Flying Checkpoints

At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint between Biddu town and Al-Jib village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At dawn on April 17th 2019 and again at dawn on April 18th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained 10 residents.

Detention

1. At 23:35, Israeli forces detained Thaer Qassim Ahmad Al-Shaghfout {a resident of Al-Arrub camp in Hebron district}.
2. Israeli forces detained 10 residents: Louay Ashraf Mahmood, Abdel Thaer Mahmoud, Haitham Shadi Mahmoud, Mohamed Khaled Mahmoud, Yazid Darwish, Mohamed Abou El Homs, Ahmed Haitham, Youssef Darwish, Qusay Alyan and Mohamed Walid in Al-Eisawiya village.

House Demolition

1. At 09:20, Israeli forces demolished a room owned by Iz Al-Din Burqan in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built without a license.
2. At 14:00, Israeli forces demolished a home owned by Imran Al-Masri in Beit Hanina town for allegedly being built without a licence.

Destruction of Property

1. At 09:20, Israeli forces demolished a storage room and a kitchen at a restaurant owned by Izz Al-Din Burqan in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city for alleged being built without a license.
2. At 09:20, Israeli forces demolished live stock shed {used to house horses}{approximately 200 m2} owned by Al-Qaq family in Al-Thuri neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On April 17th 2019, , the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Raid

1. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 06:15.
2. At 04:25, Israeli forces raided Beit Liqya town then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

At 06:55 on April 17th 2019, Israeli forces detained Fadi Darwish Abu Sarour during their raid into Al-Jalazoun camp {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.

Attack

At 02:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed several homes during their raid into Al-Jalazoun camp.

TUBAS

Raid

At 09:30, Israeli forces raided Tubas city and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Rasoul Omar Hamza Daraghma in Tubas city.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 08:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Shufat military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces raided Jabarat village, demolished a home {under construction} for allegedly being built without a license then withdrew at 09:40.
2. At 14:40, Israeli forces raided Rammin village until 16:20.
3. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Far'oun village, detained a woman then withdrew at 03:40.
4. At dawn on April 18th 2019, Israeli forces raided Aqaba village and detained a resident.

Detention

1.Israeli forces detained Arij Majed Hamad in Far'oun village.
2. Israeli forces detained Ma'zouz Ahmad Amarna in Aqaba village.

House Demolition

At 08:40, Israeli forces demolished a home {under construction} for allegedly being built without a license in Jabara village.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1. At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:30.
2. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Kathim Mifid Radwan in Azzun town.

Temporary Detention

At 22:25, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Nabi Eliyas village temporarily detained Ala Al-Dik {A Police force officer} then released him at a later time.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 19:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furiq military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 21:00.

Raid

At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village and issued a warning to residents from stone throwing towards Israeli settlers as they were visiting archaeological sites in the village, temporarily detained a resident then released him at a later time then withdrew at 03:40.

Temporary Detention

At 01:20, Israeli forces temporarily detained Malik Middhat Kayed during their raid into Sabastiya village then released him at a later time.

Settlers Attacks

At 13:40, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Qaryout village located near "Elli" settlement, attacked several residents while they were farming land during which Israeli forces temporarily detained several residents then released them at 14:15.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Kafr Al-Dik town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 21:45, Israeli forces raided Bruqin town then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 07:30, Israeli forces raided Harris village and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Shihada Ismail Shihada Klieb in Harris village.

Temporary Detention

At 20:55, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara militaru checkpoint temporarily detained Ra'fat Jamil Nassif {a resident of Tulkarem city} then released him after confiscating his vehicle.

Confiscation of Property

At 20:55, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara military checkpoint confiscated a vehicle owned by Ra'fat Jamil Nassif {a resident of Tulkarem city}.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.
2. At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Faradis village, temporarily detained 3 residents {including a woman} then released them at a later time.

Raid

1. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Ayda camp in Bethlehem city, stormed and searched several homes then detained 3 residents.
2. At 04:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Duhishat camp in Bethlehem city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 11:15, Israeli forces detained the child: Ahmad Mahmoud Sami Issa {16 years old}{a resident of Al-Khader town} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Abdelkader Raed Badair, Louay Naif Zaboun, and Malik Nayef Zabounin Ayda camp in Bethlehem city.
3. Israeli forces detained Ziyad Abdel-Jabbar Attiya Al-Hassanat in Al-Duhishat camp in Bethlehem city.

Temporary Detention

At 20:40, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Al-Faradis village junction temporarily detained 3 residents{including a woman}: Firil Sulaiman Rabai'a, Refa'at Rabay'ah and Jihad Mohammad Rabai'a {All are residents of Maythaloun town in Jenin district}.

Attack

1. At 14:35, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Teqou' town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 04:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Dihishat camp in Bethlehem city.

Destruction of Property

At 16:35, Israeli forces demolished 3 agricultural storage rooms owned by Saad Ahmed Salah, Habas Khalil Marzouk Saleh, and Munther Issa Salah. in Shush'halat area in Al-Khader town for allegedly being built without a license.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Khursa village then searched residents and vehicles until 22:20.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Namrat area located in Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 18:30 and again at 00:10, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, set up a checkpoint in Namrat area then stormed and searched 2 homes.
2. At 20:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Majed village.
3. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Tabaqa village, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 02:40.
4. At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Surif town, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:15.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Uday Khalid Ghinimat in Surif town.

Attack

At 21:15, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Shalalat road in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Confiscation of Property

At 14:15, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle near Al-Andalous gas station in the old city of Hebron.

Closure of main Roads

At 11:55, Israeli forces closed the main road connecting Al-Tuwani and Al-Karmil villages with cement blocks.

Settlers Attacks

At 21:20, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of the Israeli military stormed a plot of agricultural land owned by Yusef Musa Masharfat in an attempt to confiscate the plot claiming that it belongs to one of the Israeli settlers.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on April 1st 2019 allowed the increase of fishing area from Al-Waha area which is located northwest o Beit Lahiya town in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles , increase from the port of Gaza and to Wadi Gaza to 12 nautical miles, Gaza and up to Khan Yunis beach to 15 nautical miles, and from Khan Yunis beach and south of Rafah beach to 12 nautical miles.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Rafah district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

At 12:40 on April 17th 2019, ,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Rafah city.
