JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Eizariya town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. On February 14th 2019, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town, stormed and searched a home and summoned Uday Radwan Badr to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. At 04:00 on February 15th 2019, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Omar Thiyab in Shu'fat camp.

Temporary Detention

At 20:30, Israeli forces temporarily detained Biyan Al-Shiekh {A Security Guard at Al-Aqsa mosque compound} then released him after questioning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On February 14th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for the staff of international organizations and those holding from VIP and BMC cardholders only. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Silwad town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near the entrance of Silwad town detained Abdallah Imad Nassar Al-Sous {A resident of Abu Shikhidium village}.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 17:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Tayassir" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 14:45, Israeli forces raided Quffin, Attilo and Deir Al-Ghosoun towns until 17:20.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 19:25,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 14:50, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in east Orif village and attacked the local school and as a result shattered several classroom windows during which Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who attempted to prevent the settler attack and as a result injured 2 residents and detained another then withdrew at 17:00.
2. On the afternoon of February 14th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Assira Al-Qibliya village , attacked several homes during which Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who attempted to prevent the settler attack.

1. At 14:50, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who attempted to prevent a group of Israeli settlers who attacked a local school in Orif village and as a result injured 2 residents.
2. On the afternoon on February 14th 2019,Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who attempted to prevent a group of Israeli settlers who stormed agricultural land in Assira Al-Qibliya village .

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 residents: Usayed Daoud Al-Safadi and Ammar Fawzi Shihada during clashes in Orif village.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Usayed Daoud Al-Safadi after injuring him during clashes in east Burin village.

SALFIT

Detention

At 21:20, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction military checkpoint detained Mohammad Hadban Mahmoud Marjan {A National Security Force officer}{A resident of Askar camp in Nablus city}.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Mu'arajat road near Al-Oja village junction {which connects Jericho and Ramallah districts} then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.

Raid

At 07:30, Israeli forces raided Jericho city as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed a synagogue in the area.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the villages in west Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 15:20.
2. At 18:10, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 19:50.
3. At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:35.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Huwawir area {located at the North entrance of Halhul town} then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.

Attack

On the morning of February 14th 2019, Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents and school children located near Tariq Bin Zied school for alleged stoning and as a result left several school children suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Destruction of Property

At 11:20, Israeli forces destroyed several fruit and vegetable dens located along the main road near Al-Fuwar camp junction and confiscated all the produce after assaulting the owners.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on February 14th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Anas Al-Hashlamoun during their raid into Hebron city.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards , Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts as a result injured 2 residents.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 07:30 on February 14th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in north west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 07:30 on February 14th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

KHAN YUNIS

2. At 12:00 on February 14th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence ion east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

Attack

At 17:00 on February 14th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Rafah city and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Rafah city.
