JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Eisawiya village then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 01:30 on August 20th 2018, Israeli forces detained 3 resident: Yazan Arrar, Othman Khalid Alqam and Mahmoud Alqam during their raid into Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:00, Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 22:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Da'if village then searched residents and vehicles.

JENIN

Raid

On August 20th 2018, Israeli forces raided Barta'a Al-Sharqiya town {which is located behind the Wall} and served military order to halt the construction of 10 merchant shops for allegedly being built with out a licences.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 12:20, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Deir Al-Ghouson and Bal'a towns and Al-Jaroushiya village until 13:15.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city.

Attack

At 15:25, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Azzun town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

NABLUS

At 18:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furik Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

1. At 14:00, Israeli forces raided Qabalan town.
2. At 18:45, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Qibliya and Orif villages.

At 18:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Bruqin town then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 07:10 on August 20th 2018, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

On the evening of August 20th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge detained Alaa Falah Abu Zied {A resident of Qabatiya town in Jenin district} as he was returning from Jordan.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

On the morning of August 20th 2018, Israeli forces raided Harmala village and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Salem Mahmoud Sabah in Harmala village.

Settlement Activities

On August 20th 2018, Israeli authorities approved the construction of 106 settlement units in "Efrata" settlement which is built on Palestinian owned land in Al-Khader town and Irtas village on land occupied in 1967.

HEBRON

House Demolition

At 10:00, Israeli forces escorting a group of Israeli settlers stormed Qawaweis area located in east Yatta town and demolished a residential tent owned by Yusef Ayoub Abu Arram then confiscated construction material and wood used to construct a room then proceeded to assault Basil Mohammad Abu Arram and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Physical Assault

At 10:00, Israeli forces escorting a group of Isreali settlers in Qawaweis area located in east Yatta town assaulted Basil Mohammad Abu Arram and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Confiscation of Property

At 10:00, Israeli forces escorting a group of Israeli settlers in Qawaweis area located in east Yatta town confiscated construction material and wood used to construct a room owned by Yusef Ayoub Abu Arram as they demolished his tent {which used as a shelter by his family}.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip .
• Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed {with the exception of emergency medical and humanitarian cases from the Gaza strip}.

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 17:45 on August 20th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents participating in the march the Right of Return demonstrations in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents and for the entry of emergency humanitarian and medical supplies.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.
