WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 08:20, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city until 09:30.
2. At 23:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents then detained 2 residents.
3. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Biddu and Beit Annan towns and Qanat village until 04:40.

Detention

1. At 23:00, Israeli forces detained Ayman Al-Rashiq in Al-Thori neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. On the evening of April 28th 2019, Israeli forces detained Majdi Nidal Al-Toukhi in Jerusalem city.
3. On the morning of April 29th 2019, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Nidal Qus, Imad Al-Shaloudi and Haytham Hijazi in the old city of Jerusalem.
4. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ma'moun Basil Mahmoud Abu Sineinah and Mahmoud Basil Mahmoud Abu Sineinah in Al-Eisawiya village.

Temporary Detention

On April 28th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city sentenced Mu'taz Abdallah Zaytoun {a resident of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city} to 5 days house arrest as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.

Attack

At 23:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On April 28th 2019, , the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30 and again at 19:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 12:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Khirbithat Bani Harith village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 19:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Silwad town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 12:05, Israeli forces raided Ni'lin village.
2. At 04:35, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city and Beituniya town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained a resident in Ramallah city then withdrew at 05:35.
3. At dawn on April 29th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Nabi Saleh village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home.

Detention

1. At 02:25 on April 28th 2019, Israeli forces detained Muntassir Mohammad Bader during their raid into Beit Liqya town {as mentioned in the previous report}.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Raed Al-Huwarin in Jerusalem city.

Physical Assault

1. At 17:15, Israeli forces assaulted Haydar Mohammad Ibrahim Khadouri {a resident of Biddu town} near Kafr Ni'ma village and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.
2. At 22:50, Israeli forces positioned near "Halmish" settlement assaulted Moayad Hamza Al-Tamimi {a resident of Al-Nabi Saleh village} and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Attack

1. At 19:40, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Jalazoun camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 04:35, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Ramallah city and Beituniya town.
3. At dawn on April 29th 2019, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Nabi Saleh village.

Closure of main Roads

At 23:30, Israeli forces closed the main entrance of Silwad town {after the alleged throwing of a firebomb towards "Ofra" settlement then reopened it at a later time.

Settlers Attacks

At 17:15, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Jabal Risan area located near Ras Kar Kar village and threw stones towards 3 residents who were taking measurements of a plot of land and as a result left them hospitalized with contusions.

Injuries

Israeli settlers injured 3 residents: Wissam Ibrahim Ali Wabar, Zuhdi Jabran Mohammad Ishtaya and Omar Soliman Al-Dik after throwing stones towards them in Jabal Risan area located near Ras Kar Kar village .

JENIN

Raid

1. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Kafr Dan village and detained 2 residents.
2. At dawn on April 29th 2019, Israeli forces raided Jenin camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ihsan Ayman Rajih Abed and Osama Ayman Rajih Abed in Kafr Dan village.
2. Israeli forces detained Omar Fadil Jad'oun in Jenin camp.

Attack

At dawn on April 29th 2019, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Jenin camp.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 19:10,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 20:05.

Raid

At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Attil town, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:00.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Zaher Abdel-Rahman Daqa in Attil town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.
3. At 20:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hablat town tunnel {located at the south entrance of Qalqiliya city} then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.
4. At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.

Raid

At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes.

Attack

At 01:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Qalqiliya city then withdrew at 05:00.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 18:45, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

1. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Orif village and detained 4 residents.
2. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Nablus city ,Balata and Askar camp, detained 2 residents {including a child} in Balata and Askar camp then withdrew at 03:15.

Detention

1. At 14:45, Israeli forces positioned at Huwara military checkpoint detained Abed Thaer Hussien Daraghma {a resident of Tubas city}.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Saif al-Din Mustafa al-Safadi, Muhammad Mustafa al-Safadi, Yusuf Ali Shehadeh and Abdullah Jihad Shehadeh in Orif village.

3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Majdi Al-Hashash {a resident of Balata camp} and Yusef Amjad Al-Ashqar {17 years old}{a resident of Askar camp}.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:50 and again at 21:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Marda village then searched residents and vehicle's until 21:40.
2. At 20:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:05.

Raid

At 07:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Zawiya town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Yusef Sufiyan Abu Liela in Al-Zawiya town.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jalla city then searched residents and vehicles until 02:20.

Raid

1. At 18:10, Israeli forces raided Bettar village, detained a resident and confiscated his vehicle.
2. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town and detained 4 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Muthna Abed Qaysi in Bettar village.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Rabia 'Alaa Tataqqa, Ahmad Salah Tatarqqa, Issam Mohammed Hassan Tqaqqa and Karim Samih Tatarqa in Beit Fajjar town.

Confiscation of Property

At 18:10, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Muthna Abed Al-Qaysi after detaining him during their raid into Bettar town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Wadi Al-Joz area junction {located at the entrance of Bani Na'im town} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 22:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir town then stormed and searched 2 homes.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on April 1st 2019 allowed the increase of fishing area from Al-Waha area which is located northwest o Beit Lahiya town in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles , increase from the port of Gaza and to Wadi Gaza to 12 nautical miles, Gaza and up to Khan Yunis beach to 15 nautical miles, and from Khan Yunis beach and south of Rafah beach to 12 nautical miles.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
