WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

1. At 16:40, Israeli forces detained Muntasir Khalil Al-Daba'i {a resident of Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city}.
2. At 22:00, Israeli forces positioned near the west entrance of Al-Eisawiya village detained Yusef Fareed Obied {a resident of Al-Eisawiya village}.

Deportation

On July 31st 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning Ehab Al-Zaghir {a resident of Jerusalem city} from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 3 months as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlers Attacks

At 16:15, a group of Israeli settlers positioned at Al-Basat gate area {a gate entrance leading to Al-Aqsa mosque} in the old city of Jerusalem and kidnapped 3 children then Israeli Police interrogated one of the children after the kidnapping attempt failed.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On July 31st 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Surda and Abi Qash villages then searched residents and vehicles until 09:20.
2. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ras Kar Kar village then searched residents and vehicles until 11:15.
3. At 11:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village, temporarily detained 2 residents then released them at a later time.
4. At 14:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ibzi' village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on July 31st 2019, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained a child.
2. At dawn on August 1st 2019, Israeli forces raided Deir Intham village, stormed and searched several homes, temporarily detained 19 residents then released them after questioning by Israeli Intellegnce officers at a military base.
3. At dawn on August 1st 2019, Israeli forces raided Dur Al-Qara' village and clashed with several residents.

Detention

1. At 22:20, Israeli forces detained Mu'tasim Fareed Al-Shiekh Qassim {a resident of Al-Jalazoun camp} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces detained Ali Issam Hamad {16 years old} in Silwad town.

Temporary Detention

1. At 11:25, Israeli forces positioned checkpoint at a flying checkpoint near the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village temporarily detained 2 residents: Waleed Wael Al-Rimawi and Ramiz Hamdan Al-Barghouthi {both are residents of Beit Rima town} then released them at a later time.
2. At dawn on August 1st 2019, Israeli forces temporarily detained 19 residents: Bakr Abdul Khaliq, Abdul Khaliq Mezher, Usama Firas, Firas Al Tamimi, Yazen Fadl, Fadl Al Tamimi, Ragheb Mohammed, Ramez Mohammed, Abu Ragheb Al Tamimi, Mohammed Khair, Mahmoud Khair, Abu Luai Al Tamimi, Louay Mohammed, Mohammed Abu Fayek, Yousif Mohammed, Wassim Daoud, Abdel Halim Hassan, Hassan Abdel Halim, Mohamed Abu Joud during their raid into Deir Intham village then released them after questioning by Israeli Intellegnce officers at a military base.

Attack

At dawn on August 1st 2019, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Dur Al-Qara' village.

JENIN

Raid

At dawn on August 1st 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Yamoun town, stormed and searched several homes and dens then detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Anwar Ali Faris Abu Hassan in Al-Yamoun town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hablat town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 07:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, detained a resident then withdrew at 06:10.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Usayed Hani Musa Jadu' in Qalqiliya city.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Assira Al-Shamaliya town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 11:05.

Raid

At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Tel village, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 03:55.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Marda village then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 23:00, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction checkpoint detained Mohammad Bassem Aleb Fartikh.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:55,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} and impeded the free flow of traffic from both directions until 10:35.
2. At 12:20,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 13:25.

Raid

At 18:10, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 18:45.

Confiscation of Property

At 16:30, Israeli forces positioned in Um Al-Rakaba area located in Al-Khader town confiscated A bulldozer while working near the iron gate at the entrance to the area, and arrested its driver.

Detention

1. At 04:20 on July 31st 2019, Israeli forces detained the child: Ehab Nayef Mohammad Zaboun {17 years old} during their raid into Al-Ayda camp in Bethlehem city {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Mustafa Imran Salah after confiscating his bulldozer while working near the iron gate at the entrance of Um Al-Rakaba area located in Al-Khader town.

Attack

At 18:10, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Teqou' town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Sahab junction located in Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. On the evening of July 31st 2019, Israeli forces raided Bani Na'im town and confiscated a concrete pump.
2. At 02:55, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Billal Mahmoud Issa Al-Saweti in Beit Awwa town.

Temporary Detention

On the evening of July 31st 2019, Israeli forces served an order to the father of Shadi Sidr (8 years old), after raiding his home in Al-Shalala Street in the Old City of Hebron, to investigate her for harassing Israeli settlers.

Confiscation of Property

On the evening of July 31st 2019, Israeli forces confiscated a concrete pump owned by Barakat Mohammad Marakat in Bani Na'im town.

Land Levelling

At 09:30, Israeli forces leveled a plot of land owned by Shaher Al-Hamawi in Farsh Al-Hawa area located in North Hebron city.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .

• Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire and launching tank artillery shells from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis district.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 11:00 on July 31st 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Abbassan Al-Kabira located in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 03:00 on August 1st 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards Palestinian Gunmen locations in east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis city Following an armed clash between the Israeli occupation forces and a member of Palestinian armed groups after infiltrating through the border fence into Israel east of Abbassan AlKabira and as a result killed him and left 3 Israeli soldiers wounded}.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
