WEST BANK

ALL DISTRICTS

Closure

Since 24:00 on April 9th 2017, the Israeli Military imposed a full closure of the West Bank for the "Passover" Holiday and prevented residents including those with Valid entry permits from entering Jerusalem city and Israel except Diplomatic missions, International Organizations and Medical emergency cases until 24:00 on April 17th 2017.

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Biddu town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town until 05:50.

Deportation

On April 12th 2017, Israeli forces served Military orders for the the deportation of 5 residents: Subieh Abu Subieh, Nour Al-Din Salim Al-Shalabi, Jihad Nasser Quws, Mohammad Al-Zaghir and Rawhi Al-Kalghasi from Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 3 months and fined each of them 2000 NIS.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:30 a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshiper.

Settlers Attacks

At 23:30, Israeli settlers assaulted several residents near Bab Al-Majlis {A Main gate entrance leading to Al-Aqsa mosque compound}.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:40, Israeli forces setup a checkpoint near the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 13:20.

Raid

1. At 15:20, Israeli forces raided Qubiya village.
2. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Silwad town then stormed and searched several homes.
3. At 05:20, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city and detained a University student.
4. At dawn on April 13th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Wa'ed Al-Fuqaha {A University student} in Ramallah city.
2. Israeli forces detained Yahya Rabi' {A University student} in Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Qabatiya town then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.
2. At 02:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Haddad Al-Siyahiya village and detained a resident.

Raid

At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Sanur village then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint near Hadad Al-Siyahiya village detained Eyad Husam Hussien Dabiya {A resident of Jenin camp}.

TUBAS

Raid

At 20:30, Israeli forces raided Ein Al-Bayda village in the North Jordan valley area.

Military Checkpoints

At 06;35 on April 12th 2017, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 08:05.

Raid

At 12:30, Israeli forces raided Quffa village and stormed a Car sales lot.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Jit village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 11:30.
2. At 12:00 and again at 17:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 13:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village and detained a resident.

Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village detained Yasser Khalid Nizar {A resident of Qalqilya city}.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qabalan town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:30.
2. At 20:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Sarah village junction {along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqilya} then searched residents and vehicles until 22:30.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Yasuf village then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Raid

At 08:00, Israeli forces raided Jericho city as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed "the mount of Temptation" then withdrew at 11:00.

Detention

At 19:50, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge detained Zahar Sanif {A resident of Qarwat Bani Zied village in Ramallah & Al-Bireh district} as he returning from Jordan.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 12:30.
2. At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicle until 15:40.
3. At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east Beit Sahur city} then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.

Raid

1. At 20:50, Israeli forces raided Harmalah village until 22:40.
2. At 21:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town.
3. At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem and Beit Jallah cities and detained 3 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 resiednts: Steve Munthir Zakariya Matar {A resident of Beit Jallah city}, Ibrahim Hani Ibrahim Hassan Suman {A resident of Bethlehem city} and Anas Ismail Salamah Obiyat {A resident of Bethlehem city}.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:20, Israeli forces set up 4 checkpoints at the north Hebron city {Along bypass road (35) near Halhul town}, at the entrances of Al-Thahriya and Al-Samou' towns and at the entrance of Beit Einoun village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fa'hs area in south Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 10:15 and again at 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 16:10, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at Halhul town bridge and along road (35) in North Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles until 17:00.
5. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the Al-Nabi Yunis area {along the main road connecting Hebron and Bethlehem} then searched residents and vehicles.
6. At 00:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint a checkpoint between Beit Ummar and Surif towns then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Karmal village as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed archaeological sites and occupied Saddam Sulimans homes and converted its rooftop into a military post then withdrew at a later time.
2. At 13:30, Israeli forces raided Surif town and detained a resident.
3. At 15:15, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, clashed with several residents, temporarily detained Shaher Abed Al-Shakur {A Palestinian Intelligence forces officer} and his nephew then released them after confiscating their Identification cards.
4. At 19:50, Israeli forces raided Shiyoukh Al-Urub and Al-Arub camp and clashed with several residents in Al-Rub camp.
5. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Tabaqa village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Khalid Taysir Mohammad Ghanimat in Surif town.
2. Israeli forces detained Ghalab Badawi Mohammad Hamdan in Al-Tabaqa village.

Temporary Detention

At 18:15, Israeli forces temporarily detained Shaher Abed Al-Shakur {A Palestinian Intelligence officer} and his nephew during their raid into Hebron city then released them after confiscating their identification cards.

Attack

1. At 15:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Hebron city.
2. At 19:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Arub camp.

House Occupation

At 10:00, Israeli forces occupied Saddam Sulimans homes and converted its rooftop into a military post during their raid into Al-Karmil village.

Confiscation of Property

At 18:15, Israeli forces confiscated identification cards of Shaher Abed Al-Shakur {A Palestinian Intelligence officer} and his nephew as they temporarily detained them during their raid into Hebron city.

Closure of main Roads

At 16:35, Israeli forces closed Zif village junction with cement blocks.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports in the coming month

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing point is partially opened for Humanitarian and emergency medical cases on April 16th 2017 from 12:30 until 19:00.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
