Israeli Official Incitement: January 2026

Bezalel Smotrich, Finance Minister, Chair, Religious Zionism Party,
X Platform, 19 January: “European countries! We are winning! We are inaugurating the new settlement “Yatziv” in Gush Etzion[1] near Jerusalem and continuing to kill the idea of the Palestinian state.”
Limor Sonhrmelh, MK, Jewish Power Party,
X Platform, 19 January: “(…) For years, they tried to tell us that settlements must be 'fenced in' and limited. However, these pioneers long ago understood what the system is only now beginning to grasp: the battle for Judea and Samaria is decided in the field. (…) Under the leadership of Defense Minister Israel Katz, who canceled the administrative detentions against the settlers, we are restoring justice and dignity to the pioneers of the land. (…) I thank my dear team and the party's team for organizing a magnificent and moving conference[2], and of course, to the Creator of the Universe who guides and rules overall. Arise, arise and inherit it, for we can conquer it!”
Bezalel Smotrich, Finance Minister, Chair, Religious Zionism Party,
X Platform, 31 January: “It is not only about those who build. We are also leading a revolution in the field of enforcement and preventing the takeover[3] by the hostile Palestinian terror authority. Unlike the previous one, in this government, they are discovering who is really in charge in Judea and Samaria and internalizing that, with God’s help, a Palestinian state will never be established. This is the mission of my life, and I have no intention of giving up on it.”
Almog Cohen, MK, Jewish Power Party,
X Platform, 31 January: “All these booms and only 26[4]? Weak night for our forces. By the way, stop crying while on your keyboard[5] and go help them there. It’s the easiest thing in the world to cry from home between a sip of soy milk and a bite of vegan tahini cookie. Stop looking down on the Gazans while you live on their land in Sheikh Munis[6]. Transfer the house to an organization that promotes recognition of these invented people, go live in a tent in the south of the Strip, and update your followers with your experiences. Heroine of the Keyboard.”
Itamar Ben Gvir, National Security Minister, Chair, Jewish Power Party,
X Platform, 4 January: “Backing the fighters who operated in Tarabin[7]. Whoever endangers our police officers and fighters must be neutralized — and it's good that it happened. The days of endangering and harming police officers without a response are over. A big well done and support to the fighters who took action — they have my full backing. Israel Police will continue to act against criminals and offenders, and for the sake of governance in the Negev and throughout the State of Israel.”
Itamar Ben Gvir, National Security Minister, Chair, Jewish Power Party,
X Platform, 5 January: Terror supporter Ahmed Tibi. Shame on you. Clean your mouth before you talk about the spokesperson of the Israel Police. The mafia is with your friends in Taybeh, and the police are dismantling this mafia[8].”
Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister, Likud Party,
X Platform, 7 January: “Today, I visited the Negev with the Ministers of National Security and Defense, the Police Commissioner, the Deputy Chief of Staff, the Head of the Shin Bet, and representatives of government ministries, for one purpose. We are here to return the Negev to the State of Israel. This means settlement on a scale we have not known. It also means regulation for the Bedouin residents. However, first and foremost, this means restoring law and order in the Negev, which is currently rampant. We will rein it in. An important operation of the Israel Police has begun in collaboration with other forces. To rein it in, we need to recognize that criminal and security threats are converging, with tens of thousands of weapons, with drones that cross borders, and with other threats. Therefore, we will launch a national project to achieve these goals, but first and foremost, to restore governance in the Negev. I thank the ministers, the Police Commissioner, and the Shin Bet Head. Thank you, Minister of Defense and Deputy Chief of Staff, for harnessing yourselves to this mission. We will succeed here just as we succeeded in all the other things we took upon ourselves. A national mission of the highest priority, my first visit as Prime Minister for this purpose, the first of many.”
Itamar Ben Gvir, National Security Minister, Chair, Jewish Power Party,
X Platform, 22 January: “Terror Representatives Alliance (TRA)[9]
Tzvika Foghel, MK, Jewish Power Party,
X Platform, 22 January: “Mansour Abbas in a frenzy of "Allahu Akbar" with Balad members. If it looks like an Islamic party, sounds like an Islamic party, and acts like an Islamic party, don't get confused. He's not a duck. He’s more of a Hamas man.”
Ariel Kallner, MK, Likud Party,
X Platform, 21 January: “The fight against illegal construction in the Galilee, and in the Bedouin communities in particular[10], is a national struggle of the highest order! Not a local matter. Not a planning dispute. One simple question: Is there a state, or is there no state? Today, at my request, the Knesset Interior Committee, chaired by MK Yitzhak Kroizer, convened for an urgent discussion on the issue – following the important work of “Lev Ba-Galil”, the “Forum for a Green Israel”, and the shocking exposé by Yishai Friedman on Channel 14. When there is no law, there is lawlessness. When there is lawlessness, criminal and nationalist elements move in and exploit the vacuum left by the state. This cannot continue. Anyone who thinks we can just turn a blind eye will very quickly discover that reality explodes in all our faces. Thanks to Committee Chair MK Yitzhak Kroizer for the swift response. Our commitment is clear: enforcement, sovereignty, and governance. I will continue to follow this closely until law is returned to the Galilee.”
Ariel Kallner, MK, Likud Party,
X Platform, 22 January: “The servants' covenant of the Palestinian idea. The upcoming elections will be about this: Between those who serve the idea of the resurrection of Israel, and those whose partners oppose the dismantling of Hamas, accuse the IDF of genocide, and serve the Palestinian idea in a completely absolute way[11].”
Ariel Kallner, MK, Likud Party,
X Platform, 23 January: “This is a national strategic matter, and it must be given a much higher place in the national order of priorities! In the agricultural area between Kafr Kanna and Tur’an[12] there are 5 times as many illegal construction cases as the national average. The lack of enforcement against the invasions under the cover of the war has led to a dramatic increase in the conversion of agricultural land into buildings, which will eventually reach the main transportation arteries in the Galilee and pose a danger to national security.”
Itamar Ben Gvir, National Security Minister, Chair, Jewish Power Party,
X Platform, 26 January: “Anyone who thought we wouldn't return to Tarabin was wrong! The governance tractor arrived this morning, along with Police Units Yoav and Sahar, to demolish illegal structures. On my watch, Tarabin will never be out of reach for our authorities.”
Itamar Ben Gvir, National Security Minister, Chair, Jewish Power Party,
X Platform, 20 January: “A historic day, a holiday, a very important day for governance in Jerusalem. For years, these terror supporters[13] were here, and today these terror supporters are expelled with everything they built here. This is what will be done to every terror supporter!”
Limor Sonhrmelh, MK, Jewish Power Party,
X Platform, 20 January: “This is a day of historic justice and Jewish sovereignty in our eternal capital. Our struggle has led to the sight of bulldozers at the Ammunition Hill[14], dismantling what served as a greenhouse for terror under the guise of humanitarianism—they [bulldozers] are the fitting Zionist response to all who sought to undermine our right to this land. I congratulate my colleague, Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gvir, on his uncompromising determination and significant push to realize the law we led. Thanks to his steadfast stance, the UNRWA headquarters is being evacuated, and the area is returning to the hands of the State of Israel. After years in which this organization operated against the State of Israel, incited terror, and even took an active part in the horrific massacre on 7 October, it is time to say clearly: UNRWA, go home! Jerusalem is united under Israeli sovereignty, without representations of hostile organizations. We will continue to follow the UNRWA water and electricity disconnection law.”
Yitzik Kroizer, MK, Jewish Power Party,
X Platform, 20 January: “We removed the Hamas-UNRWA base[15]. Soon, we will remove the terror supporters from the Knesset[16].”
Yulia Malinovsky, MK, Yisrael Beiteinu Party,
X Platform, 20 January: “He created and made us exist until we reached this time: The UNRWA terror headquarters on Ammunition Hill was evacuated this morning and is being demolished right now, just before the State of Israel enters the area. This is happening as a direct result of the laws I initiated to remove UNRWA from Israel. And a redeemer shall come to Zion!”
Danny Danon, Israel’s ambassador to the UN, Likud Party,
X Platform, 20 January: “Today, the UNRWA compound in Jerusalem was shut down. Even before the UNRWA law was passed in January 2025, the organization had ceased operations at the site, and no UN employees were present. Contrary to the UN’s attempts to create a false impression, the compound was transferred to the Israeli authorities in accordance with both Israeli and international law. UNRWA employees participated in the massacre and abductions on 7 October. Many of the organization’s employees are identified with Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and the organization’s infrastructure was used for digging tunnels, launching rockets, and terrorist activity. The State of Israel acts according to the law, and the meaning is clear: there is no place in Jerusalem, our capital, for a terror-supporting organization like UNRWA. We are done with them!”
Ariel Kallner, MK, Likud Party,
X Platform, 20 January: “UNRWA in white lab coats! The time has come for us to join the US in leaving the World Health Organization[17].”
