WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town then stormed and searched a merchant shop.
2. At dawn on December 11th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Matar neighborhood in Qalandiya camp and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. At 02:35, Israeli forces detained Hani Al-Sayfi {A resident of Al-Duhishat camp in Bethlehem city} in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Nu'man Mutier and Ibrahim Nu'man Mutier in Al-Matar neighborhood in Qalandiya camp.

Temporary Detention

On the evening of December 10th 2018, Israeli authorities in the city of Jerusalem imposed Majd 'Abdullah Aweys,{a resident of Ras al-Amoud neighborhood in Jerusalem city} to house arrest for 5 days, and prevented him from entering the village of Al-Issawiya, as a condition for his release after He was arrested at dawn on December 10th 2018.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlers Attacks

On the evening of December 10th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers organized a provocative march in the Old City of Jerusalem on the occasion of the end of the Hanukkah festival. The Talmudic rituals were held near the gates of the Al-Aqsa Mosque. They shouted racist slogans calling for the expulsion of Islamic Waqfs from the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Surda village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 12:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 13:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Silwad town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 17:15 and again at 23:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge, assaulted Mohammad Abdallah Issa {A resident of Atara town} and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions {After unidentified individuals opened fire towards the military watch tower located near Atara bridge}.
5. At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Ein Yabroud village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
6. At 17:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bir Ziet town then searched residents and vehicles.
7. At 21:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beitin village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:110.
8. At 23:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ras Kar Kar village then searched residents and vehicles until 22:20.
9. At 23:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Ur Al-Tahta town then searched residents and vehicles until 07:20.

Raid

1. At 09:05, Israeli forces raided Surda village, confiscated surveillance camera footage from the home of Yahya Taha the withdrew at 09:20.
2. At 16:25 and again at 01:00, Israeli forces raided Ramallah and Al-Bireh cities, stormed the Offices of Wafa {Palestine News Agency} and inspected surveillance camera footage then stormed several merchant shops and apartment buildings and a barbershop owned by Jamal Samara and confiscated surveillance camera footage during which they clashed with several residents and as a result injured 5 residents {including 2 children and a Paramedic} then again clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained a resident from Al-Bireh city.
3. At 16:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Mughier village and clashed with several residents.
4. At 19:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes and as a result injured a resident and detained 3 residents.
5. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet town and Surda village {After unidentified individuals opened fire towards the military watch tower located near Atara bridge} then stormed and searched several homes and merchant shops and inspected surveillance camera footage.
6. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Dura Al-Qara' village and clashed with several residents.
7. At 04:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Mara'a Al-Gharbiya village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained: Jalal Abdel-Rahman Musa Rumanat in Al-Bireh city.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 resiednts: Zidan Adnan Ibrahim Khattab {after he was injured}, Fayez Samir Salamat Al-Terawi and Ammar Al-Terawi in Al-Jalazoun camp.
3. Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Sa'id Shartih in Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village.

Attack

1. At 16:25 and again at 01:00, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed WAFA {Palestine News Agency} and Barber shop during their raids into Al-Bireh and Ramallah cities and as a result injured 6 residents {including 2 children and a Paramedic}.
2. At 16:40, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Mughier village.
3. At 19:15, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Jalazoun camp and as a result injured a resident then detained him
4. At 02:10,fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Dura Al-Qara' village.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured 6 resiednts: Adnan Mohammed Ali {17 years old}, Imad Nizam Mustafa Attaya {17 years old}, Louay Garara {A Paramedic}, Anwar Mohamed Awad Matareya, and Ziad Sami Abu Tamam. during clashes in Al-Bireh and Ramallah cities.
2. Israeli forces injured Zidan Adnan Ibrahim Hattab during clashes in Al-Jalazoun camp.

Physical Assault

At 17:15, Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint near Atara town bridge assaulted Mohammad Abdallah Issa {A resident of Atara town} and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Assault on Governmental Institutions

At 16:25, Israeli forces stormed and searched WAFA {Palestine News Agency} in Ramallah city, temporarily detained 2 employees and inspected surveillance camera footage after they broke into the main doors the computer room and electronic servers was removed in the editing room.

Confiscation of Property

1. At 09:05, Israeli forces confiscated a surveillance camera footage recorder from the home of Ribhi Taha during their raid into Surda village.
2. At 16:25, Israeli forces confiscated a surveillance camera footage recorder from a barber shop owned by Jamal Samara during their raid into Ramallah city.

Closure of main Roads

At 23:35, Israeli forces closed the main road leading into Al-Jalazoun camp and near "Bet El" settlement with cement blocks.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 23:15, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near the entrance of Beitin village located near "Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint near "Bet El" Settlement and stoned several vehicles passing in the area and as a result damaged several vehicles then withdrew at 02:25.
2. At dawn on December 11th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Beitin village and slashed the tires of several vehicles then spray painted racist and anti arab slogans on to vehicle and walls surrounding homes in the area.

JENIN

Injuries

At 19:05, Raja Ahmad Abu Saft {A resident of Ya'bad town} was hospitalized with contusions after he was assaulted by Israeli forces near "Movo Dotan" settlement.

TUBAS

Raid

At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Tubas city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured 3 residents {including a child}, detained a resident and temporarily detained 3 residents then released them at 07:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Radwan Sa'ed Daraghma in Tubas city.

Temporary Detention

At 04:00, Israeli forces temporarily detained 3 residents: Ahmad Radwan Sa'ed Daraghma, Mohammad Radwan Sa'ed Daraghma and Yacoub Radwan Sa'ed Daraghma during their raid into Tubas city then released them at 07:30.

Attack

At 04:00, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Tubas city and as a result injured 3 residents {including a child}.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 3 residents: Jafar Rashid Ahmed Daraghmeh {17 years old}, Ayman Ahmed Hikmat Al Masri, and Maher Malik Sawafta during clashes in Tubas city.

Confiscation of Property

At 10:30, Israeli forces confiscated a Cement mixer owned by Hani Mazen Abu Arrat in Bardala village located in the North Jordan valley area.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 08:20 and again at 13:45,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 16:35.

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Shufat village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 14:45, Israeli forces raided Rammin village, stormed a supermarket, inspected surveillance camera footage of the store owned by Salman Ahmad Fawzi Salaman.
2. At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Nur Al-Shams camp then stormed and searched 2 homes.
3. At 05:05, Israeli forces raided Allar town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Imad Mohammad Ahmad Assabat in Allar town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Azzun town and Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.
2. At 21:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction and detained a resident.

Raid

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Nabi Saleh village and served a military order to demolish several homes for allegedly being built with out licences.
2. At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, stormed and searched 3 Printing shops {Asayel, Saba and Beit Al-Quds print shops} confiscated equipment from inside the shops then withdrew at 03:30.
3. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, stormed and searched a home and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at Jit village junction detained Basel Rida Mir'i {A resident of Bala'a town in Tulkarem district}
2. Israeli forces detained Imad Ghalib Mahmoud Abu Haniya in Azzun town.

Confiscation of Property

At 01:55, Israeli forces confiscated equipment after storming 3 prints shops {Asayel, Saba and Beit Al-Quds print shops} during their raid into Qalqiliya city.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 09:40, Israeli forces closed Huwara and Awtra military checkpoints after they redirected the flow of traffic into Nablus city via Beita town road then reopened it at 05:00.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Qussin village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 12:40.
2. At 12:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Muraba'a area located near Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 13:30.
3. At 20:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road connecting Nablus and Jenin {near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction} then searched residents and vehicles until 23:25.
4. At 23:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beita town then searched residents and vehicles until 00:45.

Raid

1. At 14:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village, clashed with several residents and school children then withdrew at 14:30.
2. At 23:40, Israeli forces raided Talouzat village until 23:45.
3. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Orif village, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:25.
4. At 02:05, Israeli forces raided Balata camp in Nablus city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a car wash then withdrew at 04:20.
5. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Tel village and detained 9 University students.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Rahman Mohammad Ahmad Shihadat in Orif village.
2. Israeli forces detained 9 University students: Jamal Ahmed Ayoub Asida, Mahmoud Saqr Asida, Yasser Bilal Mahmoud Yamin, Malik Bilal Mohammed Ashtiyeh, Majid Bilal Mohammed Ashtayeh, Bara Essam Reihan, Qutaiba Tayseer Mohammed Asida, Mahmoud Mustafa Asida, and Omar Emad Rihan in Tel village.

Attack

1. At 14:05, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents and school children for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village.
2. At 02:05, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a car wash during their raid into Balata camp in Nablus city.

Closure of main Roads

At 20:15, Israeli forces closed the bypass road near "Yitshar" settlement and the entrances of Madma and Burin villages then reopened them at 00:45.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 12:00, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Yitshar" settlement junction located in North Huwara town chased a child who was collecting metal scrap in the area.
2. At 19:40, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Huwara town and stoned the home of Ahmad Lutfi.
3. On the evening of December 10th 2018,a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Huwara military checkpoint stoned residents and vehicles passing through the checkpoint.

SALFIT

Raid

1. At 16:40, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town and took photograph's of several homes then withdrew at 17:30.
2. At 20:55, Israeli forces raided Yasuf village until 21:40.
3. At 01:25, Israeli forces raided Marda village until 04:20.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at road (90) junction located in Al-Oja village then searched residents and vehicles until 10:00.

Detention

At 19:20, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge detained Abdel-Latif Khalouf {A resident of Bruqin town in Jenin district} as he was returning from Jordan.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 24:00.

Raid

At 04:00 on December 10th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Doha town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 13:20, Israeli forces positioned at Container military checkpoint detained Mohammad Assad Al-Salhi {A resident of Al-Duhishieh camp in Bethlehem city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Amjad Abdel-Lattif Salah Al-Shubaki in Al-Doha town.

Land Confiscation

At 15:00, Israeli forces served a military order for the confiscation of a plot of land owned by Ammar Ibrahim Al-Arraj in Al-Waljat village alleging its state owned land.

Settlers Attacks

At 11:15, A group of settlers driving a private car near the village of Husan, stopped the vehicles of citizens, and offered them the amount of NIS 2000, in return for smashing the glass of their vehicles, and withdrew at 11:35.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Shiyoukh Al-Arrub village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 06:30, Israeli forces raided Dura town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Mohammad Mustafa Ammour in Dura town.

Closure of main Roads

At 16:00, Israeli forces closed the steel gate entrance of Al-Arrub camp.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 31st 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding Gaza district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Rafah districts.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza district and as a result injured 16 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 14:30 on December 10th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in North West Beit Lahiya town town during the march of return and as a result injured 16 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 14:30 on December 10th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards approximately 30 Palestinian fishing boats demonstrating off the shores Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town after they sailed from Gaza'a main sea port then withdrew at 17:00.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 16 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in North West Beit Lahiya town town

Detention

At 15:00 on December 10th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at Beit Hanoun-Erez crossing detained Akef Shoumar {A merchant}{A resident of Gaza city}.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Raid

At 09:30 on December 10th 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of east Gaza city and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 15:45.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

Attack

At 11:00 on December 10th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah city and detained 2 fishermen after surrounding their fishing boat then confiscated the boat.

Detention

Israeli Naval forces detained 2 fishermen: Nasser Ahmad Jamil Al-Nadi and Mohammad Jassim Mohammad Saydam {both are residents of Izbit Al-Nadi area located in west Rafah city} off the shores if Rafah city.

Confiscation of Property

At 11:00 on December 10th 2018, Israeli Naval forces confiscated a fishing boat after detaining 2 fishermen off the shores of Rafah city.
