal Rafqi Khalil Ta'ama to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Tulkarem camp, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 04:50.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Hussien Ahmad Alami {A resident of Tulkarem city} and Basil Baledi {A resident of Tulkarem camp}.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 10:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jayyous town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 18:30, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Labban Al-Sharqiya village then searched residents and vehicles until 14:00.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 11:10, a group of Israeli settlers from "Yitshar" settlement assaulted Taysir Mahmoud Sabah and his wife {both residents of Orif village} as they were collecting Olive harvest on their land located in east Orif village and as s result left them hospitalized during which Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who attempted to defend those who were assaulted by the settlers.
2. At 18:00, Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land located in Burin village near "Barghat" settlement and stole Olive harvests owned by Ibrahim Ali Abed.

Injuries

At 11:10, Taysir Mahmoud Sabah and his wife were hospitalized with contusions after they were assaulted by Israeli settlers as they were collecting Olive harvest in east Orif village.

Attack

At 11:00, Israeli forces positioned in east Urif village fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they attempted to stop Israeli settlers who were assaulting a resident and his wife who were collecting Olive harvest.

SALFIT

Settlers Attacks

At 17:15, a Israeli settler's vehicle ran over the child Yamen Mustafa Assad Suf {8 years old}{A resident of Harris village} near Harris village junction and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Injuries

The child Yamen Mustafa Assad Suf {8 years old}{A resident of Harris village} was hospitalized with contusions after a Israeli settler's vehicle ran him over near Harris village junction.

JERICHO

Military Checkpoints

At 12:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Hamra Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

1. At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 20:30.
2. At 21:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east entrance of Beit Sahour city} then searched residents and vehicles until 16:00.
2. At 16:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 19:05.
3. At 20:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Nihalin village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.

Raid

1. At 11:35, Israeli forces raided Al-Arouj village and detained a resident.
2. At 03:35, Israeli forces raided Ayda camp in Bethlehem city and detained a resident.

Detention

1. On November 7th 2017, Israeli forces detained Majed Jamal Sa'ed Al-Wahish during their raid into Za'tara town.
2. Israeli forces detained Issa Abdallah Issa Al-Arouj in Al-Arouj village.
3. Israeli forces detained Khader Ameira Ja'buni in Ayda camp in Bethlehem city.

Attack

At 15:05, Israeli forces positioned at Ayda camp in North Bethlehem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Khursa village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Samiya village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:40, Israeli forces raided Inab Al-Kabera village {which is located in south west Al-Thahriya town}.
2. At 22:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Marouq village located in west Dura town as they escorted employees from the Israel Antiquities Authority.
3. At 22:25, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed a home.
4. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Rayhiya village then stormed and searched a home.
5. At dawn on November 9th 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes.

Attack

1. At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Arrub camp fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. On the evening of November 8th 2017, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Beit Ummar town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 09:55, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in wets Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 09:30 on November 8th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards Palestinian Gunmen in east Al-Maghazi camp.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
