WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 02:00 on August 19th 2018, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Anata town then searched residents and vehicles.

Settlers Attacks

At dawn on August 19th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Eisawiya village, slashed the tires of 15 vehicles and spray painted racist graffiti on the walls of a home.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Halmish" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 14:30.
2. At 15:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Mazra'a Al-Sharqiya town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 16:00.

Settlers Attacks

At 01:30, Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Ras Kar Kar village then broke the limbs and uprooted 70 Olive trees owned by Khalid Samhan and spray painted racist graffiti on a water well located in the area.

TUBAS

Assaults on Property

On August 17th 2018, Israeli forces halted construction on a water well owned by Mohammad Fayez Daraghma located in Khirbeit Al-Deir area located in the North Jordan valley for allegdly being built with out a licence.

Confiscation of Property

On August 17th 2018, Israeli forces confiscated a bulldozer owned by Mohammad Fayez Daraghma as he was working on the construction of a water well in Khirbeit Al-Deir area located in the North Jordan valley.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 17:15, Israeli forces raided Zieta town.
2. At 23:15, Israeli forces raided Quffin town until 24:00.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 21:30, Israeli forces raided Jit village.

Attack

At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents and International peace activists during protests against the continued closure of the village entrance and as a result injured a Norwegian peace activist named Kristine and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

Settlers Attacks

At 01:15, a group of Israeli settlers positioned along the by pass road near "Yitshar" settlement stoned vehicles travelling along the bypass road and as a result shattered a vehicles windshield and left 4 residents { 2 children} hospitalized with cuts and contusions.

Injuries

The 4 residents {including 2 children} : Mohammad Salah Mahmoud Awad , Munthir Abdel-Hafith Musa and his sons Mohammad {4 years old} and Tariq {13 years old} {All are resiednts of Tulkarem} were hospitalized with cuts and contusions after their vehicle was stoned by Israeli settlers along the by pass road near "Yitshar" settlement.

SALFIT

Detention

At 22:15, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction military checkpoint detained Fadi Rushdi Ra'fat Hamdan {A resident of Arraba town in Jenin District}

JERICHO

Raid

At 22:05, Israeli forces raided Fasayil then stormed a home.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction{located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

Raid

1. At 13:45, Israeli forces raided Nihalin village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 15:25.
2. At 02:55, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, stormed and searched several homes, summoned 2 children: Riyad Talla Issa Al-Amour {15 years old} and Uday Izat Abdallah Al-Amour {16 years old} to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning and confiscated 3 computers from a home then withdrew at 04:00.
3. At dawn on August 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town then stormed and searched several homes.

Attack

At 13:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Nihalin village.

Confiscation of Property

At 02:55, Israeli forces confiscated 3 computers from the family home of Uday Izzat Abdallah Al-Amour {16 years old} during their raid into Teqou' town

HEBRON

Raid

At dawn on August 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Ithna town then stormed and searched a home.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip .

• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed.

1.On the morning of August 17th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town.
2.On the morning of August 18th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
