WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 05:30, 19:00 on August 26th 2019 and at dawn on August 26th 2019 , Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village , clashed with several residents, detained 3 residents and summoned Atta Darbas to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. At 18:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town and clashed with several residents.

Detention

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Za'im Military checkpoint detained Husam Sadr {a Security Guard at Al-Aqsa mosque compound}.
2. Israeli forces detained Salah Abu Assab in Al-Thiru neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ahmad Musa Arafat, Majd Mohammad Musa Darwish and Mohammad Hussien Obied in Al-Eisawiya village.

Attack

1. At 18:05, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eizariya village.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On August 26th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 15:50, Israeli forces raided Ein Qinya village.
2. At 17:55, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town.
3. At 19:30, Israeli forces raided Ein Arik village.
4. At 03:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city then stormed and searched a home.
5. At 04:25, Israeli forces raided Beit Liqya town, confiscated equipment from a steel mill and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Najeh Anwar Samih Mafarjat in Beit Liqya town.

Confiscation of Property

At 04:25, Israeli forces confiscated equipment from a steel mill owned by Hakam Mohammad Dar Musa during their raid into Beit Liqya town.

Settlement Activities

On August 26th 2019, The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netenyahu approved the construction of 300 new settlement units in "Dolev" settlement located in North east Deir Ibzi' village.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 18:15, Israeli forces raided Anin village until 20:50.
2. At 07:20, Israeli forces raided Jenin city, Jenin camp, Bruqin and Qabatiya towns and Bir Al-Basha village then detained a resident in Jenin camp.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Daud Mohammad Al-Zabiedi in Jenin camp.

TUBAS

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Malah area junction located in the North Jordan valley then searched residents and vehicles.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 15:05, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 12:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Ras and Khirbeit Jabarat villages until 15:30.
2. At 21:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Nazlat Al-Sharqiya and Al-Nazlat Al-Wusta villages.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1. At 23:20, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.
2. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qaddum village, detained 3 residents {including a Palestinian Police Officer} then withdrew at 04:15.
3. At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 06:20.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mu'tasim Tayseer Ishtawi {a Palestinian Police Officer} , Nasfat Mahmoud Aqel Ishtawi and Yusef Mustafa Ishtawi in Kafr Qaddum village.

Temporary Detention

At 21:30, Israeli forces temporarily detained Ahmad Yusef Bari {a resident of Al-Nabi Eliyas village} after he fractured his leg as he was being chased near Al-Nabi Eliyas village then released him at a later time.

Settlement Activities

On August 25th 2019, Israeli authorities issued tenders for the construction of 120 settlement units in "Karni Shamron" settlement on land in Wadi Qana {plot number (19) in Khilat Hafana which is located in Deir Istiya town in Salfit district and on plot number (4) in Qatayin Al-Aza area located in Kafr Laqqif village in Qalqiliya district} these plots are owned by government and owned by 17 residents.

NABLUS

At 21:20, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Settlers Attacks

On the evening of August 26th 2019, Israeli settlers stormed Rafat village, slashed the tires and smashed the windows of several vehicles then stoned several homes and as a result shattered the windows of home owned by Amjad Ayash, Majdi Waleed Ayash, Abdel-Rahman Ayash and Mahmoud Yusef Shihada.

JERICHO

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Jiftlik village until 05:40.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city, Ayda and Aza camps until 03:15.

House Demolition

At 10:50, Israeli forces demolished a home {consisting of 2 floors approximately 400 square meters} owned by Ramzi Nakhla Qaysiya in Al-Makhmour area in Beit Jalla city for allegedly being built without a license.

Destruction of Property

At 10:50, Israeli forces demolished a restaurant {approximately 350 square meters} owned by Ramzi Nakhlat Qaysiya in Al-Makhmour area in Beit Jalla city for allegedly being built without a license.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At dawn on August 27th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town, stormed and searched several homes and summoned Abdel-Mahdi Al-Zahour to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning and also took measurement of 3 homes {after removing its occupants from inside} owned by the families of Ahmad Aref Al-Asafrat {a Palestinian Detainee} , Ma'moun Sa'id Attiya Al-Zahour {a Palestinian Detainee} and the home of Atiya Al-Zahour in order to prepare them for demolition.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles.

•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green line towards Khan Yunis district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Gaza districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

1. At 08:00 on August 26th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 06:40 on August 27th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 06:40 on August 27th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.

KHAN YUNIS

At 09:20 on August 26th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
