WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At dawn on August 13th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Qubeiba village and detained a resident after storming and searching his home.

Detention

1. At 13:00, Israeli forces detained Bara' Al-Ghazawi {A resident of Al-Thori neighborhood in Jerusalem city} as he was exiting Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem.
2. Israeli forces detained Nidal Mustafa Makhtoub in Al-Qubeiba village.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 24:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Jalazoun camp road located near "Bet El" settlement then searched residents and vehicles until 01:00.

Raid

1. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Ur Al-Tahta village, detained a resident after confiscating his vehicle then withdrew at 02:45.
2. At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 04:35.
3. At 04:10, Israeli forces raided Deir Ijrier village , stormed and searched several homes and merchant shops.
4. At dawn on August 13th 2018, Israeli forces raided Kobar village and served a military order for the demolition of the family home of Mohammad Tariq Dar Yusef {who was killed by Israeli forces}.
5. At dawn on August 13th 2018, Israeli forces raided Dura Al-Qara' village then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ayoub Mohammad Al-Qurdi in Beit Ur At-Tahta village.

Attack

At 03:25, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Bireh city.

Confiscation of Property

At 01:20, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Ayoub Mohammad Al-Qurdi after detaining him during their raid into Beit Ur At-Tahta.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 22:40, Israeli forces raided Arraba town and clashed with several residents.
2. At 00:35, Israeli forces raided Jaba' town and detained 2 residents.
3. At dawn on August 13th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Zababdat town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Nazih Sa'ed Abu Oun and Islam Abu Oun in Jaba' town.
2. Israeli forces detained Muhanad Khalid Al-Sharqawi in Al-Zababdat town.

Attack

At 22:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Arraba town.

TULKAREM

Raid

At dawn on August 13th 2018, Israeli forces raided Anabta town then stormed and searched several homes.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 14:40, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, temporarily detained 2 residents then released them at a later time.
2. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:00.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ahmad Qassim Daud in Qalqiliya city.

Temporary Detention

At 14:40, Israeli forces temporarily detained 2 residents: Abbas Mohammad Abbad Badwan and Ayman Omar Abdel-Hafith Adwan during their raid into Azzun town then released them at 20:20.

Attack

At 01:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Qalqiliya city.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beita town then searched residents and vehicles until 14:25.
2. At 23:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Qussin village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 01:00.

Raid

At 14:40, Israeli forces raided Osarin village.

SALFIT

Detention

On August 9th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara military checkpoint detained Maher Shafiq Abdel-Kareem Hussien {A resident of Tulkarem city}.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south west entrance of Beit Jallah city then searched residents and vehicles until 17:20.

Raid

At 05:15, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town and detained 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Malik Eyad Thawabtah and Mohammad Khalil Mahmoud Thawabtah in Beit Fajjar town.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town and detained 2 residents.
2. At 04:40, Israeli forces raided Halhul town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Abdel-Mahdi Bidawi Al-Zahour and Mohammad Ali Mohammad Assafrat in Beit Kahil town.
2. Israeli forces detained Nour-Al-Din Mohammad Badr Za'amtrat in Halhul town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles.

• Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards North Gaza and Khan Yunis districts and as a result injured 2 residents.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Central Gaza district.
• A resident died of serious injuries sustained after Israeli forces opened fire towards him during demonstrations in east Abbassan town in Khan Yunis city on May 14th 2018.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 16:00 on August 12th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents during clashes in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 14:00 on August 12th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Deir Al-Balah city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 07:30 on August 12th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Qarrara town located North east Khan Yunis city.

Killings

On August 12th 2018, Wissam Yusef Hijazi {30 years old}{A resident of Bani Suhayla town} died of serious injuries sustained after Israeli forces opened fire towards him during demonstrations in east Abbassan town in Khan Yunis city on May 14th 2018.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents and for the entry of emergency humanitarian and medical supplies.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
