JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on August 1st 2018, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 18:00, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Sabeeh Musbah Abu Sabeeh and Saed Obeid in Al-Eisawiya village.
2. At 19:30, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Khan Al-Ahmar area located in east Jerusalem city detained Ayman Ali Abd Rabbo {A resident of Al-Doha town in Bethlehem district}.
3. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Sa'ed Mustafa in Al-Eizariya town.
4. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Mahmoud Kan'an in Hizma town.

Deportation

On July 31st 2018, Israeli authorities issued a court order to ban 2 residents: Omar Ashayer and Rasheed Al-Rashq from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 2 months and sentenced them to home imprisonment until August 8th 2018 as well as fining them 1000 NIS each as a condition for their release from Israeli Police custody after being detained at an earlier time.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:00, Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town and detained a resident.
2. At 21:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Ur village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 04:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Rima town then withdrew at 06:35.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near the entrance if Sinjil town detained Iz Sameeh Karakra.
2. Israeli forces detained Adham Subhi Al-Rimawi in Beit Rima town.

JENIN

Raid

At dawn on August 1st 2018, Israeli forces raided Arraba town then stormed and searched a home.

TUBAS

Attack

At 20:00, Israeli forces positioned near Tamoun town junction fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Destruction of Property

On July 31st 2018, Israeli forces near the entrance of Bardala village leveled a water pump for allegedly attempting to locate illegal water sources.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Safarin village then searched residents and vehicles until 17:30.

Raid

At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 03:00.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

1. At 12:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Nablus city and Assira Al-Shamaliya town then searched residents and vehicles until 13:20.
2. At 23:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

2. At 22:55, Israeli forces raided Zuwata village and detained a journalist.

At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Salfit city, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:30.

BETHLEHEM

At 19:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jalla city then searched residents and vehicles until 20:05.

Raid

1. At 11:35, Israeli forces raided Al-Doha town, summoned 2 residents: Ahmad Al-Qintar and Ammar Faraj to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 12:00.
2. On July 31st 2018, Israeli forces raided Ein Jweiz area in Al-Oja village and served military orders for the demolition of 6 homes for allegedly being built with out a licence.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Ithna town and detained a resident.
2. At 05:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town and detained a Presidential Security Guard.
3. At dawn on August 1st 2018, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Anas Ahmad Salah Al-Awadi in Ithna town.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Yusef Qaysiya {a Presidential Security Guard} in Al-Thahriya town.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Wael Abdel-Mu'ti Al-Fakhouri and Ibrahim Wael Abdel-Mu'ti Al-Fakhouri

Attack

On the evening of July 31st 2018, Israeli forces positioned at Abu Snienat neighborhood in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza and Khan Yunis districts and as a result injured a resident.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 17:45 on July 31st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Beit Hanun town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1. At 09:00 on July 31st 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.
2. At 12:00 on July 31st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in east Gaza city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 14:10 on July 31st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Abbssan town located in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 18:00 on July 31st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents and for the entry of emergency humanitarian and medical supplies.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
