I. Against the Palestinian People and their National and Human Rights: Promoting Illegal Colonial Settlements and Endorsing Genocide / Forcible Transfer

Itamar Ben Gvir, Minister of National Security, Jewish Power Head

X Platform, 1 April: “Death Penalty Law for Terrorists - We Made History! (…) The Death Penalty Law for Terrorists is the most important historic law to come up and pass in the Israeli Knesset in the last several decades. European countries are attacking, Hamas is under pressure, the Palestinian Authority is going wild, and there are elements on the left trying to sow despair, confuse, and tell stories about the historic law—so let's make it simple and clear. (…) The law states one basic thing: A terrorist—their sentence is death! Is there such a law in military law? Correct, but it was never implemented, in part because of the strict restrictions. Under the new law, all barriers have been removed: no need for the Attorney General to submit a request, no need for judges of the rank of lieutenant colonel or above only, and no need for unanimous agreement among the judges. All the excuses that prevented the death penalty until now are now null and void. And that's not all—this is a mandatory sentence, which may be deviated from only to life imprisonment in exceptional cases and for special reasons. Besides, the law also allows courts in Israel to impose the death penalty. This is history! (…) In short, this law is just, worthy, and right. It strengthens deterrence, prevents releases, and brings security to Israeli citizens. Even other historic laws had opponents—and today everyone understands how necessary they were. This law guarantees one thing: Whoever comes to destroy us won't live to talk about it. And if there are those who wrinkle their nose, let them go with a wrinkled nose. We promised. We delivered.”

Limor Sonhrmelh, MK, Jewish Power

X Platform, 3 April: “I had the privilege of participating in a moving and redemptive Hallel prayer at the Joshua Altar on Mount Ebal.[1] Our role is to put an end to the Oslo concept and declare: 'The entire Land of Israel is ours!'"

Israel’s CH 14 News Channel, an extreme right-wing news channel in Israel

X Platform, 4 April: “Shedding sunlight on the death penalty law for terrorists:[2] Q: What guarantees that the High Court won't strike it down? Minister Ben Gvir on Tape: "They told me I wouldn't succeed in stopping the summer camps in the Prisons Service, and I wouldn't succeed with the gun reform - and I succeeded. I'll succeed with this, too."

Yitzik Kroizer, MK, Jewish Force Party

X Platform, 5 April: “I arrived tonight at the guard duty at Ram Farm[3] to meet the farmers who defend day by day the settlement and the Jewish continuity in Judea and Samaria.[4] I was happy to hear from Dudu Leser[5] about the challenges and the work, and to meet the younger generation, who bring a great spirit of dedication and love of the land. We will continue to stand by the pioneers in this domain. (…) Happy Holiday!”

Daniella Weiss, a leading female settler activist in the occupied West Bank

X Platform, 6 April: “It's important to understand that if we do not take the initiative against the moves of Islam, we will be forced to deal with its murderous consequences. The settlement enterprise is the initiative. Listen to the things said today at the Black Arrow site[6] together with my friend @limor_sonhrmelh and over 1,000 Jews from all over the country.”

Yoel Shilo, a right-wing activist affiliated with the settlement movements

X Platform, 6 April: “During these holiday days, we are all excited to see these pictures, the Uja[7] is returning to the Jews! Since I was the secretary of the nearby settlement for the last 3 years, I will detail some facts that will make you understand that the Uja is Jewish, thanks to an immense public struggle, with the support of the right-wing government, and the definition that Elisha Yered of the Revolution wrote that those responsible are "a small handful without government support" is not entirely accurate:

  1. The struggle for the Uja began 4 years ago by a handful of heroes, led by residents of Mevo'ot Jericho and people who supported them, one of whom now serves in the Knesset, MK Zvi Sukkot from the Religious Zionism party.
  2. In the last 4 years, the Mevo'ot Jericho settlement and Jericho Region Tourism, in partnership with the Jordan Valley Regional Council and the tourism and security departments, have been holding Chol HaMoed[8] events with an investment of tens of thousands of shekels, guided tours, attractions, and more.
  3. As part of the settlement revolution, the Settlement Administration allocated NIS 10 million for developing the reserve, a permanent ranger, gates, reception, electricity, development, and, in the future, paving and widening the road to the spring.
  4. The Jordan Valley Council, headed by David Elchayani, invested about NIS 100,000 in addition to donors who recruited volunteers from Mevo'ot Jericho to enhance the spring’s blessings.
  5. In the last 4 years, every summer, the Zionist Friday Organization, led by Mevo'ot Jericho residents and youth, together with the Jericho Region Tourism Organization, has brought over half a million Jews to the area. That was a tremendous move change since the Oslo Accords that pushed the Jews into leaving the area had been signed.
  6. The Nature and Parks Authority has been working in the last three years to clean the stream in an organized and regular manner, to prune the trees in the reserve and around it and bring back many Jews to visit the reserve.
  7. In the last two years, a farm was established on private Jewish land that was purchased by an investor in partnership with Regavim[9]... with an investment of tens of millions of shekels. The farm was established on the initiative and support of all settlement bodies in the area and the army, and receives security backup from the Ministry of Settlement.
  8. The farm brought amazing achievements in enforcing its control over the area with full army backup, and the support of the Mevo'ot Jericho security coordinator, who received explicit authorization from the brigade commander to operate in the area.
  9. The Lands Department of the Jordan Valley Council, funded by the Ministry of Settlement, provides full support to the shepherds and is responsible for many projects in the area.
  10. The amazing heroic shepherds in the field have elevated their hold on the area and have become reconnaissance patrols.
  11. As part of Minister Smotrich's settlement revolution, the first point where the farm was established just two years ago has already been declared a full-fledged settlement in the State of Israel at record speed!! Soon you will see a Jewish settlement on the ground on the Uja, in addition to a new Haredi city in the Yitav Valley[10] area.

In the bottom line, if you are asking who is responsible for the Uja Jewish identity, the answer is you, the public, Mevo'ot Jericho residents and the surrounding settlements, the council, your arrival, the donations, the farms, the shepherds, and no less than the vote you put in the ballot box.”

Limor Sonhrmelh, MK, Jewish Power

X Platform, 7 April: “Gaza is the inheritance of our forefathers – and the time has come for a return! Together with my family, I was privileged to take part in the "Gaza Scouts" tours of the Nachala[11] movement. We stood there, facing this bleeding stretch of land. Through the devastation, we saw a mission. We saw a home. History has taught us in the harshest and most painful way: from every place where we retreat, terror takes over. Wherever we evacuate settlements, we get monsters. It's time to stop stammering and start deciding! The only true, moral, and security solution for Gaza is a broad Jewish settlement. No more isolated outposts, but vibrant, Jewish, proud cities and settlements. We are not "guests" in the Gaza Strip – we are the owners returning to their inheritance. Only a bold Jewish presence on the ground will bring true security to the residents of the south and to the State of Israel as a whole. Only settlement will make it clear to our enemies that the people of Israel do not retreat – it strikes roots. Gaza was and will be ours. Return to your home in peace!

Ariel Kallner, MK, Likud Party

X Platform, 9 April: “The revolution this government is sparking in Judea and Samaria strengthens the Zionist enterprise for generations to come! It is a tremendous excitement to participate in the ceremony establishing the settlement of Maoz Tzur.”

Bezalel Smotrich, Finance Minister, Chair of Religious Zionism Party

X Platform, 10 April: “A new settlement has been established in Binyamin! Congratulations to the 12 core families, the pioneers of "Ma'oz Tzur"[12].

Ariel Kallner, MK, Likud Party

X Platform, 19 April: “The return to Sanur[13] is not just another event; it is a tremendous victory. This is a victory for the Jewish spirit, a victory for Zionism, and a victory for those who never gave up, even when they were told it was hopeless. Twenty-one years ago, the settlement enterprise was eulogized after the destruction of Gush Katif and northern Samaria. But the Jewish spirit mocks its eulogizers. On the eve of the 78th Independence Day, it returns—and in a big way. For me, this is a deeply moving personal moment. I fought against the expulsion, and I was an activist in "Chomesh First" right after it, when the very idea of returning seemed as fantastical back then as taking a bus to outer space. But the persistent ones prevail. The return to Sanur is the proof: no force in the world will be able to sever the bond between the people of Israel and their land. We are amid a historic transformation. Once, people asked what the price of settlement was and what the price of controlling the territory was. Today, it is already clear: the price of withdrawal, of abandonment, and of retreat is far heavier. The people of Israel return to their land. The people of Israel settled the land of Israel. The people of Israel will triumph. "Ascend, let us ascend and inherit it, for we can prevail against it."

Bezalel Smotrich, Finance Minister, Chair of Religious Zionism Party

X Platform, 22 April: “Today, here in Samaria, the prophecies of comfort are no longer a dream—they're the view from the window. Since the previous Independence Day, we've approved 75 new settlements, and the revolution doesn't stop! Happy Independence Day.”

Ariel Kallner, MK, Likud Party

X Platform, 22 April: “Sometimes dreams do come true! When we began to struggle to return to northern Samaria twenty years ago, it seemed like science fiction. Today, it is once again proven that no force will sever the bond between the people of Israel and their land. I was thrilled to visit Yossi Dagan at the home from which he was forcibly expelled.[14] Happy Independence Day!”

II. Against the Palestinian Citizens of Israel

Bezalel Smotrich, Finance Minister, Chair of Religious Zionism Party

X Platform, 22 April: “Who serves more—gets more! Last night, the decision we led was approved in the Ramat Authority Council to reduce land prices in the Negev by up to 70% for reserve servicemen. This way, we both appreciate the reservists and strengthen the Negev with Zionist residents. I thank my friend, the head of the Lehavim Council, Elad Erez, for pushing the initiative, and my colleague, Minister of Housing Haim Katz, for the collaboration in leading it. We continue to do Zionism.”

III. Against the United Nations, Europe, and International Organizations

Bezalel Smotrich, Finance Minister, Chair of Religious Zionism Party

X Platform, 13 April: “On the eve of Holocaust Remembrance Day, the German Chancellor[15] should bow his head and apologize a thousand times on behalf of Germany, rather than daring to preach morality to us on how to conduct ourselves against the Nazis of our generation, who murdered, raped, slaughtered, and burned women, the elderly, and children in the most horrific massacre perpetrated against the Jewish people since the terrible Holocaust. We will not accept instructions from hypocritical leaders in Europe, a continent that is once again losing its conscience and its ability to distinguish between good and evil. Mr. Chancellor, the days when Germans dictated to Jews where they were permitted or forbidden to live are over and shall not return. You will not force us into ghettos again, certainly not in our own land. Our return to the Land of Israel—our biblical and historical homeland—is the answer to anyone who tries to destroy us, and we do not apologize for it for a single moment. Am Yisrael Cha (Hebrew for Israel’s people are alive.)”
