WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. On the evening of April 1st 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Kafr Aqab town and Qalanidiya camp, clashed with several resident as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result killed a resident and injured 2 residents then detained 3 resiednts in Qalanidiya camp.
3. At dawn on April 2nd 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town and detained 2 residents {including a child}.

Detention

1. At dawn on April 1st 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Hytham Mustafa and Thaer Muhisien during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.
2. On April 1st 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Wajih Amin Abu Sabatin and Loai Issa Al-Kiswani {both residents of Jerusalem city}.
3. On the evening of April 1st 2019, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Al-Eisawiya village detained Ahmad Hussiin Darbas.
4. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ibrahim Nu'man Mutier, Rajab Nu'man Mutier and Yusef Nu'man Mutier in Qalandiya camp.
5. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Jamal Khalaf and his son Mohammad Khalaf {15 years old} in Al-Eizariya town.

Deportation

1. On April 1st 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued a order banning Mahmoud Najib {A Security guard at Al-Aqsa mosque compound} from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 15 days as a condition for his release after he was detained earlier for opening Bab Al-Rahma prayers area in Al-Aqsa mosque.
2. On April 1st 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued a order banning Shadi Al-Matour from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 7 days after he was summoned for questioning by Israeli Police.

Attack

At 02:50, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Kafr Aqab town and Qalanidiya camp and as a result killed a residents and injured 2 others in Qalanidiya camp.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Mohammad Ali Dar Odwan {23 years old} after opening fire towards him in Qalandiya camp.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 residents: Ahmad Abu Lutfiya and Ahmad Adel Shihada during clashes in Qalanidiya camp.

Destruction of Property

On April 1st 2019, Israeli forces demolished a live stock den {40 m2} owned by Musa Issa in Shu'fat neighborhood in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Assaults on Property

On April 1st 2019, Israeli forces positioned near Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem city stormed and closed down a vehicle parking lot owned by Al-Salamiya family.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On April 1st 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 13:00,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Silwad town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 14:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 18:45,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 21:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Atara town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Mughier village.
2. At 10:15, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village.
3. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Zied village and summoned Mahran Sanif to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
4. At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town and clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Hassan Yusef in Beituniya town.

Attack

1. On the evening of April 1st 2019, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Bani Saleh village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning .
2. At 01:55, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Beituniya town.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 21:55, Israeli forces raided Barta'a Al-Sharqiya town,Kafr Qud and Kafrit villages.
2. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Zababda and Jaba' towns, Zubaba, Jalqamus, Al-Mughier, Taflit, Masaliyat and Marka villages then detained 2 residents in Zubaba and Jalqamus villages.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Talib Mohammad Jaradat {a resident of Zubaba village} and Moawiya Taher Al-Qarm {a resident of Jalqamus village} during their raid into Zubaba and Jalqamus villages.

TUBAS

Assaults on Property

On April 1st 2019, Israeli forces stormed Al-Lahmat area in the North Jordan valley and leveled a plot of privately owned agricultural land.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 14:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

At 20:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Ras and Kafr Sur villages.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:55 and again at 19:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road connecting Jayyous and Azzun towns then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 19:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and clashed with several residents.

Attack

At 19:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 12:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Shavi Shamron" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 20:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Yitshar" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 17:35, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Subhi Al-Masri {a resident of Nablus city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Iskaka village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Salfit city then summoned 2 residents :Abdel-Karim Al-Zabadi {Mayor of Salfit city} and Abdel-Satar Awad to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.

JERICHO

Raid

On the evening of April 1st 2019, Israeli forces raided Fasayil village and detained a resident after storming his home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Kamal Shalafta in Fasayil village.

BETHLEHEM

Detention

On March 31st 2019, Israeli forces detained Daud Khalil Daud Al-Zir {a resident of Harmala village} as he was at work in "Mishor Adumim" settlement located in Al-Khan Al-Ahmar area in Jerusalem district.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Yatta town.
2. At 00:40,Israeli forces raided Dura town then stormed and searched a home.
3. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, summoned 2 University students: Tarik Abdel-Bassit Al-Tamimi and Mohammad Anas Salhab to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
4. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir town.
5. At dawn on April 2nd 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and summoned Hamza Ali Awad to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on April 1st 2019 allowed the increase of fishing area from Al-Waha area which is located northwest o Beit Lahiya town in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles , increase from the port of Gaza and toWadi Gaza to 12 nautical miles, Gaza and up to Khan Yunis beach to 15 nautical miles, and from Khan Yunis beach and south of Rafah beach to 12 nautical miles.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 18:00 on April 1st 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in Aburij camp who managed to escape inside the Gaza strip.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
