WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 19:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Jaba' Military checkpoint which is located along the main road connecting Jerusalem, Ramallah and Jericho districts and as a result impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Beit Iska village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hizma town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Biddu town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Amjad Ahmad Awwad in Biddu town.

Temporary Detention

On November 27th 2017, Israeli Authorities in Jerusalem city placed 2 residents: Mus'ab Abbas and Sayil Hassuna under house arrest for a period of 7 days and fined them 5000 NIS each as a term for their release from Israeli Police custody after being detained at an earlier time.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 09:45.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Maythaloun town junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Al-Zababda and Qabatiya towns, detained a resident and confiscated a vehicle.

Raid

1. At 18:00, Israeli forces raided Hadad Al-Siyahiya village until 21:20.
2. At 06:50, Israeli forces raided Bruqin town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint in the area between Al-Zababda and Qabatiya towns detained Atallah Mohammad Attallah Hashash {A resident of Balata camp in Nablus city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Abdel-Hadi Attiq in Bruqin town.

Confiscation of Property

At 19:30, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint in the area between Al-Zababda and Qabatiya towns confiscated a vehicle owned by Atallah Mohammad Attallah Hashash {A resident of Balata camp in Nablus city} after detaining him.

TULKAREM

At 20:30, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:40, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and clashed with several residents.
2. At 17:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Nabi Eliyas village.

Attack

At 10:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:05 and again at 00:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shave Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 00:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Beita town junction and detained a resident.

Raid

1. At 09:55, Israeli forces raided Burqa village, stormed a home then withdrew at 11:05.
2. At 12:05, Israeli forces raided Deir Sharaf village, stormed Al-Rayan Furniture store and confiscated surveillance camera footage then withdrew at 13:20.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Beita town junction detained Diya' Samih Abu Arrab {A resident of Balata camp in Nablus city}.

Confiscation of Property

At 12:05, Israeli forces confiscated surveillance camera footage after storming Al-Rayan Furniture store during their raid into Deir Sharaf village.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:15, Israeli forces set up 3 checkpoints at the entrances of Kafil Harris and Deir Istiya towns and Harris village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Salfit city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:45.
2. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town , detained a resident then withdrew at 02:15.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Dr. Anas Wasef Al-Zir in Salfit city.

2. Israeli forces detained Adam Rashed Mir'i in Qarwat Bani Hassan town.

Attack

At 01:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed several homes during their raid into Salfit city.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jallah city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 20:45.

Raid

1. At 18:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 19:30.
2. At dawn on November 28th 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, stormed 2 residents, summoned 2 residents: Mohammad Akram Taqatqa and Imad Ibrahim Dayriya to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Attack

At 18:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Khader town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Zif village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Surif and Beit Ummar towns then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 10:35, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ibrahimi Mosque compound in the old city of Hebron detained Sultan Ali Khalil Al-Ja'bari {A resident of Hebron city}.

Destruction of Property

At 10:10, Israeli forces demolished a storage room owned by Abdel-Hakim Zakariya Masauda near Beit Einoun village for allegedly being built with out a licence.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Rafah District.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.

Attack

At 21:30 on November 27th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land located near Sufa Crossing located in east Rafah city.
