WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 12:45, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town.
2. At 21:50, Israeli forces raided Biddu town until 00:20.
3. At 21:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Sheikh Sa'ed , stormed and searched the Family home of Suhayeb Musa Mashahra {who was killed by Israeli forces near "Kafr Itsiyon" settlement in Bethlehem district.
4. At dawn on April 20th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis towns and Al-Sawahra Al-Sharqiya village, detained a resident after storming his home in Abu Dis town and confiscated 13 vehicles and 1000 USD.

Detention

1. At 17:10, Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint near Hizma town detained Mohammad Samir Ayash Abu Khalil {A resident of Beit Ummar town in Hebron district} as he was returning from his work in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Ali Nawathat in Abu dis town.

Attack

At 18:40, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Quds University in Abu Dis fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident and left 11 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes near Al-Quds University in Abu Dis town.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on April 20th 2017, Israeli forces confiscated 113 vehicles and 1000 USD during their raids into Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis town and Al-Sawah Al-Sharqiya village.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshiper.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Silwad town then searched residents and vehicles until 14:50.
2. At 19:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
4.At 22:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 09:45, Israeli forces raided Turmus'ya town and served a military order for the demolition of Abdallah Awad Tayem's home for allegedly being built near "Shilo" settlement.
2. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Silwad town, stormed and searched several homes, detained 2 residents and confiscated 7 vehicles then withdrew at 05:30.

Detention

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint in Ramallah city detained Raed Sa'id Mohammad Abu Ammar {A resident of Tubas city}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mahmoud Jum'a Al-Najjar and Bassam Hamad in Silwad town.

Confiscation of Property

At 02:20, Israeli forces confiscated 7 vehicles during their raid into Silwad town.

JENIN

Raid

At 03;20, Israeli forces raided Jaba' town, Fahma village and Fahma camp, stormed and searched several homes and detained 2 residents in Jaba' town.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Osama Ahmad Saltana and Ali Hilmi Kan'an in Jaba' town.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Nur Al-Shams camp, detained a resident in the camp then withdrew at 06:25.

Detention

1. At 15:10, Israeli forces positioned near Jabara checkpoint in south Tulkarem detained Mohammad Hassan Thiyab Ammar {A resident of Qalqilya city} as he was driving his truck for allegedly attempting to run over Israeli soldiers.
2. Israeli forces detained Diy'a Khalid Hussien Abu Qasido in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city and detained a University student after storming and searching his home then withdrew at 03:00.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Saja Mohammad Abdel-Latif Abu Othaba {A University student in Qalqiliya city}.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:30

Raid

1.At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Beit Furiq town junction and clashed with several residents.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Obada Jamal Dwikat in Nablus city.

Attack

At 00:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Beit Furiq town.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 17:00 and again at 19:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 19:40

1. At 07:35 on April 19th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Kafr Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Zawiya town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 13:05 and again at 13:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At dawn on April 20th 2017, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed religious sites in the area then withdrew at a later time.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 12:30.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 07:55 on April 19th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town and detained a resident.
2. At 16:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Billal Bin Rabah mosque in Bethlehem city then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.
4. At 22:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Betar village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:10.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Farouq Ibrahim Mahmoud Al-Amour at a flying checkpoint near the entrance of Teqou' town.

At 16:15, Israeli forces positioned near Kafr Itsiyon settlement junction opened fire towards Suhayeb Musa Mash'hour Mashahrah {21 years old} {A resident of Al-Shiekh Sa'id village in Jerusalem district} and as a result killed him for allegedly attempting to run over Israeli soldiers with his vehicle.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At dawn on April 20th 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 11:50, Israeli forces detained Oday Salah Al-Adem {A resident of Beit Ulla town}.
2. At 17:10, Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Ishaq Abu Hash'Hash {A resident of Al-Fuwar camp} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
3. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Mohammad Abdel-Qadder Al-Omari in Beit Ummar town.

Assaults on Property

At 19:25, Israeli forces positioned neat "Karmi Tsur" settlement located in south Beit Ummar town confiscated a bulldozer owned by Yusef Abdel-Azziz Abu Ayash {A resident of Beit Ummar town} as he was working in agricultural land located near the settlement.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports in the coming month.

Israeli Naval Vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Gaza districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 07:00 on April 19th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 06:30 on April 17th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
