WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. On the morning of February 18th 2019, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city and detained 2 children.
2. At 16:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents as they stormed Al-Arba'in mosque smashed glass windows and climbed the roof to take down the Palestinian flag then detained 2 residents.
3. At dawn on February 19th 2019, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town.

Detention

1. At dawn on February 18th 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Rami Al-Fuqiya and Ma'en Al-Fuqiya during their raid into Qutna village {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.
2. At 22:15, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Walid Tufaha and Mohammad Al-Duqdaq in the old city of Jerusalem.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Yasser Qarash {13 years old} and Yazan Samer Al-Dabas {13 years old} in Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
4. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Yasser Darwish and Anwar Obied in Al-Eisawiya village.

Temporary Detention

At 13:20, Israeli forces temporarily detained 8 residents {including a Woman}: Nour Shalabi, Hossam Sidr, Ammar Kstiro, Mohammed Zghir, Nazmiya Bkirat, Raed Da'na, Yousef Al Hawash and Mohammed Al Shobaki. in Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem then released them at a later time.

Deportation

On the evening of February 18th 2019, Israeli Authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders to ban 8 residents: Nazimia Bkirat, Raed Daana, Nour Shalabi, Hossam Sidr, Ammar Kstiro, Mohamed Zghir, Youssef Al Hawash, and Mohammed Shobaki. from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a time period between 1 and 2 weeks as a condition for their release after being detained at an earlier time.

Attack

At 16:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed Al-Arba'in mosque and climbed the roof to take down the Palestinian flag during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

1. On February 17th 2019, Israeli forces placed steel chains and locks on Al-Rahma Gate {A Main Gate entrance leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque compound} then removed them after local residents protested on the morning of February 19th 2019.
2. At 10:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
3. On the afternoon of February 18th 2019, Israeli forces closed the gates leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and prevented resiednts from entering after having removed worshipers and students of Al Aqsa schools by force, and then reopened it an hour and a half later.
4. At 16:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village then stormed Al-Arba'in mosque and climbed the roof to take down the Palestinian flag.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On February 18th 2019,the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Rawabi city roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 12:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Abboud town and Deir Abu Mash'al village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on February 18th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qibyat village and detained a resident.
2. At 03:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Janiya village and detained a resident.
3. At 07:00, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Nidal Mohammad Abdel-Hadi in Qibyat village.
2. Israeli forces detained Yazan Atman Mohammad Mathloum in Al-Janiya village.
3. Israeli forces detained Islam Ayed Yusef in Silwad town.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Matlat, Al-Mighiyer and Jalqmous villages.
2. At 19:50, Israeli forces raided Barta'a Al-Sharqiya village and detained a resident.
3. At 20:45, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town.
4. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Kafrit and Al-Hashmiya villages then detained a resident in Al-Hashmiya village.
5. At dawn on February 19th 2019, Israeli forces raided Jenin camp and detained 4 residents.

Detention

1. At 00:30 on February 18th 2019, Israeli forces detained Omar Soliman Al-Sa'di during their raid into Jenin camp.
2. Israeli forces detained Aqba Nafa' Shafa'i Yahya {A resident of Al-Arqat village} during their raid into Barta'a Al-Sharqiya village.
3. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Judat Jarrar in Al-Hashimiya village.
4. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Jihad al-Fahd, Mohammed Samir al-Rakh, Yazen Sulait, and Yusef Mohammad Attiya al-Ghoul in Jenin camp.

TUBAS

House Demolition

On the morning of February 19th 2019, Israeli forces demolished 2 residential tents owned by Jihad Mohammad Fahed Bani Odah and Fatima Soliman Mufdi Bani Oda in Khirbeit Al-Ras area in the North Jordan valley and also demolished a 350-square-meter sheep barn and 4 barns, a tent used for raising sheep.

Destruction of Property

On the morning of February 19th 2019, Israeli forces demolished 350-square-meter sheep barn and 4 barns, a tent used for raising sheep owned by Jihad Mohammad Fahed Bani Odah and Fatima Soliman Mufdi Bani Oda in Khirbeit Al-Ras area in the North Jordan valley.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 20:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town and Safarin village until 22:45.

Detention

At 14:10, Israeli forces detained Fakhri Hytham Al-Shilbi {A resident of Tulkarem city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.
2. At 06:30, Israeli forces raided Izbit Jaloud village and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Yusef Jaloud in Izbit Jalloud village.

Land Levelling

On February 18th 2019, Israeli forces leveled several plots of land in Sinariya and Masaha villages.

NABLUS

Raid

1. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and Balata camp.
2. At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Shamaliya town and detained a resident.
3. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Salem village.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Anas Mohammad Ali Yassin in Assira Al-Shamaliya town.

Land Levelling

At 10:55,Israeli forces leveled plots of land located in east Burin village in an attempt to expand "Givat Ronim" settlement outpost.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Qarwat Bani Hassan town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Bidya town.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:30 and again at 19:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

Raid

1. At 18:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Jaah city until 23:20.
2. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, detained 3 residents {including a child} then withdrew at 06:10.
3. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city, Al-Doha and Al-Khader town and Husan village, detained a child in Al-Khader town then withdrew at 06:10.

Detention

1. At 01:50, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Container military checkpoint detained Billal Mahmoud Oda Qawazbat {A resident of Sa'ir town in Hebron district}.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Musa Mohammed Mahmoud al-Amour, Mohammed Shalabi Attia al-Sha'er {17 years old}, and Mu'adh Ibrahim Suleiman al-Amour in Teqou' town.
3. Israeli forces detained Walid Abdel-Fatah {16 years old} in Al-Khader town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Zif village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 13:30 and again at 23:55, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2. At 21:50, Israeli forces raided Ithna town and Deir Sammit village.
3. At 23:55, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town and Khilat Al-Dab'a area in Massafar Yatta, stormed and searched several homes and served a military order to evacuate agricultural land planted with Olive trees in Khilat Al-Dab'a area.

Attack

At 20:15, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by launching tank artillery shells and opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza and Central Gaza districts and as as result injured 7 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 08:00 on February 18th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Beit Hanun town.
2. At 23:00 on February 18th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Checkpoints

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1. At 17:00 on February 18th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.
2. At 18:15 on February 18th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city and as as result injured 7 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 7 unidentified residents during clashes East Gaza city during the march of return.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 16:20 on February 18th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 12:30 on February 18th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
