WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. On the evening of August 9th 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Jisir area located between Jabal Al-Mukabir
and Silwan neighborhoods in Jerusalem city during which they clashed with several residents.
2. At 22:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Eizariya town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 01:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Jaba' village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 00:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured a resident then detained 2 other resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Haytham Mustafa and Mohammad Bakr Mustafa in Al-Eisawiya village.

Deportation

On August 8th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning Dr. Najeh Bakirat {Deputy Director General of Islamic Endowments and Al Aqsa Mosque Affairs} from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 6 months as a condition for his release after being detained by Israeli Police in Jerusalem city at an earlier time.

Attack

1. On the evening of August 8th 2019, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they installed a Military checkpoint at Al-Jisir area located between Jabal Al-Mukabir and Silwan neighborhoods in Jerusalem city.
2. At 00;25, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified residents during clashes in Al-Eisawiya village.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On August 9th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Tayba village junction {located along Al-Murajat road which connects Ramallah and Jericho} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20;30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint bear "Halamish" settlement roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 21:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road connecting Al-Jalazoun camp and Surda village then searched residents and vehicles.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 13:55, Israeli forces raided Anabta and Kafr Al-Labbad towns and Kafr Raman village.

QALQILIYA

Raid

At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qaddum village until 04:25.

Attack

At 14:25,Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {protesting against the continued closure} for alleged stoning and as a result left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Muraba' area located near the entrance of Tel village then detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint in Al-Muraba' area located near the entrance of Tel village detained Mohammad Ibrahim Ishtaya {a resident of Tel village}.

Settlers Attacks

At 14:05, a group of Israeli settlers positioned along the main road in Huwarat town provoked several residents and as a result impede the free flow of traffic then withdrew at 14:15.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 14:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, detained a resident then confiscated his vehicle.
2. At 16:05, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city.
3. At 23:30, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ammar Mansour Thawabta in Beit Fajjar town.

Confiscation of Property

.At 14;20, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Ammar Mansour Thawabta after detaining him in Beit Fajjar town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15;40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Zif village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Karmil village junction located in south Yatta town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 04:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2.At 04:35, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town, stormed and searched several homes, detained 4 residents {including a woman}, confiscated a vehicle and physically assaulted 2 resident leaving them hospitalized with contusions.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents :Inas Nabil Asafra, Ikrima Saleh Khalil Asafra, Qasim Aref Khalil Asafra, Nasr Saleh Khalil Asafra in Beit Kahil town.

Physical Assault

At 04:35, Israeli forces assaulted 2 resiednts: Zaid Aref Asafra, and his brother Ahmed during their raid into Beit Kahil town leaving them hospitalized with contusions.

Confiscation of Property

At 04:35, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Qassim Aref Asafra after detaining him in Beit Kahil town.

Settlers Attacks

On August 9th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in east Yatta town and set fire to 50 haystacks owned by Khalid Hassan Al-Amour and then spray painted anti Arab and racist slogans.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .

•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire, launching stun and tear gas canisters from their positions behind the Green line towards Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts and as a result killed a resident, injured 55 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

•Israeli Military Drones broke the ceasefire agreement by launching missiles towards Palestinian gunmen sites in Central Gaza and as a result injured 2 residents and 4 Palestinian gunmen were killed during clashes with Israeli forces near the border fence.
•Palestinian Gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire and launching grenades towards Israeli forces near the border fence.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 21:30 on August 8th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 04:10 on August 10th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards 4 Palestinian Gunmen located in east Deir Al-Balah city as they exchanged fire and as a result killed them and seized their corpses.

Air Strike

At 04:15 on August 10th 2019, a Israeli Military Drone launched a missile towards Palestinian Gunmen sites located in east Deir Al-Balah city.

Palestinian Attacks

At 04:10 on August 10th 2019, Four Palestinian Gunmen positioned near the border fence in east Deir Al-Balah city opened fire and launched grenades towards Israeli forces who returned fire and as a result killed the Palestinian gunmen and seized their corpses.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 16:40 on August 9th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march and as a result, injured 2 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 04:30 on August 10th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

Attack

At 04:20 on August 10th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah city.
