WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

1. At 13:30,Israeli forces positioned along Al-Wad road in the old city of Jerusalem detained 2 residents: Hamza Fatina, and Samer Said Al Basti.
2. On April 26th 2018, Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Al-Ghani {A employee in Islamic Waqf Department in Al-Aqsa Mosque} at Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

1. At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
2. On April 26th 2018, Israeli forces prevented Committee for the reconstruction of the Aqsa Mosque of the Islamic Endowments Department from doing rehabilitation work inside Al-Aqsa mosque.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Halmish" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 12:45.

Raid

At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp {for an alleged shooting incident towards "Bet El" settlement}

TUBAS

Raid

At 09:20, Israeli forces raided Bardala village in the North Jordan valley until 11:00.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 05:40.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Jit village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 23:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Jayyous town and Kafr Jamal village then searched residents and vehicles until 00:20.

Raid

1. At 19:15, Israeli forces raided Azzun town until 20:20.
2. At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Immatin village until 04:00.
3. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Far'ata village and detained 2 residents {including a University student}.

Detention

1. At 03:00 on April 26th 2018, Israeli forces detained Lutfi Bassam Salim Al-Ja'idi during their raid into Qalqiliya city {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ihsan Salah Al-Tawil {A University student} and Shihab Ahmad Al-Taweel in Far'ata village.

Confiscation of Property

At 03:00 on April 26th 2018, Israeli forces confiscated 10000 NIS AND 1000 JD from the home of Abdel-Fattah Nimer Swilim during their raid into Qalqiliya city {as mentioned in the previous report}.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 12:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

SALFIT

Settlers Attacks

At 10:20, a group of Israeli settlers from "Kfar Tapuah" settlement stormed and leveled agricultural land in Yasuf village.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 12:55.

Raid

1. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, detained 2 residents {including a child and a Palestinian Police officer} then withdrew at 04:05.
2. At dawn on April 27th 2018, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Khalid Atta Mahmoud Mu'amar and Kamal Atta Mahmoud Mu'amar {both are residents of Betar village}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Mansour Mohammad Dariya {A Palestinian Police force officer] and Mohammad Waleed Thawabtah {17 years old}.
3. Israeli forces detained Diya Al-Afifi in Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles until 12:25.
2. At 11:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fah's area in south Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

Attack

At 08:05, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Palestine Polytechnic University located near Al-Arrub camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several resiednts for alleged stoning as they closed the main entrance leading to the camp.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on April 11th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 9 nautical miles for a period of 3 months.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opened fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza , Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result injured 5 residents.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 16:30 on April 26th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators {commemorating the Right of Return }located in east Al-Jabaliya town and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 16:30 on April 26th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators {commemorating the Right of Return } located in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 16:30 on April 26th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators {commemorating the Right of Return } located in east Al-Buriej camp and as a result injured 3 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 3 unidentified residents during clashes in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 16:30 on April 26th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators {commemorating the Right of Return }located in east Khan Yunis city and injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 1 unidentified resident during clashes in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is partially open for residents entering from the Arab Republic of Egypt.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.

Attack

1. At 18:30 on April 26th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators {commemorating the Right of Return } located in Al-Nahda neighborhood in Rafah city.
2. At 18:00 on April 26th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards Palestinian gunmen in east Rafah.
