WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At dawn on 12/04/2020, the occupation forces raided the town of Anata and stormed a number of homes.

Detention

At dawn on 12/04/2020, the occupation forces detained Mahmoud Al-Jundi in the Old City of Jerusalem.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 14:00, an extremist settler stormed the Church of Gethsemane in Jerusalem, poured fuel, and tried to set fire to the seats of the church, where a number of citizens managed to chase him and failed his attempt before the occupation police intervened and took the settler with it.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Attack

At 12:10, the occupation forces fired live and metal bullets, coated with rubber, and sound and tear gas canisters, near the eastern entrance to Al Mughayer village, towards the citizens demonstrating against the confiscation of lands for settlement projects, resulting in the death of a child, wounding 4 citizens, and wounding a number of citizens - cases of suffocation due to tear gas inhalation.

Killings

The child: Ali Ayman Nasser Abu Aliya {13 years old} was killed after Israeli forces opened fire towards demonstrators while participating in a demonstration against the confiscation of lands in favor of settlement projects near the eastern entrance to Al Mughayer village.

Injuries

The 4 wounded during confrontations with the occupation forces while participating in a demonstration against the confiscation of lands in favor of settlement projects near the eastern entrance to Al Mughayer village (of those identified): Ahmed Hassan Khalil.

Physical Assault

At 21:15, the occupation forces severely beat the citizen: Mujahid Jawad Abu Alia - resident of Al Mughayer village, which led to his bruises, and he was subsequently admitted to the government hospital in Ramallah for treatment.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 12:30, the occupation forces fired sound and tear gas canisters near the eastern (closed) entrance in the village of Kafr Qaddum at the demonstrators in protest against the closure of the entrance to the village, under the pretext that it had been pelted with stones, which led to the injury of a number of citizens - suffocation due to gas inhalation Teargas.

NABLUS

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:10 again at 20:10, the occupying forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the city of Salfit to search cars and check citizens' identities until 20:45.

At 12:20, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas, in the Al-Ras area northwest of Salfit, at the citizens participating in a demonstration against the confiscation of land for settlement projects, wounding 2 citizens (one of them was hit) And wounding 3 civilians - with bruises as a result of beating them, and wounding a number of citizens - suffocation cases due to inhaling tear gas.

Injuries

The two wounded (one of them was trampled) during clashes with the occupying forces while participating in a demonstration against the confiscation of lands in favor of settlement projects in the Al-Ras area northwest of the city of Salfit (he knew from them): Najeh Abdul Rahim Shtayyeh

Physical Assault

2. At 14:00 and again at 19:40, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the Dar Salah village bridge (the eastern entrance to Beit Sahour) to search cars and check citizens' identities until 20:40.

HEBRON

Attack

On the evening of 12/04/2020, the occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters in the Bab Al-Zawiya area at the city of Hebron, on the pretext that they had been throwing stones.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. • On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• The occupation forces violated the ceasefire, by firing from their positions on the Green Line, and by firing at the fishermen's boats at sea in the North Gaza Governorate.

NORTHERN GAZA
