I. Against the Palestinian People/Endorsing Genocide and Forcible Transfer of Palestinians In The Gaza Strip
Yulia Malinovsky, MK, Yisrael Beiteinu Party
“(…) Tomorrow, my bill to prohibit the supply of essential services to the Gaza Strip will be raised—no water, no electricity, no fuel, and no humanitarian aid. If the European Union is so concerned about the situation in Gaza, let them take responsibility for it. This government insists on continuing the war. No to the norm of one hand providing infrastructure and services to Gazans (Hamas), while the other, our fighters[1], continuing the battle with the same enemy.”

“I see that a partial deal is progressing again, one that will bring back only some of the hostages, but what about those who remain? After all, the price and the difficulty will be much higher. We must close this matter, bring everyone back, and shut down Gaza completely—no electricity, no water, all crossings sealed. The indecision is costing the lives of hostages and soldiers. Hostages first, and then we can deal with Hamas.”

“Partial and biased leaks from the cabinet were and remain a deplorable act that harms national security, and this must end. The truth must be said. Alongside the outstanding achievements in all arenas of combat, when it comes to managing the humanitarian effort in a way that ensures it does not reach Hamas, the Chief of Staff is failing in his mission. He is forcing the political echelon to allow aid that reaches Hamas, turning into logistical supplies for the enemy during wartime. Following this, the cabinet and the Prime Minister, in a mistaken decision yesterday, approved the entry of aid in this manner, which also reaches Hamas(…)”

“I call on the Prime Minister to recall immediately the delegation that went to negotiate with the Hamas murderers in Doha. With those who kill our fighters, there is no need to negotiate - they must be crushed to dust, starved to death, and not given air through humanitarian aid that provides them oxygen. Complete siege, military crushing, encouragement of migration and settlement are all keys to absolute victory, not a reckless deal that would release thousands of terrorists[3] and withdraw the IDF from territories captured with the blood of our fighters.”

“Interesting. Who decided specifically today to increase the fuel supply to the Gaza Strip? While most of the ‘humanitarian’ aid is looted by Hamas, and there is no deal for the release of the hostages, the October 7 government continues to reward terror. To clear thoroughly the rest of the Strip, the population must be moved to an area where there is undoubtedly no weaponry, military, or governing capability of Hamas. That space, at this moment, can only be south of the Morag Axis, and this is an achievement that came at the cost of the blood of our finest sons. There is no more effective way (…)”

This humanitarian city will certainly not be established as part of the surrender deal being woven with Hamas, in which the IDF will withdraw from terror territories captured with the blood of our fighters, hundreds of murderous terrorists will be released, and Hamas will gain oxygen and additional time to rebuild its capabilities. The time for victory has come!”

“(…) In that discussion, a decision was taken to increase the quantities of ‘humanitarian aid’ entering Gaza. I told the source from the PM office that this is a surrender to Hamas's deceitful campaign, which endangers the lives of IDF soldiers, and that this surrender is far more serious after the Prime Minister said on Friday that ‘we will examine alternative ways to release the hostages.’ It turns out that the ‘alternative way’ is to surrender to Hamas and its deceitful campaigns and to increase the humanitarian aid that reaches it directly. This path distances the return of the hostages and, above all, distances the absolute victory in the war. The only way to win the war and bring back the hostages is to completely stop the ‘humanitarian’ aid, conquer the entire Strip, and encourage voluntary migration.”

“Dear Prime Minister! The tactical pauses are saving Hamas. In simple words: Israel is allowing Hamas to breathe, reorganize, and signal to the world that it is holding on. A state that seeks victory does not grant regular “hours of grace” to its enemy. What incentive does Hamas have to surrender and return the hostages if it receives a humanitarian routine, open passages, and orderly coordination with the IDF? Every such hour is an hour in which Hamas signals to the world, “We managed to survive. Israel has surrendered.” We are forgetting: Hamas needs air to breathe, and it is getting it now through initiated pauses. Hamas must be crushed, not fed. The pressure must be increased, not released. And remember, the return of the hostages is delayed with every kilo of flour that enters Hamas. This decision sets Israel back. This is not what was promised to our people. This is not the way to win.”

I told the Prime Minister that these terrorists should leave prison for the electric chair, but until then—they must be held under the current Prison Service conditions following the reform we implemented. Recently, we have been in a severe situation where the blood of the hilltop youth[7] has been permitted. The settler violence campaign, managed by extreme left-wing organizations that use useful idiots from the right, has led to frequent shootings at youths passing by in terrible silence. The release of terrorists is not a technical matter; it is a blow to public safety and the sense of justice. A terrorist returning to the streets must not remain anonymous. While our hostages are in hell—hungry, beaten, suffering severe torment, and eating a quarter of a pita a day, Supreme Court justices choose this morning to deal with the rights of terrorists. Instead of discussing how to strengthen deterrence, they ask themselves whether the sausage in prison is processed meat, and whether the murderers' menu is balanced, healthy, and contains enough vitamins. This is not just disconnected—it is wild and surreal. The State of Israel is at war, and while our soldiers risk their lives, the Supreme Court is busy with discussions of a group of delusional and hypocritical people—the ‘Association for Civil Rights,’ who want to care for terrorists who raped, murdered, and slaughtered our children. Until we pass the death penalty law for terrorists, I am here to ensure that terrorists receive the absolute minimum of the minimum!”

Bezalel Smotrich, Finance Minister, Chairman of Religious Zionism Party
“In the face of too many countries with a flawed moral compass, that repeatedly choose to side with evil - stands the United States, under the leadership of President Trump, choosing to lead with justice and morality. The Palestinian Authority pays salaries to the families of terrorists, promotes terrorism, wages political warfare against the State of Israel on the global stage, and engages in incitement through its educational system. Instead of condemning this, certain countries choose to reward terror and promote the establishment of a state that would pose a threat to Israel. The American sanctions against senior PA officials are a just and moral step. I wish to sincerely thank @POTUS, @SecRubio, and @USAmbIsrael, true friends of the State of Israel.”

“I have initiated a bill to prohibit the activities of the Palestinian Authority in Israel (…). I discussed with the National Security Committee the legislation I initiated to prevent any political or governmental activity of the Palestinian Authority, FATAH, and the PLO within the borders of the State of Israel – and to put an end to the severe violation of Israeli sovereignty that has been occurring under the radar for years. What does the bill include?
An absolute prohibition on opening or operating a representation of the Palestinian Authority, FATAH, or the PLO within Israel.
Direct authority for the Minister of National Security to immediately shut down any prohibited activity and remove those involved in it.
Passing a 3-year imprisonment penalty for violating an order issued by the Minister of National Security. The bill intends to stop the illegal conduct of the Palestinian Authority in Jerusalem and eastern Israel, such as arrests of land sellers to Jews, tax collection, and operation of an inciting education system, payments to terrorists, and more. This is a significant step in dismantling the Palestinian Authority’s mechanisms and effectively cancelling the Oslo Accords, which have become a breeding ground for incitement, terrorism, and harm to Israeli sovereignty (…)”

“My bill to combat incitement in academia passed today in its second and third readings in the Education Committee. This is a historic moment in the struggle to keep Israeli academia free from terror. Once the law passes its second and third readings in the plenum, higher education institutions will be required to stipulate in their regulations that incitement to terror, expressions of identification with a terror organization, and incitement to racism constitute serious disciplinary offenses. Student groups that violate the rules will be shut down. Inciting activities in dormitories will be prohibited (…) Academia is meant for research, not for incitement. The State of Israel will not continue to fund breeding grounds for hatred of Israel. I thank the committee chair, MK Yossi Taieb, and the Im Tirtzu organization[11], which supports the initiative behind this law. In the next stage, we will remove from academia those convicted of terror offenses.”

“Anyone who spreads lies against Israel and exploits their senior position to promote antisemitism – we will expose their true face. After the U.S. Secretary of State imposed sanctions on Francesca Albanese[12], who abused her role as a UN envoy to promote the delegitimization of Israel, today Navi Pillay also announced her resignation, along with her colleagues Miloon Kothari and Chris Sidoti[13]. This is a step in the right direction, but the road is still long. We will not rest or be silent until we restore morality and truth to the halls of the UN. By doing so, we preserve Israel's sovereignty and prevent the transfer of emergency powers to an international body. We must not grant sovereign powers of Israel to any international body, even an honest one, let alone a hostile and anti-Semitic organization like the World Health Organization, which has repeatedly demonstrated hostility toward us. WHO employees operated in hospitals in Gaza, where our brothers and sisters were held, and this organization even condemned IDF strikes there. “In recent months, I have been fighting against joining the dangerous pandemic treaty of the World Health Organization, which, under the guise of ‘global cooperation,’ seeks to crush Israel’s sovereignty and transfer authority from the Knesset and the government to the hands of foreign UN officials.
This anti-Semitic organization has not hidden its hostile stance toward the State of Israel throughout the war, and now it demands the authority to impose medical policies on us without our ability to object. This is not “cooperation”; it is a seizure of control. The Ministry of Health’s decision marks a clear red line: the sovereignty of the State of Israel is non-negotiable. V. Against International Recognition of a Palestinian State
Ariel Kallner, MK, Likud Party
“(…) European governments consistently fund the ‘vision of a Palestinian state’ and pour tens of millions into ‘human rights’ organizations. These repay them with blood-and-lie reports accusing the IDF of ‘crimes against humanity,’ cooking up the ‘starvation campaign’ – and in the end, how unsurprising, they propose the ‘obvious solution’: a Palestinian state in the heart of the land. The numbers don’t lie • 31.8 million NIS to B’Tselem • 24.5 million NIS to “Yesh Din” • 20.2 million NIS to “Physicians for Human Rights” all this just between 2020-2024! As a result, we’ve gotten blood libels, delegitimization, international incitement, and attacks on Israelis and Jews in the streets of the world. It’s time to turn off the tap. The NGO law I’m leading is not a luxury – it’s a protective wall: 1. Delegitimizing NGOs? Shut down. 2. Foreign government funding for political activity? Taxed. 3. Foreign agents disguised as ‘civil society organizations’? The party is over. Late, but better than never: sovereignty must be returned to the hands of Israel’s citizens.”

“The severity of the French president's move is not only due to the attempt to pose a clear danger to Israel's security (…) President Macron surely knows that these very days, negotiations are taking place for a framework to release hostages and for a ceasefire—difficult talks. Does his recognition of a ‘Palestinian state,’ virtual of course, assist in achieving the agreement? The clear answer: the opposite is true. Such a gift, which Hamas was quick to praise last night, is only expected to lead to a hardening of its positions in the negotiations. The implications are: prolonging the war, continuing the abuse of hostages, and also extending the suffering of the Palestinian population in Gaza. So why did the president choose this sensitive timing? In the best case, he doesn't care.”
