WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At dawn on August 21st 2019, Israeli forces raided Qutnat village and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on August 21st 2019 and again at dawn on August 22nd 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained 5 residents.
3. At 05:00 on August 20th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Matar {airport} neighborhood in Kafr Aqab town and served military orders to demolish more than 20 merchant shops located near the wall near Qalandiya camp for allegedly being built without licenses.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Sadam Nael Shamasna in Qutnat village.
2. Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Adham Sabtat, Saleh Abu Assab, Ahmed Saad Mustafa, Moaz Nahed Obeid, and Adam Barakat al-Rishq in Al-Eisawiya village.

Deportation

On August 21st 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning 2 residents: Bahaa Mohammed Abu Tayeh, and Abdul Rahman Fawzi Abu Tayeh {both are residents of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city} from their homes for a period of 8 days and fined them 1000 NIS and an additional 5000 NIS as a condition for their release after being detained at an earlier time.

Attack

At 22:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning in Abu Dis town.

House Demolition

At 11:00, Israeli forces demolished 2 homes {approximately 85 square meters} owned by Ibrahim Nabeel Al-Rajabi and Hanan Al-Rajabi in Beit Hanina town for allegedly being built without a license.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On August 21st 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.

Raid

1. At dawn on August 22nd 2019, Israeli forces raided Sinjil town and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on August 22nd 2019, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Majed Fawahlat in Sinjil town.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Hussien Al-Ghoul in Silwad town.

JENIN

Raid

1. At dawn on August 22nd 2019, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town and detained 2 residents.
2. At dawn on August 22nd 2019, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camp then detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ceasar Yacoub Nafi'at and Ameer Al-Zari in Ya'bad town.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Islam Jamil Al-Shalabi and Billal Waleed Hassis in Jenin city and its camp

TUBAS

Destruction of Property

At 08:40, Israeli forces demolished a water tank {which holds 1000 liters} which irrigates approximately 900 dunums of agricultural land owned by Adnan Mijali Sawafta in Einoun area located in east Tubas city for allegedly being built with out a license barbecue of its location in area C {which is under Israeli military and administrative control}.

TULKAREM

Raid

At dawn on August 22nd 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Loia Rashid Mislih in Beit Lid town.

QALQILIYA

Temporary Detention

At 08:30, Israeli forces positioned near "Shavie Shamron" settlement temporarily detained Rayan Ibrahim Abdel-Rahim Samik {13 years old}{a resident of Qalqiliya city} for allegedly carrying a knife then released him at a later time.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Ein area located near Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sarah village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqiliya} then searched residents and vehicles until 23:10.
3. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint between Assira Al-Qibliya and Orif villages then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint between Nablus city and Assira Al-Shamaliya then searched residents and vehicles until 23:10.
5. At 02:22, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

On the morning of August 21st 2019, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village as they escorted a group pf Israeli settlers who stormed archaeological sites.

SALFIT

Raid

1. At 14:00, Israeli forces raided Harris village.
2. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Salfit city,stormed and searched 2 homes then withdrew at 05:40.

Attack

At 11:00, Israeli forces positioned near Harris village junction opened fire towards a child before detaining him for allegedly carrying a knife.

Detention

Israeli forces detained the child Qusay Ahmad Taha {17 years old}{a resident of Bidya town} after opening fire towards him near Harris village junction.

Settlers Attacks

On the evening of August 20th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Harris village and slashed the tires of several vehicles and a bulldozer owned by the local village council then spray-painted anti Arab and racist graffiti.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 07:40 on August 21st 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Malee Avraim" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 22:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Jericho city and Aqbat Jabr camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 03:20.

Detention

At 19:00, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge detained Izaldin Musa Dayriya {a resident of Aqraba town in Nablus district} for allegedly attempting to kidnap an Israeli citizen near the crossing point.

Attack

At 02:10, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters toward several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Jericho city and Aqbat Jabr camp.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 11:30.
2. At 10:50,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 11:30.
3. At 16:15,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 17:20.

Raid

1. At 18:20, Israeli forces raided Abu Najjim village until 18:30.
2. At 06:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Ma'asra village then stormed and searched a home.
3. At 07:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town and summoned Mohammad Ali Yusef Ghanayim as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

At 23:20, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Container Military checkpoint detained 2 residents {including a Palestinian Police officer}: Officer Kamal Mohammad Shihada Hafnawi and Jawwad Kalbounat {both are residents of Nablus city}.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces raided Ithna town.
2. At 23:50, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and clashed with several residents.
3. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Yatta town and summoned 2 University students: Usayed Mohammad Hassan Al-Huorni and Mu'alam Mohammad Hassan Al-Huorni to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

At dawn on August 22nd 2019, Israeli forces detained Issa Mahdi Al-Ja'bari after storming and searching his home in the old city of Hebron.

Attack

At 23:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Beit Ummar town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

At 10:30 on August 21st 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

1. At 00:05 on August 22nd 2019,Israeli military aircraft's launched 1 missile towards Palestinian gunmen sites in south west Gaza city.

*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
