WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At dawn on April 15th 2019 and again at 03:30 on April 16th 2019, Israeli forces raided Biddu town and detained a resident.
2.On the evening of April 15th 2019 and again at dawn on April 16th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained 8 residents including 4 children.
3. At 01;30, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
4. At 03:40, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town.

Detention

1. On April 15th 2019, Israeli forces detained Omar Zakariya Najib {a resident of the old city of Jerusalem}.
2. At 12:00, Israeli forces detained Khalil Radi Mutier {a resident of Al-Eizariya town}.
3. At dawn on April 16th 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ahmad Al-Salamiya and Mufid Sa'ayda in Wadi Al-Joz neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
4. Israeli forces detained Hamza Ibrahim Zahran in Biddu town.
5. Israeli forces detained 8 residents {including 4 children}: Adel Abu Sbeih {13 years old}, Mohammed Maamoun Muheisen {15 years old}, Abdul Rahman Ahmed Abu Ryala {14 years old}, Muhannad Ma'mon Abu Assab {15 years old}, Zaki Sultan Obaid, Mohammed Faisal Obaid, Adnan Marwan Abu Riala and Jamil Hisham Nasser in Al-Eisawiya village.

House Demolition

On the evening of April 15th 2019, Israeli authorities forced Awad Mohammad Al-Abbassi to demolish his home {under construction} located in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city after he received a prior order in order to avoid paying a finical penalty in the event Israeli authorities implemented the demolition.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On April 15th 2019, , the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Silwad town and Ein Yabroud village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Halamish" settlement jucntion then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 21:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village and detained a resident.
2. At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on April 16th 2019, Israeli forces raided Ni'lin town then stormed and searched several homes.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Hilal Mamdouh Atta in Deir Abu Mash'al village.
2. Israeli forces detained Raghib Yahya Al-Tamimi {16 years old} in Deir Intham village.

Attack

At 13:20, Israeli forces positioned near "Pesagot" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

JENIN

Raid

At 16:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Taybat village.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 08:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Confiscation of Property

On April 15th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated vehicle and electrical generator equipment in Al-Deir area in the North Jordan valley.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road connecting Jayyous and Azzun towns then detained 3 residents.
3. At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town then stormed and searched several homes.

Detention

1. At 01:20 on April 15th 2019, Israeli forces detained Abdel-Rahim Mazin Yusef Khada' during their raid into Qalqiliya city.
2. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located along the main road connecting Jayyous and Azzun towns detained 3 residents:Mukhles Shawqi Selim {17 years old}, Mohammed Mamoun Katash {15 years old} and Saleh Yacoub Suwaydan {15 years old} {All are residents of Azzun town}.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:38, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Duma village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Burin village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.
3. At 18:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beita town then searched residents and vehicles until 19:50.

Raid

1. At 09:15, Israeli forces raided Aqraba town.
2. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Orif village, detained a resident then withdrew at 07:00.
3. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qalil village then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Adel Sa'ada Abdel-Azziz Sabah in Orif village.

SALFIT

Raid

1. At 00:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Zawiya town then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Salfit city and detained a resident.
3. At 03:45, Israeli forces raided Iskaka village.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Fatihallah Dahdol in Salfit city.

JERICHO

Raid

1. At 10:25, Israeli forces raided Jericho city.
2. At 03:15, Israeli forces raided Ein Al-Sultan camp in Jericho city and detained a resident.

Israeli forces detained Milad Waleed Sarsour in Ein Al-Sultan camp in Jericho city.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 07:30 on April 15th 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 11:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Ubidiya town until 12:30.
2. At 17:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city.
3. At 23:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Ta'mar and Harmala villages until 00:30.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:05, Israeli forces set up 5 checkpoints at the entrances of Farsh Al-Hawa area located in North Hebron city {along bypass road 35}, Al-Nabi Yunis area junction {along the main road connecting Hebron and Bethlehem}, at the North entrance of Halhul town and the entrances of Bani Na'im and Ithna towns then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Khursa village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 21:50, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:30.
2. At 23:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa, Yatta and Al-Thahriya towns, stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 06:50.
3. At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Ithna town and detained a resident.
4. At 07:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Ulla town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 11:50, Israeli forces detained the child: Mohammad Raed Al-Rajabi {13 years old} in the old city of Hebron.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Ratib Abu Sbieh in Hebron city.
3. Israeli forces detained Nidal Islamiya in Ithna town.
4. Israeli forces detained Yusef Ahmad Al-Aqal in Beit Ula town.

Attack

1. On the morning of April 15th 2019, Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several school children in Tariq Bin Zied, Khadija Bin Khawalid and Al-Hajirat schools for alleged stoning and as a result left several school children suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 14:55, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Arroub camp fired n and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Closure of main Roads

On April 15th 2019, Israeli forces closed the main road {connecting Ma'in and Khirbiet Sha'b Al-Batm villages located in east Yatta town} with dirt mounds.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on April 1st 2019 allowed the increase of fishing area from Al-Waha area which is located northwest o Beit Lahiya town in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles , increase from the port of Gaza and to Wadi Gaza to 12 nautical miles, Gaza and up to Khan Yunis beach to 15 nautical miles, and from Khan Yunis beach and south of Rafah beach to 12 nautical miles.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis and Rafah districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 08:00 on April 15th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuz'a'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 23:00 on April 15th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

Attack

At 23:00 on April 15th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah city.
