WEST BANK

Detention

On the evening of January 10th 2020, Israeli forces detained 2 children: Mohammad Al-Himi {15 years old} and Mohammad Abu Qalbin {13 years old} in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Deportation

On January 10th 2020, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem issued orders banning 4 residents of Jerusalem city{, for a period ranging between 5 - 6 months} Imad Abu Sneineh - for a period of 6 months, Ahmad Rukn - for a period of 5 months, Muhammad Zughair - For 5 months, Ahmed Al-Shawish - for 5 months, as a condition for their release.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:15,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Halamish" settlement roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.

JENIN

Raid

On the evening of January 10th 2020, Israeli forces raided Al-Yamoun town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Amr Samer in Al-Yamoun town.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 16:00,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Enav military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 16:55.

At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Allar town,stormed and searched 2 homes then withdrew at 04:55.

QALQILIYA

At 21:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.

Attack

1. At 12:45,Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {protesting against the continued closure} for alleged stoning.
2. At 13:20, Israeli forces positioned near Jaljuliya military checkpoint located at the south east entrance of Qalqiliya city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

NABLUS

At 15:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sara village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles until 15:20.
2. At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:00.

At 06:25,Israeli forces detained Khalil Hassab Abu Hussien in the old city of Hebron.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles.

•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah district.

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 10:00 on January 10th 2020, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in Jahr Ad Dik town located in south east Gaza city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 17:10 on January 10th 2020,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land located in east Al-Farahin area located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

Attack

At 14:50,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah city.
