Detention

At 15:45, Israeli forces positioned at Qalandiya Military checkpoint detained Qusay Fawzi Omar Abu Salah {A resident of Nablus city} for allegedly carrying a knife.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town detained Mohammad Riyad Al-Barghouthi.

JENIN

Raid

At 20:20, Israeli forces raided Zubaba village, clashed with several residents as they stormed a home, detained 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Nour Al-Din Jaradat and Rabi' Zuhri Jabarin {A resident of Al-Taybeh village}

Attack

At 20:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed a home during their raid into Zubaba village.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

Raid

At 14:25, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Qibliya village, clashed with several residents and as a result injured a resident

Attack

At 14:25, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Assira Al-Qibliya village and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Abdallah Yahya Soliman Saleh during clashes in Assira Al-Qibliya village.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 10:55, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Z'atara junction military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on August 23rd 2018, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on August 23rd 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 20:55, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Uday Nayef Nu'man Da'na {15 years old} and Diya Nayef Nu'man Da'na near "Kiryat Arba' settlement located in the old city of Hebron.
2. Israeli forces detained Husam Hussien Abu Sineneh in Hebron city.
3. Israeli forces detained Imad Yusef Qaysiya in Al-Thahriya town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip .

• Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza and Khan Yunis district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed {with the exception of emergency medical and humanitarian cases from the Gaza strip}.

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Detention

At 10:30 on August 23rd 2018, Israeli forces detained a unidentified residents in east Al-Zaytoun neighborhood located in east Gaza city as he was attempting to climb the border fence into Israel.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 12:20 on August 23rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 12:40 on August 23rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuza'a town located in Khan Yunis city.
2. At 14:30 on August 23rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents participating in the march the Right of Return demonstrations in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents and for the entry of emergency humanitarian and medical supplies.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
