WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 10:00 and again at 20:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, detained 6 residents {including a child after they assaulted him and as a result left him with contusions and a fractured arm}.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 6 residents: Wassim Dari (17 years old), Younis Ali Nasser, Mohammed Al-Salwadi, Nidal Alian, Abdel Nasser Abeed and Mahmoud Shehada Mustafa in Al-Eisawiya village.

Injuries

At 20:00, Israeli forces injured Wassim Dari (17 years old) after assaulting him while attempting to detain him in Al-Eisawiya village and as a result left him with contusions and a fractured arm.

Temporary Detention

On August 1st 2019, Israeli forces temporarily several school children on a bus while on rout to a field trip then were taken to a Military base before being released at a later time.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On August 1st 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30 and again at 18:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ras Kar Kar and detained a resident.
3. At 22:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 23:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Deir Ijrier and Kafr Malik villages then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at the entrance of Ras Kar Kar village detained Riziq Sadaqa {a resident of Al-Midyat village}.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 13:45, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 15:15.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Jayyous and Azzoun towns then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qaddum village until 04:15.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:25,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Shavi Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 10:00.
2. At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Wadi Naser area located near Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.
3. At 20:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Assira Al-Shamaliya town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 22:40.

Raid

At dawn on August 2nd 2019, Israeli forces raided Awarta village as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who performed Talmudic rituals in the area.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .

• Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by launching stun and tear gas canisters from their positions behind the Green Line towards several residents in Rafah district.

NORTHERN GAZA

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

Attack

At 15:00 on August 1st 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents in east Rafah city.

Detention

At 15:00 on August 1st 2019,Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents in east Rafah city as they were attempting to climb the border fence into Israel.
