Flying Checkpoints

At 16:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Shiekh Sa'ed village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 20:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and clashed with several residents.

Detention

At 16:30, Israeli forces positioned at Qalandia military checkpoint detained Ziena Suliman Khiyawi {A resident of Bir Nabala town} for allegedly carrying a knife.

Attack

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces positioned near Beit Ijza village fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 13:40, Israeli forces positioned at Qalandiya Military checkpoint fired rubber coated steel bullets,stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 14:15, Israeli forces positioned near Kabsah junction in Abu Dis town fired rubber coated steel bullets,stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
4. At 14:25, Israeli forces positioned in Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

6. At 15:20, Israeli forces positioned at Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
7. At 20:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.
8.On the evening of April 28th 2017, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets,stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Abu Dis town and as a result injured 2 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident in Abu Dis town.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Demonstrations

1. At 13:40, a demonstration took place in Al-Nabi Saleh village protesting against the construction settlements during which Israeli forces clashed with demonstrators as they were attempting to reach the demonstration site and as a result injured 4 residents {including a child} and left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 13:50, a demonstration took place in Bilin village protesting against the construction of the wall.
3. At 13:50, a demonstration took place Ni'lin town protesting against the construction of the wall then clashes erupted between protesters and Israeli forces and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Attack

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces positioned near "Ofar" military base fired rubber coated steel bullet stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during demonstrations protesting in solidarity with Palestinian prisoners who are currently on hunger strike and detained 2 residents including a child.

2. At 13:30, Israeli forces positioned near Sinjil town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 13:40, Israeli forces positioned near the west entrance of Silwad town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
4. At 13:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators in Al-Nabi Saleh village during demonstrations protesting in solidarity with Palestinian prisoners who are currently on hunger strike. and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

5. At 13:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents during demonstrations in Ni'lin town.

Detention

1. At 23:45, Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint located along the main road connecting Ramallah and Nablus detained Khalil Yusef Khalil Hamamdat {A resident of Qabatiya town in Jenin District}.
2. Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of "Ofra" Military base detained 2 residents: Mohammad Ayman Abu Atiya {17 years old}{A resident of Al-Amari camp in Al-Bireh city} and Ahmad Annan Al-Khadour {A resident of Beitunia town}.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured Mohammad Yazid Rayan {A resident of Beit Duqqu village in Jerusalem district} during clashes near "Ofar" Military base.
2. Israeli forces injured 5 residents: Majdi Mohammad Shawar {14 years old}, Mohammad Zaghloul Qassim Al-Khatib, Hamza Ahmad Yassin Al-Far'i, Ra'fat Wajih Mohammad Al-Tamimi and Yasser Mu'az Mohammad Daoud as they clashed during demonstrations protesting against land confiscation and Settlement construction.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and detained 3 residents then withdrew at 06:40.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Adel Nabhan Abdallah Odah, Jihad Jamal Ahmad Anbas and Oday Taysir Husni Abdallah in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Raid

At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.

Demonstrations

At 13:45, a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site and as a result injured 6 residents including 2 children

Attack

1. At 13:45, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site and as a result injured 6 residents {including 2 children}.
2. At 14:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators in Qalqilya who were protesting in solidarity with Palestinian prisoners who are on hunger strike.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 6 residents {including 2 children} those who were identified : Aref Marwan Ali during clashed near the east entrance of Qalqilya city.

Settlers Attacks

At 03:10, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Karnei Shomron" stoned several residents and vehicles travelling along the main road connecting Qalqilya and Nablus.

NABLUS

Attack

1. At 12:40, Israeli forces positioned near Beita town junction fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents who were participating in demonstrations in solidarity with Palestinian prisoners on hunger strike and as a result injured 2 residents and a fire broke out near a vegetable stand after a tear gas grenade fired by Israeli forces exploded in the area and as a result damaged several trailers used as vegetable stands before Palestinian Civil Defense forces were able to extinguish the flames.
2. At 13:30, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Naqura village junction fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they were participating in demonstrations in solidarity with Palestinian prisoners on hunger strike.
3. At 22:00, Israeli forces positioned near Beit Furiq town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 residents: Bashar Hamid Nayef Miflih {A resident of Osarin village} and Minjid Soliman Hamayel {A resident of Beita town} during clashes near Beita town junction.

Temporary Detention

At 11:25, Israeli forces positioned in Faroush Beit Dajjan village temporarily detained Ashraf Sharif Hassan Abu Dahliya and Mahmoud Abdallah Mahmoud Odah then released them at a later time..

Destruction of Property

At 12:40,a fire broke out near a vegetable stand during demonstrations in Beita town protesting in solidarity with Palestinian prisoners on hunger strike after a tear gas grenade fired by Israeli forces exploded in the area and as a result damaged several trailers used as vegetable stands before Palestinian Civil Defense forces were able to extinguish the flames.

JERICHO

Military Checkpoints

At 19:10, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Hamra Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 20:00.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road in Al-Ubidiya town then searched residents and vehicles until 15;30.
2. At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the entrance of Bethlehem city} and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} detained Thaer Azziz Mahmoud Halahla {A resident of Khursa town located in Hebron district}.

Attack

1. At 14:00,Israeli forces positioned near the North and West entrances of Teqou' fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 14:00, Israeli forces positioned near the north entrance of Bethlehem city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they were demonstrating in solidarity with Palestinian prisoners on hunger strike and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bani Na'im town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 18:40, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, clashed with several residents near Aliyah Governmental Mosque and as a result injured 3 residents {including a child with live ammunition and 2 others who were assaulted} during which they fired stun and tear gas grenades towards a hospital in the area and broke open the main doors of the Hospital's emergency section then detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Fadi Khalil Sa'di Al-Haymouni during clashes in Hebron city.

Attack

1. At 11:50, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Arub camp fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 14:00, Israeli forces positioned at Halhul town bridge fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning .
3. At 15:20, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Shalalat road area in the old city of Hebron fired rubber coated steel bullets , stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident and physically assaulted another.
4. At 15:55, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Beit Ummar town fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 3 residents.
5. At 18:40, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning near Aliyah hospital during their raid into Hebron city and as a result injured 3 residents {including a child and 2 others who were physically assaulted}

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured Shadi Ahmad Abdel-Fattah Ta'amra during clashes in Al-Shalalat road area in the old city of Hebron
2. Israeli forces injured 3 unidentified residents during clashes in Beit Ummar town.
3. Israeli forces injured 3 residents: Ma'moun Awayda Abdel-Karim Masak {14 years old}, Taysir Mohammad Al-Awawi and Yacoub Mustafa Qawasma during clashes during their raid into Hebron city.

Physical Assault

At 15:20, Israeli forces assaulted Zien Hashim Abu Mariya during clashes in Al-Shalalat road area in the old city of Hebron .

Assault on medical sector

At 18:40, Israeli forces live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning near Aliyah hospital during their raid into Hebron city .

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats in Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 09:00 on April 28th 2017, ,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 09:00 on April 28th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khan Yunis city

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
