WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Jib village until 11:10.
2. At 22:00, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and clashed with several residents.

Deportation

1. On April 6th 2019, Israeli authorities issued orders banning Abdel-Athim Salhab from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 15 days as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.
2. On April 6th 2019, Israeli authorities issued orders banning Issam Amira rom entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 15 days.

Attack

At 22:00, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Hizma town.

House Demolition

On April 6th 2019, Israeli authorities in the old city of Jerusalem forced Nabih Al-Bassati to demolish the outer walls, the roof and the rest of the columns in his 56-square-meter house. In 2016, he demolished the interior walls of the house which made it uninhabitable in order to avoid paying heavy fines in the event that Israeli authorities carried out the Demolition for allegedly being built with out a licence.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On April 6th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.

JENIN

Raid

On April 6th 2019, Israeli forces raided Muthalath Al-Shuhada village, clashed with several residents and as a result injured a child.

Attack

On April 6th 2019, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Muthalath Al-Shuhada village and as a result injured a child.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Ramiz Samir Abu Eid {17 years old} during clashes in Muthalath Al-Shuhada village.

TUBAS

Physical Assault

At 13:30, Israeli forces positioned near "Hamidat" settlement located in the North Jordan valley assaulted Tah'seen Abdallah Hafith Bani Odah as he was herding his goats in the area.

Temporary Detention

At 13:50, Israeli forces positioned near Ein Al-Bayda area in the North Jordan valley temporarily detained Ahmad Al-Assad along with 2 others during their participation in an environmental route to the Ein al-Sakout area. They were later released and flags and banners with the participants were confiscated.

Settlers Attacks

At 12:00, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Mazahouk area in the North Jordan valley and attempted to forcibly remove a family from the area during which a verbal argument ensued between the residents and the settlers.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Shwikiya neighborhood in Tullarem city then stormed 2 homes.

Detention

On the evening of April 6th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at a military post located in the area between Shufa and Izbit Shufa detained Issam Ibrahim Hamad {a resident of Shufa village} as he was farming his land.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Kafr Qaddum village {along the main road connecting Qalqiliya and Nablus} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. On April 6th 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village and detained a resident.

Raid

At 21:45, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and clashed with several residents as they stormed a home.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at checkpoint near the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village detained Raed Salim Radwan.

Attack

1. At 17:30, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Al-Naqqar neighborhood in Qalqiliya city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned at "Ayal" crossing located in North Qalqiliya city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 21:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed a home during their raid into Azzun town.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 14:40,, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 17:20.

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Iraq Burin village and detained a national security force officer.

Raid

1. At 13:20 and again at 04:00, Israeli forces raided Qabalan town as they were chasing a vehicle , stormed a home then withdrew at 05:30.
2. At 05:30, Israeli forces raided Yatma village.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at the entrance of Iraq Burin village detained Marwan Murad Musa Shalbi {a national security force officer}{a resident of Iraq Burin village}.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Iskaka village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 22:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Zawiya town, stormed and searched 2 homes then withdrew at 03:25.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Fasayil village then searched residents and vehicles until 15:40.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 11:20.
2. At 22:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the western villages} then searched residents and vehicles.

Settlement Activities

On April 6th 2019, Israeli authorities approved tenders for the construction of an additional 770 settlement units in "Betar Aliyat" settlement located in Nihalin town , Husan and Wadi Fuqin villages on land occupied in 1967.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:20 and again at 20:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 01:05, Israeli forces raided Dura town and detained a resident.
3. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir town and detained a resident{a special needs patient}.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Hamza Musa Al-Darabi' in Dura town.
2. Israeli forces detained Muhanad Mahmoud Jaradat {a special needs patient} in Sa'ir town.

Settlement Activities

On April 3rd 2019, Israeli authorities approved tenders for the construction of 70 new settlement units in "Mistad" settlement located in east Sa'ir town on land occupied in 1967.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on April 1st 2019 allowed the increase of fishing area from Al-Waha area which is located northwest o Beit Lahiya town in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles , increase from the port of Gaza and to Wadi Gaza to 12 nautical miles, Gaza and up to Khan Yunis beach to 15 nautical miles, and from Khan Yunis beach and south of Rafah beach to 12 nautical miles.

•The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed.

Attack

At 11:45 on April 6th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in North east Beit Hanon town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1.At 08:45 on April 6th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.
2. At 11:45 on April 6th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Qarara town located in North east Khan Yunis city.
3. At 12:00 on April 6th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.
