WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Eizariya town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

On the morning of April 2nd 2019, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city, clashed with several residents as they demolished a home {consisting of 2 floors} for allegedly being built with out a license and as a result injured a residents.

Detention

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Soliman Salah Al-Din {A resident of Hizma town}.
2. At 08:30, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Bashar Najib and Tawfiq Najib in the old city of Jerusalem.

Attack

1. On the morning of April 2nd 2019, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as as they demolished a home {consisting of 2 floors} for allegedly being built with out a license during their raid into Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem and as a result injured a residents.
2. At 14:30, Israeli forces positioned at Qalandiya military checkpoint fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning {as they were participating in the funeral of Mohammad Ali Dar Odwan} and as a result injured 3 children.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured Adnan Hushiya during clashes in Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces injured 3 children: Mohammed Ramzi Shehadeh {15 years old}, Nasser Daoud Zeidia, {16 years old} and Yousef Mohammed Yousef Mutair {16 years old} during clashes near Qalandiya military checkpoint.

House Demolition

On the morning of April 2nd 2019, Israeli forces demolished a home {under construction and consisting of 2 floors} owned by Hushiya family in Shu'fat camp for allegedly being built with out a license and near the wall gate near "Pizgat Za'iv" settlement.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

1.At 10:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
2. On April 2nd 2019, Israeli Police raided Al-Aqsa mosque compound.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On April 2nd 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Deir Ijrier village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:25, Israeli forces set up 3 checkpoints at the entrance of Beit Rima town, Qarwat Bani Zied and Al-Nabi Saleh villages then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 21:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Jalzaoun camp then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 04:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village and detained a resident.
2. At 07:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Mughier village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 01:55 on April 2nd 2019, Israeli forces detained Adham Jallal Al-Bis during their raid into Beituniya town.
2. Israeli forces detained Layth Mahymoud Al-Duda in Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village.
3. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Atta Abu Aliya in Al-Mughier village.

Settlers Attacks

On April 2nd 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Deir Ijrier village and uprooted and chopped down approximately 150 Olive and almond trees and 400 grape vineyards owned by Abdel-Dayim Ajjaj and spray-painted anti-arab and racist graffiti on a water tank located in the area.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces raided Jenin city, Arraba town , Beit Qad , Jalqamus, Al-Mughier, Bir Al-Basha, Masaliya and Sanur villages until 16:40.
2. At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Zababda, Arraba, Kafr Ra'yi towns and Siris and Anza villages, detained a resident in Anza village, confiscated sums of cash from 3 homes in Kafr Ra'i and Jaba' towns and Saris village then clashed with several residents as they stormed a home in Arraba town.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Waleed Barahma in Azna village.

Attack

At 00:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed a home during their raid into Araba town.

Confiscation of Property

At 00:40, Israeli forces confiscated sums of cash as they stormed and searched 3 homes owned by Jamal Mohammad Al-Sid {a resident of Kafr Ra'i town}, Islam Adel Ghannam {a resident of Jaba' town} and a unidentified resident in Siris village during their raids into those area's.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 10:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

At 08:50, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Shweika neighborhood , Far'oun and Izbit Shufa villages until 11:20.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:30 and again at 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 22:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road connecting Azzun town and Kafr Laqif village and detained 2 residents.

Raid

At 23:25, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint along the main road connecting Azzun town and Kafr Laqif village detained Husam Yunis Abdel-Azziz Salama and Lutfi Marwan Abdel Latif Adwan.

Closure of main Roads

On April 2nd 2019, Israeli forces closed the main entrance of Azzun town with cement blocks and impeded the the free flow of traffic.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 19:05, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road connecting Bazariya village and Anabta town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 23:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Sara village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqiliya} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 11:30, Israeli forces raided Duma village.
2. At 13:45, Israeli forces raided Qabalan town.
3. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Salem and Iraq Burin village.
4. At 01:25, Israeli forces raided Qussin village.
5. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Furiq town.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Bruqin and Kafr Al-Dik towns until 04:35.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Zawiya town and detained a resident.
3. At 03:25, Israeli forces raided Salfit city until 08:00.

Detention

1. At 15:40, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction military checkpoint detained Thaer Walid Abdel-Jalil Ahmad {a resident of Kafr Qalil village in Nablus district}.
2. Israeli forces detained Assef Mahmoud Jaber Abu Lila in Al-Zawiya town.

JERICHO

Raid

At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Jericho city and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Zakariya Issa Al-Tahan in Jericho city.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

At 19:45, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town until 21:30.

House Demolition

At 09:30, Israeli forces demolished a 3 floor building owned by Basma Issa Al-Laham in Bi'er Ona area in Beit Jala city for allegedly being built with out a license.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Zif village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 08:00 and again at 01:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2. At 20:40, Israeli forces raided Dura town , detained a resident then withdrew at 21:00.
3. At 01:25, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Fadi Sami Jamil Al-Rajoub in Dura town.

Attack

At 08:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several school children for alleged stoning near Hebron secondary boys school.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on April 1st 2019 allowed the increase of fishing area from Al-Waha area which is located northwest o Beit Lahiya town in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles , increase from the port of Gaza and toWadi Gaza to 12 nautical miles, Gaza and up to Khan Yunis beach to 15 nautical miles, and from Khan Yunis beach and south of Rafah beach to 12 nautical miles.

The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Air force broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 2 missiles {in 2 consecutive airstrikes} towards Gaza district.
A resident died of critical injuries sustained during clashes in Khan Yunis district on March 30th 2019.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Air Strike

1. At 15:30 on April 2nd 2019, Israeli Military aircraft's launched missiles towards a group of residents as they were flying Incendiary kites near the border fence in east Gaza city.
2. At 15:45 on April 2nd 2019, Israeli Military aircraft's launched missiles towards a group of residents as they were flying Incendiary kites near the border fence in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 18:00 on April 2nd 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Al-Buriej camp who then were able to flee into the Gaza strip.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 07:00 on April 2nd 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 00:30 on April 2nd 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of east Khan Yunis city.

Killings

At 18:00 on April 2nd 2019, Firas Yusef Abu Hijris {26 years old}{a resident of Bani Suhayla town located in east Khan Yunis city} died of critical injuries sustained during clashes in Khan Yunis district on March 30th 2019.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
