WEST BANK

ALL DISTRICTS

Closure

• Since 24:00 on April 18th 2019, The Israeli Military imposed a total closure on the West Bank governorates on the occasion of the "Passover holiday" of the Jews, and prevented citizens and workers, including permit holders, from entering Jerusalem and Israel, except for humanitarian cases after prior coordination with diplomatic and international staff until 24:00 on April 27th 2019.

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Jib village as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed archaeological sites in the area.
2. At 22:30, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city and clashed with several residents.

Detention

At 11:00, Israeli forces positioned near a main gate leading to Al-Aqsa mosque in the old city of Jerusalem detained Ameer Al-Zaghir {a resident of Jerusalem city}.

Deportation

On April 24th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued a order banning Ayda Al-Sidawi from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 13 days as a condition for her release after she was summoned by Israeli Police for questioning at an earlier time.

Attack

1. At 17:15, Israeli forces positioned near Anata town junction fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Hizma town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 22:30, Israeli forces positioned in Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers..

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On April 25th 2019, , the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:50,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Silat Al-Thaher town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:05, Israeli forces raided Araba town, Ajja village and Fahma camp.
2. At 23:35, Israeli forces raided Jenin city, Qabatiya and Arraba towns, Bi'r Al-Basha, Kafrit, Deir Abu Da'if and Beit Qad villages.

Attack

On the evening of April 25th 2019, Israeli forces positioned near Muthalath Al-Shuhada village junction fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 17:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

Raid

1. At 16:25, Israeli forces raided Jama'in town and Zieta Jama'in village.
2. At 00:25, Israeli forces raided Tel village then stormed and searched a home.
3. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Salem village.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 15:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:10 and again at 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages in Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Sahour city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 23:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 19:50 and again at 00:30, Israeli forces raided Yatta town then detained a resident.
2. At 22:45, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
3. At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir town.
4. At 03:55, Israeli forces raided Dura town.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mu'taz Nasri Jindiyat in Yatta town.

Settlers Attacks

1. On the morning of April 25th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of the Israeli Military stormed Khirbeit Al-Qat area located in south Beit Ummar town as they stormed archaeological sites in the area.
2. On April 25th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers from "Migon" settlement stormed agricultural land in east Yatta town and placed poisonous chemicals inside the main water well in the area that local farmers use for their live stock in an attempt to poison the live stock owned by Palestinian farmers.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on April 1st 2019 allowed the increase of fishing area from Al-Waha area which is located northwest o Beit Lahiya town in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles , increase from the port of Gaza and to Wadi Gaza to 12 nautical miles, Gaza and up to Khan Yunis beach to 15 nautical miles, and from Khan Yunis beach and south of Rafah beach to 12 nautical miles.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza and Rafah districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 12:00 on April 25th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah town.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

Attack

1. At 08:10 on April 25th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several farmers located near Sufa crossing in North east Rafah city.
2. At 15:15 on April 25th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents in east Rafah city.
