WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 22:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. At 10:20, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Rahma Prayer area in Al-Aqsa mosque compound detained 2 residents: Muhanad Idris {a Security guard at Al-Aqsa Mosque compound who was assaulted by Israeli forces leaving him hospitalized with contusions} and Nathim Abu Ramouz.
2. At 13:20, Israeli forces positioned near Bab Al-Silsila gate {a main gate entrance leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque compound} in the old city of Jerusalem detained Raed Al-Zaghir {Head of Hygiene Department in Al Aqsa Mosque}.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Qusay Abed Aliyan and Husam Samih Aliyan in Al-Eisawiya village.

Deportation

At 22:00 on August 7th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning Ahmad Yunis Al-Ghloul from his home in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.

Attack

At 22:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.

Injuries

At 10:20, Muhanad Idris {a Security guard at Al-Aqsa Mosque compound} was hospitalized with contusions after he was assaulted by Israeli forces at Bab Al-Rahma Prayer area in Al-Aqsa mosque compound}.

Destruction of Property

On August 7th 2019, Israeli forces uprooted several Olive trees planted in Imam Al-Ghazali court yard i located near Bab Al-Asbat gate {Lions Gate} of Al-Aqsa Mosque compound located in the old city of Jerusalem.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On August 6th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.

Raid

1. At 12:15, Israeli forces raided Rantis village.
2. At 12:30, Israeli forces raided Budrous village.
3. At 14:10,Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 16:00.
4. At dawn on August 8th 2019, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ni'ma village and detained 2 residents.
5. At dawn on August 8th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home then detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Omar Issa Ishtaya and Orayeb Bakr Nassir in Kafr Ni'ma village.
2. Israeli forces detained Thaer Samir Nakhla in Al-Jalazoun camp.

At 22:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bir Al-Basha village then searched residents and vehicles.

At dawn on August 8th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town,clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then detained 2 residents.

1. At 17:05, Israeli forces detained Fadi Hussien Zakarna { Costumes Police Force Officer and a resident of Qabatiya town} as he was going to "Salem" Military base.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Hanishat and Hadi Saleh Nazal in Qabatiya town.

At dawn on August 8th 2019, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Qabatiya town.

TUBAS

Raid

At 08:30, Israeli forces raided Ein Al-Bayda village located in the North Jordan valley, detained a resident and confiscated a tractor, a water tank and water pipes.

Israeli forces detained Raed Saud Ali Foqaha in Ein Al-Bayda village located in the North Jordan valley.

Destruction of Property

At 08:30, Israeli forces confiscated leveled and damaged water pipes approximately 150 m long installed on a plot of agricultural land approximately 50 dunums owned by Nahel Saud Ali Foqaha and Wael Saud Ali Foqaha located in Ein Al-Bayda village located in the North Jordan valley.

3. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 05:55.

NABLUS

Land Levelling

At 09:40, Israeli forces leveled a plot of agricultural land located in Al-Muraba' area located near Tel village.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 17:25, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Detention

On the evening of August 6th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction military checkpoint detained 3 residents:
Abed Sa'id Hammad {a residents of Qalandiya refugee camp in Jerusalem District}, Ibrahim Khaled Hashimat {a residents of Al-Ram town in Jerusalem District}, and Khalil Ayoub Hashimat {a residents of Al-Ram town in Jerusalem district}.

JERICHO

Raid

At 05:45, Israeli forces raided Marj Al-Na'ja village then stormed and searched a home.

BETHLEHEM

Military Checkpoints

At 22:00, Israeli forces closed Al-Container Military checkpoint thus impeding the free flow of traffic then reopened it 22:10.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:35.
3. At 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jallah city then searched residents and vehicles until 23:30.
4. At 23:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 01:20.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 07:30 on August 7th 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Thahriya town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 08:45 on August 7th 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoints at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 15:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Yatta town, detained a residents after opening fire towards him for allegdly not stopping at the checkpoint then withdrew at 16:55.
4. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 18:45.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near the entrance of Yatta town detained Mohammad Mahmoud Da'is {a resident of Yatta town}.

Attack

At 15:20, Israeli forces opened fire towards a resident {as they were installing a flying checkpoint} near the entrance of Yatta town after he allegdly didn't stop at the checkpoint.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .

CENTRAL GAZA

Raid

At 08:00 on August 7th 2019,Israeli forces escorting military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of east Al-Buriej camp and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew 14:40.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
