JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road leading to Wadi Al-Jir area in Abu Dis town then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Najib {a security guard at Al-Aqsa mosque compound} after he opened Bab Al-Rahma prayer area in Al-Aqsa mosque.
2. At 09:00, Israeli forces detained Adnan Marwan Al-Ash'hab {a resident of Al-Ram town}.
3. At 09:30, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Hawash {a resident of the old city of Jerusalem}.
4. On April 3rd 2019, Israeli forces detained Lafi Nasri Ibrahim Salah Al-Din {a resident of Hizma town}.

Attack

At 22:30, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Al-Ram town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On April 3rd 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Ras Kar Kar and Deir Ibzi' villages then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Shuqba village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Silwad town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on April 3rd 2019, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained a resident.
2. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Kobar town and detained 2 residents.
3. At 03:40, Israeli forces raided Awarta and Bir Ziet towns.
4. At dawn on April 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Ni'lin town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. On April 2nd 2019, Israeli forces detained the child: Ramiz Mohammad Al-Tamimi {14 years old}{a resident of Deir Intham village}.
2. At 12:20, Israeli forces detained Abdel-Karim Huthayfa Abdel-Karim Ajjaj {a resident of Deir Ijrier village}.
3. At 22:00, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city detained Baha Nathmi Oweis {a resident of Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village in Nablus district}.

Raid

1. At 11:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Tayba, Al-Hashimiya and Nazlat Zied villages
2. At 12:25, Israeli forces raided Bi'ir Al-Basha village.
3. At 13:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Zababda town.
4. At 14:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Sila Al-Harthiya and Al-Yamoun towns.
5. At 04:05, Israeli forces raided Jenin city, Jenin camp, Bruqin, Al-Yamoun and Qabatiya towns, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes in the camp, detained 4 residents in Jenin camp and Al-Yamoun town then confiscated sums of cash from 3 homes in Qabatiya town.

1. At 15:50, Israeli forces positioned at a military checkpoint along the main road connecting Nablus and Jenin detained Omar Layth Mohammad Jarrar {a resident of Al-Hashimiya village}.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Mohammed Ayman Qandil {a resident of Jenin camp} , Mujahid Mahmoud Abu al-Talal {a resident of Jenin camp}, Omar Kamel 'Azat ​​al-Jabari {a resident off Yamoun town}, and Nawar Mazen Nawahda {a resident of Yamoun village} during their raid into Jenin camp and Yamoun village .

Attack

At 04:05, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Jenin camp.

At 10:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Attack

At 14:30, Israeli forces positioned near road {90} by "Sidimot Migola" settlement in the North Jordan valley fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents participating in a demonstration and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation, temporarily detained 4 residents and 2 International peace activist then released them at a later time.

Temporary Detention

At 14:30, Israeli forces temporarily detained 4 residents and 2 International peace activist : Fawzi Faraj Abu Zeina {a resident of Fara'a refugee camp}, Ghadir Abu Zeina {a resident of Fara'a refugee camp}, Ghassan Zidan Najjar, {a resident of Burin village} and Khairi Said Ibrahim Hanoun{a resident of Anabta village} during clashes near near road {90} by "Sidimot Migola" settlement in the North Jordan valley.

Closure of main Roads

On April 3rd 2019, Israeli forces closed the east entrance of Azzun town with cement blocks and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Military Checkpoints

At 08:40, Israeli forces closed Huwara military checkpoint {after a Israeli settler opened fire towards 2 residents {killing 1 resident and injuring another} then reopened it at a later time.

2. Israeli forces detained Ameed Ibrahim Ibrahim Qa'dan in Iraq Burin village.
3. Israeli forces detained Bara Wajih Yusef Al-Qut in Madma village.
4. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Yusef Soliman Hashash and Mohammad Al-Da'bi in Balata camp in Nablus city.

Settlers Violence

1. At 08:40, a Israeli settler positioned at Huwara town road opened fire towards 2 residents killing 1 resident and injuring another.
2.On the evening of April 3rd 2019, a Israeli settler riding a vehicle stormed Nablus city in an attempt to enter Joseph's Tomb during which Palestinian Police were able to apprehend and capture him before handing him over to Israeli authorities.

Killings

Mohammad Abdel-Min'im Abdel-Fattah {23 years old} was killed after a Israeli settler opened fire towards him near Huwara town road.

Injuries

Khalid Salah Rawajba {a resident of Rujieb village} was injured after a Israeli settler opened fire towards him near Huwara town road.

SALFIT

At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Sartat village, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:00.

1. At 03:25 on April 3rd 2019, Israeli forces detained Safinaz Mohammad Mahmoud Al-Dik during their raid into Salfit city.

2. At 21:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Samou' town until 02:20.
3. At 23:35, Israeli forces raided Hebron city until 05:50.
4. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Maher Al-Farajin in Al-Aroub camp.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on April 1st 2019 allowed the increase of fishing area from Al-Waha area which is located northwest o Beit Lahiya town in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles , increase from the port of Gaza and toWadi Gaza to 12 nautical miles, Gaza and up to Khan Yunis beach to 15 nautical miles, and from Khan Yunis beach and south of Rafah beach to 12 nautical miles.
•The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding Central Gaza district.
•The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by launching tank artillery shells and opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza and Khan Yunis district and as a result injured 4 residents.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Rafah districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

1. At 07:00 on April 3rd 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 13:00 on April 3rd 2019, Israeli forces launched tank artillery shells towards a group of residents as they were flying Incendiary kites near the border fence in North Beit Lahiya town and as a result injured a resident.
3. At 15:40 on April 3rd 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in North east Beit Hanon town.
4. At 2045 on April 3rd 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 12:45 on April 3rd 2019,Israeli Military aircraft's launched missiles towards a group of residents as they were flying Incendiary kites near the border fence in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Raid

1.At 07:00 on April 3rd 2019, Israeli forces escorting military bulldozers stormed 100 m into the vicinity of east Al-Buriej camp and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 13:00.
2. At 13:00 on April 3rd 2019, Israeli forces escorting military bulldozers stormed 100 m into the vicinity of east Deir Al-Balah town and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 15:30.

Attack

At 18:30 on April 3rd 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents near the border fence in Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 21:20 on April 3rd 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards 3 residents who were attempting to climb the border fence into Israel from east Khan Yunis city and as a result injured 3 resident and detained them.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 3 unidentified residents after opening fire towards them as they were attempting to climb the border fence into Israel from east Khan Yunis city.

Detention

1. At 22:00 on April 3rd 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents who were attempting to climb the border fence located in east Khan Yunis into Israel.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 unidentified residents who were attempting to climb the border fence located in east Khan Yunis into Israel.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
