• Passing a 3-year imprisonment penalty for violating an order issued by the Minister of National Security. The bill intends to stop the illegal conduct of the Palestinian Authority in Jerusalem and eastern Israel, such as arrests of land sellers to Jews, tax collection, and operation of an inciting education system, payments to terrorists, and more. This is a significant step in dismantling the Palestinian Authority’s mechanisms and effectively cancelling the Oslo Accords, which have become a breeding ground for incitement, terrorism, and harm to Israeli sovereignty (…)”

Student groups that violate the rules will be shut down. Inciting activities in dormitories will be prohibited (…) Academia is meant for research, not for incitement.
