WEST BANK

ALL DISTRICTS

Closure

• Since 24:00 on 03/25/2021, the Israeli occupation forces imposed a complete closure on the governorates of the West Bank and Gaza Strip on the occasion of "Passover" holiday for the Jews, and prevented citizens and workers, including those holding permits, from entering Jerusalem and Israel, with the exception of diplomatic and international missions, humanitarian cases and emergency medical services after prior coordination, until 24:00 on 04/03/2021.

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the Bado town tunnel, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 19:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Al-Eizariya, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Detention

1. On the evening of 03/31/2021,the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Hassan Abdullah Alqam - a resident of Shuafat Camp in Jerusalem city.
2. At 13:00,the Israeli occupation forces positioned at Qalandia military checkpoint detained the citizen: Ahmad Mesbah Abu Gharbia - a resident of Al-Ram town.
3. At 18:00,the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Imran Al-Ashhab (an employee of the Al-Aqsa Mosque Reconstruction Committee) from inside Al-Aqsa Mosque in the Old City of Jerusalem.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours in its courtyards and facilities.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the Yabroud village bridge, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 13:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a roadblock at the western entrance to Al Mughayer village, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 00:55, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at Surda village, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
4. At 00:55, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Atara bridge, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 08:40,the Israeli occupation forces raided Beitunia town, and patrolled until 12:30.
2. At 08:40, the Israeli occupation forces accompanied by a group of settlers raided the outskirts of Al-Tira neighborhood in Ramallah, and performed "Talmudic" rituals in the place, and withdrew at 14:35.
3. At 00:55,the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Surda, where clashes took place with the citizens while they were on patrol.

Detention

At 18:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Jibril Al-Masry, while he was visiting the Israeli intelligence, based on prior notification.

Attack

At 00:55, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning during their raid into Surda village,

JENIN

Raid

1. At 10:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided Bir Al-Basha village, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 17:35, the Israeli occupation forces raided the villages of Arana, Beit Qad, and Deir Ghazala, and conducted a patrol.
3. At 23:55, the Israeli occupation forces raided Faqqua village, and conducted a patrol until 04:45.

TUBAS

Raid

1. At 16:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided Tubas and Al-Far'a village, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 04:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided Tubas city and the village of Tayasir, where clashes took place with citizens as they stormed a home and as a result wounded a citizen, and detained a citizen in Tubas city then withdrew at 06:35.

Detention

The detainee in Tubas is: Kamal Jamal Ahmed Daraghmeh.

Attack

At 04:45, during their raid into Tubas, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards several citizens as they stormed a number of houses and as a result wounded a Palestinian General Intelligence Service officer and left him hospitalized in Nablus Hospital for treatment.

Injuries

Muhammad Al-Aidi {a Palestinian General Intelligence Service officer} was wounded during clashes with the occupation forces in the city of Tubas.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the city of Tulkarm, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

At 19:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Ezbet Shoufa until 23:10.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint under the Azzun bridge (on the main road Qalqilya - Tulkarm), to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the "Shafi Shimron" settlement junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

At 21:35, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Nablus, and clashed with citizens as they escorted a group of settlers during their visit (Joseph's Tomb) and as a result wounded a citizen.

Detention

At 17:40,the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the Beit Furik checkpoint detained the citizen: Khaled Nasser - a resident of Askar Camp in Nablus.

Attack

At 21:35, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning while accompanying a group of settlers during their visit (Joseph's Tomb) during their raid into the city of Nablus and as a result wounded a citizen.

Injuries

Abd al-Salam Salman Abdul-Raouf {a resident of Balata camp in the city} was wounded during clashes with Israeli occupation forces in the city of Nablus .

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Salfit, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 16:30 and again at 00:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Kafr al-Dik to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

At 07:05, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Kafr El-Deek, and conducted a patrol.

JERICHO

Military Checkpoints

At 09:50, the occupation forces tightened their restrictions at Hamra checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.

Raid

At 02:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided Jericho city and Aqbat Jaber camp in the city, and conducted a patrol.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Marah Rabah, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 17:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Beit Fajjar, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 07:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the Al-Nashash area junction (the southern entrance to Bethlehem), to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Sa'ir town, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 18:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Al-Arroub camp, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 09:20,the Israeli occupation forces raided Al-Samou 'town, and patrolled until 04:25.
2. At 00:35,the Israeli occupation forces raided the Khallet al-Aqd area in the town of Dura, detained a citizen, and confiscated gold jewelry from his home.
3. At 04:35, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Ummar, and detained a citizen.

Detention

1. At 01:10 on 30/03/2021,the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Mustafa Muhammad Mustafa Tarayrah during their raid into the town of Bani Na`im (as mentioned in the previous report).
2. At 13:40, the Israeli occupation forces detained Wael Amr in the Old City of Hebron.
3. The detainee in the Khallet al-Aqd area in the town of Dura is: Nayef Hussain al-Shawamrah.
4. The detainee in the town of Beit Ummar is: Yusef Muhammad Abu Maria.

Physical Assault

At 12:45,the Israeli occupation forces severely beat 2 civilians: Mufid Al-Sharbati and Muhannad Al-Ja`bari in the Old City of Hebron and as a result left them hospitalized with contusions.

Attack

At 21:05, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several citizens for alleged stoning in the Old City of Hebron, and as a result wounded a citizen.

Injuries

Muhammad Rizk Abu Ramz was wounded during clashes with Israeli occupation forces in the Old City of Hebron.

Confiscation of Property

At 00:35 Israeli occupation forces confiscated gold jewelry from the house of citizen: Nayef Hussein Al-Shawamrah after detaining him during their raid into Khallet al-Aqd in the town of Dura.

Settlers Attacks

On 03/31/2021, a group of settlers stormed the archaeological site of Burj Al-Samou ', and performed "Talmudic" rituals at the site.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. Other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.

• On the morning of June 28, 2019, the occupation forces allowed the expansion of the fishing distance from opposite the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles.
• On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by raiding Central Gaza governorate.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": On 03/31/2021, it is closed (except for the passage of emergency humanitarian cases).

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Raid

At 08:00 on 03/31/2021, several Israeli military vehicles, bulldozers and a cover of reconnaissance aircraft stormed our areas at a depth of 50 meters east of Deir Al-Balah, and carried out digging and bulldozing work, and withdrew at 15:00.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sufa Crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 31/03/2021, partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs, goods, building materials, and limited quantities of fuel).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 31/03/2021, is open in both directions (for the entry and departure of citizens).
