WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 21:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents and detained 3 residents.
2. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
3. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Ithna town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At dawn on August 5th 2019, Israeli forces detained the child: Abboud Thaher Al-Sharabati {17 years old}.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mohammad Wael Obied, Fayez Muhisien and Jihad Badr in Al-Eisawiya village.
3. Israeli forces detained Loai Odah Salama in Anata town.

Attack

At 21:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On August 4th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.

Raid

At dawn on August 5th 2019, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ein village then stormed and searched a home.

Settlers Attacks

On the afternoon on August 4th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Halimish" settlement stoned residents and vehicles travelling along the main road of the settlement near Al-Nabi Saleh village as they escorted staff from the land and water settlement authority and as a result injured 3 residents.

Injuries

Israeli settlers injured 3 unidentified residents after stoning residents and vehicles near "Halmish" settlement.

TUBAS

Settlers Attacks

At 11:30, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Malah area located in the North Jordan valley and planted several Olive and Palm trees on a plot of land in an attempt to confiscated it.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 03:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Beit Lid town junction and detained 2 residents.

Raid

At 01:25, Israeli forces raided Nour Al-Shams camp in Tulkarem city, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 06:25.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Beit Lid town junction detained 2 residents: Ammar Jihad Ofi and Anan Yacoub Atta Dar Sabri {both are residents of Tulkarem camp}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Issam Mohammad Ismail Al-Aloul and his son layth {17 years old} in Nour Al-Shams camp in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

At 04:45, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town then stormed and searched a home.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 21:50,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furik military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Assira Al-Qibliya village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 22:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Furik town then searched residents and vehicles until 23:25.

Raid

1. At 11:45, Israeli forces raided Deir Sharaf village, stormed 2 restaurants then withdrew at 12:00.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces raided Salem village.
3. At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Beita town, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:20.

Israeli forces detained Izat Bahjat Al-Aqtash in Beita town.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles until 18:00.

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces raided Marda village, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 10:50.
2. At 11:45, Israeli forces raided Bruqin town, stormed and searched then home of Mahran Samara and a mosque near the house.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:45, Israeli forces stormed and searched a mosque during their raid into Bruqin town.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Mu'arajat road {which connects Jericho and Ramallah districts} then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 12:05.
2. At 12:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles until 12:30.

Raid

At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town and detained 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ma'moun Rateb Al-Amour and Mahmoud Ali Mahmoud Al-Amour in Teqou' town.

House Demolition

At 13:45, Israeli forces demolished a home {79 m2} owned by Jihad Ismail Al-Fakhouri in Sha'eb Al-Sultan area located in Wadi Rahal village for allegedly being built without a license.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles until 20:30.

Raid

At 04:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Aroub camp, stormed and searched several homes, detained 5 resiednts {including 3 children} and summoned 4 residents{including a child}: Ali Hassan Al-Sherif {13 years old}, Mohammed Nasser Al-Badawi, Abu Jubara, and Iasi Hani Ja'ara to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 5 residents {including 3 children}: Ihab Kemal Salem Jawabreh {16 years old}, Anan Nidal Hassan Sharif {15 years old}, Obaida Akram Abdul Rahman Al-Sharif {16 years old}, Ahmad Rafat Al-Badawi, and Jamal Hashim Mohammed Janazra in Al-Arub camp.

Settlers Attacks

On the evening of August 4th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers from "Ramat Yashay" settlement outpost {located in Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood } and "Beit Hadass" settlement located in the old city of Hebron stormed Mufeed Al-Sharabati's home which is located on Al-Shuhada road in the old city of Hebron and assaulted him and his family {including his wife and children} and as a result left then hospitalized with contusions.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .

• Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.

At 23:30 on August 4th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 20:45 on August 4th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

At 10:30 on August 4th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land located in east Deir Al-Balah city.

KHAN YUNIS

At 09:45 on August 4th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuz'z town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
