WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 13:20 and again on the evening of September 3rd 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained a resident.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

1. On September 3rd 2019, Israeli forces detained Issa Khalid {a resident of Qalandiya camp} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. At 15:00, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mahmoud Najib and Bashar Najib in the old city of Jerusalem.
3. At dawn on September 4th 2019, Israeli forces detained Yazen Siyam in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
4. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Musa Muhisien in Al-Eisawiya village.

House Demolition

1. On September 3rd 2019, Israeli authorities demolished a home {90 square- meters} owned by Mohammad Ahmad Abu Al-Hawa in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out a license.
2. On September 3rd 2019, Israeli authorities in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city forced Jamil Haza' Masalmat to demolish his home for allegedly bring built with out a license after receiving a order for demolition and threatening to fine him in the event that the Israeli Military implemented the demolition.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ein Sinya village then searched residents and vehicles until 01:45.

Raid

At 02:55, Israeli forces raided Ramallah & Al-Bireh cities and Al-Amary camp in Al-Bireh city, clashed with several residents in the camp and as a result injured 2 residents {including a child} then withdrew at 04:30.

Detention

On September 3rd 2019, Israeli forces detained Salem Rida Hamad Hamayda {a resident of Ni'lin town}.

Attack

At 02:55, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Amary camp and as a result injured 2 residents {including a child}.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Majdi Waleed Al-Shilat {15 years old} and Ayman Eyad Al-Mimi during clashes in Al-Amary camp.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Arraba town then searched residents and vehicles.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 03:50, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city until 05:30.
2. At dawn on September 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Sayda village then stormed and searched a home.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 21:40, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and clashed with several residents.
2. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 06:15.

Attack

1. At 21:40, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.
2. At 01:45, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Qalqiliya city.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 15:05,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

1. At 07:25 on September 3rd 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road connecting Nablus city and Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.
2. At 07:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Madma village bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.
3. At 11:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Iraq Burin village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Yatma village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North junction of Bazariya village {located along the main road connecting Jenin and Nablus} then searched residents and vehicles.
6. At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beita town then searched residents and vehicles.
7. At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Assira Al-Qibliya and Orif villages then searched residents and vehicles until 22:15.
8. At 22:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 02:05, Israeli force raided Nablus city and Rujieb village, detained a resident in Rujieb village then withdrew at 03:50.
2. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Tel village, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:15.
3. At 03:35, Israeli forces raided Askar camp in Nablus city, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 04:15.
4. At dawn on September 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Burqa village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Kareem Ibrahim Al-Halabi in Rujieb village.
2. Israeli forces detained Mus'ab Tawfiq Al-Hindi in Tel village.
3. Israeli forces detained Mu'taz Marwan Judat and Rami Ayman Abu Hadin in Askar camp in Nablus city.
4. Israeli forces detained Nafa' Ahmad Salah in Burqat village.

Attack

At 02:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed several homes during their raid into Tel village.

Assaults on Property

On September 3rd 2019, Israeli forces prevented several farmers from entering their agricultural land located in Qaryout village {which is located near "Ayash Qadoush" and "Kayda" settlement outposts} as they were going to harvest almonds despite the fact they received prior permission from the Israeli Military in order to enter the land for one day.

Settlers Attacks

At 18:00, a Israeli settlers driving his vehicle near Bazariya village junction opened fire towards several residents selling fruits and vegetables along the main road connecting Nablus and Jenin.

SALFIT

Closure of main Roads

At 14:20, Israeli forces closed the steel gate located at the south entrance of Kafil Harris town and closed the main road connecting Kafil Harris town and Harris village with cement blocks and as a result impede the free flow traffic until reopening it at 21:20.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Mu'arajat road {which connects Ramallah and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 11:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 11:25.

Settlers Attacks

At 18:30, a group of armed Israeli settlers stormed a Bedouin community area located in Shalal Al-Oja and attacked several residents during which Israeli military forces detained 2 residents who attempted to resist the settler assault then withdrew at 20:00.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ali Salamat Abu Kharabish and Abdel-Rahman Nayef Abu Kharabish during clashes in a Bedouin community area located in Shalal Al-Oja .

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Nihalin town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:15.

Raid

1. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town and detained 2 residents {including a child}.
2. At 03:35, Israeli forces raided Beit Ta'mar village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. On September 3rd 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Faysal Khalaf Soliman Abdallah Al-Rasahayda and Abbas Mahmoud Mohammad Al-Rashayda {both are residents of Arab Al-Rashayda village located in south Bethlehem district}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Riyad Tallal Issa Al-Amour {16 years old} and Musa Mahmoud Al-Amour in Teqou' town.
3.Israeli forces detained Anas Ismail Nuwarat in Beit Ta'mar village.

Settlers Attacks

On September 3rd 2019, a group of Israeli settler stormed Al-Makhrour area located in west Beit Jala city and installed a mobile home and a electrical generator on a plot of land {approximately 4 dunums} and installed a steel fence around the plot in an attempt to establish a settlement outpost then leveled the plot of land in order to install more mobile home in the area.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Samou' town then stormed and searched a home.
2. At dawn on September 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Yatta town and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on September 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Omar Abu Sabhat in Yatta town.
2. Israeli forces detained Hatem Taya Shaladat in Sa'ir town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. At 12:00 on September 3rd 2019,,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
