WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Anata town, stormed and searched a home then confiscated equipment from a steel mill.
2. At dawn on April 1st 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained 3 residents.

Detention

1. At 19:50, Israeli forces detained Yahya Mohammad Abu Diya {A resident of Nur Shams camp in Tulkarem city} in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mus'ab Muhisien, Mohammad Musa Mustafa and Salah Abu Assab in Al-Eisawiya village.

Deportation

1. On March 31st 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued a order banning Yusef Al-Hawash from entering Al-Aqsa mosque for a period of 3 months.
2. On March 31st 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued a order banning Jihad Nasser Qus from entering Al-Aqsa mosque for a period of 6 months.
3. On March 31st 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued a order banning Wissam Al-Hasheem {A Security Guard at Al-Aqsa mosque compound} from entering Al-Aqsa mosque for a period of 15 days as a condition for his release after he was temporarily detained for opening Bab Al-Rahma prayers area in Al-Aqsa mosque that same morning.

Confiscation of Property

At 03:00, Israeli forces confiscated equipment from a steel mill during their raid into Anata town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlers Attacks

At dawn on April 1st 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Beit Hanina town and punctured the tires of several vehicles and spray painted anti-Arab and racist slogans on the vehicles and home fences.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On March 31st 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Tarbiya Wal Ta'lim neighborhood near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 20:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 10:45, Israeli forces raided Abu Qash village and clashed with several residents.

Attack

At 10:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Abu Qash village.

Injuries

At 10:30, Jihad Al-Umari was hospitalized with contusions after his vehicle crashed in Ein Samiya area located in east Kafr Malik village after Israeli forces were chasing him.

Closure of main Roads

1. At 16:45, Israeli forces closed the steel gate located at the entrance of Deit Nitham village and impeded the free flow of traffic.
2. At 17:00, Israeli forces closed the steel gate located at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village and impeded the free flow of traffic,
3. At 19:55, Israeli forces closed the steel gate entrance located along the main road leading to Al-Jalazoun camp near "Bet El" settlement and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at a later time.

JENIN

Raid

At 03:15, Israeli forces raided Jenin city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured a resident then detained another.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Minadel Naji Qubha in Jenin city.

Attack

At 03:15, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Jenin city and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Waleed Al-Sa'di during clashes in Jenin city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:00.

Attack

At 20:15, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Azzun town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning then detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Bara Ahmad Ameen Hurani in Qalqiliya city.
2. Israeli forces detained Tahsin Mustafa Adwan during clashes near the entrance of Azzun town.

Land Levelling

At 11:00, Israeli forces leveled a plot of land near the entrance of Kafr Laqif village.

Closure of main Roads

1. At 20:00, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Izbit Al-Tbib village and impeded the free flow of traffic.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces closed the bypass road located between Azzun town and Kafr Laqif village with dirt mounds.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jama'in town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba'a area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 03:05, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 06:40.

Detention

At 21:25, Israeli forces positioned at Beit Furiq military checkpoint detained Aref Ayman Al-Haj Mohammad {a resident of Beit Furiq town}.

Attack

At 03:05, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Nablus city.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Iskaka village bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 22:30.
2. At 21:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:30.

Raid

At 23:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Zawitya town until 01:05.

Closure of main Roads

At 10:40, Israeli forces closed the steel gate located at the entrance of Kafil Harris town and impeded the free flow of traffic.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Ayda camp in Bethlehem city and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Tariq Mahmoud Abu Sarour in Ayda camp located in Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 13:35, Israeli forces raided Al-Jawiya village located in south east Yatta town, served military orders for the demolition of a home {consisting of 2 floors} owned by Abdel-Mutalib Al-Nawaj'a and a live stock den owned by Musa Hassan Hussien Al-Shawahin for allegedly being built with out licences.
2. At dawn on April 1st 2019,Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on April 1st 2019,Israeli forces raided Al-Tabaqa village and detained a resident.
4. At dawn on April 1st 2019,Israeli forces raided Al-Fuwar camp and detained a resident.
5. At dawn on April 1st 2019,Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Al-Bayad in Hebron city.
2. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Salama Abu Ras in Al-Tabaqa village.
3. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Abu Awad in Al-Fuwar camp.
4. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ahmad Nidal Mahmoud Abu Ghazi and Jihad Imad Al-Teti in Al-Arrub camp.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
•Palestinian gunmen broke the cease fire agreement by launching projectiles towards the Green Line {which landed near the border fence inside the Gaza strip}.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Detention

At 19:00 on March 31st 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents as they attempted to climb the border fence from east Gaza into Israel.

Palestinian Attacks

At 16:50 on March 27th 2019, Palestinian Gunmen launched projectiles towards the Green Line {which landed near the border fence inside the Gaza strip}.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 22:30 on March 31st 2010, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards 3 residents near the border fence in east Al-Buriej camp who managed to escape inside the Gaza strip.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 17:25 on March 31st 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
